Chic Apartment Near Universal w Pool & Hot Tub — Guest Reviews

It's a great place, located in a very accesible area with lots to do nearby. You get what you pay for, of course! The check-in process was super simple and parking was great. Any concerns were fixed promptly and the host was very responsive to any queries. I would stay with them for any future trips I make to the Orlando area.

Thalita and Rob’s place was as described. It was very close and easy to get to Universal, International Premium Outlets, and Vineyard Premium Outlets. It is surrounded by restaurants and other amenities. We were able to get to many attractions in and around the area very easily (Disney, downtown Orland). The location is premium. The place itself was comfortable for the 4 of us. There was a daybed that doubled as a couch so each kid had their own sleeping area. The bedroom had a large bed. The furniture was nice. Everything was very clean. You could tell the bathroom had been thoroughly cleaned. I would return. We did not get to use the pool or other outdoor spaces because we had a busy schedule. The pool area was very nice and clean.

The host were very communicative and when I told them I was in town earlier they were kind enough to notify the location sonI can have access early and paid a fee for me. Which I thought was very helpful. I appreciated Thalia communication. i I love that the location had a pool outside and it was peacful not a busy hotel. The only down fall was that the unit had dust on the walls by the air vents that I could visibly see had piled up. I was sneezing a lot due to my dust allergies. The corner chair is also very dirty and should just be replaced at least with a cheap clean chair. Looks like its been there a long time. The bathroom tub faucet was also coming loose and needs to be regrouted. However they helped me with wifi code and other things when I couldnt see it on the platform. The people skills are on point.

Great location for house hunting Positive: Great location, bed was nice Negative: We drink tea everyday but no kettle was found. The building itself - lots of things out of order in the building itself including the pool. They stated they were doing renovations but the pool looked fine and no one was ever working on it day after day. Some guest finally decided to go in the pool so we did too.

This was the perfect location for us. It was clean and quiet. Exactly what we needed. Thank you

We had a great stay at Thalita and Rob's condo. They answered any questions quickly and were always available for us. The bed was extremely comfortable and there is plenty of hot water. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. The building is well maintained and safe with plenty of parking. We will stay again when we return!

El lugar es tal cual las fotos, y tiene las conifères necesarias para la estadía. Esta bien ubicado y cerca a lugares de comida.

Pre-check-in instructions were easy and clear. They were responsive before, during, and post reservation dates! Had everything I needed as advertised and I recommend staying here when you’re in Orlando.

Thalita and Rob were good to deal with especially when issues came up

O local era excelente, com estacionamento e tem muita coisa perto. A comunicação foi rápida e eficiente.

Where do I begin? It started with the check-in when I was appointed a room. As soon as I walked in the room, I come to realize that there was mold all over the ceiling and walls in both living room and bedroom. Absolutely unacceptable for anyone. I had planned this trip accordingly so that I would have time to spend at Universal that night, unfortunately by the time my ordeal was all set and done the parks had closed. In hindsight is not a big deal, luckily for me I didn’t have any children with me. I couldn’t imagine how hard that would be for a parent with children to deal with that. Second issue was on the hottest day of the week after being in the parks all day. I was exhausted and wanted to come to the room and take a cold shower and found out that the water had been shut off. They originally told me 20 minutes and it was off for over four hours. I understand and not everything can be controlled, but mold in a room is not acceptable, especially to that extent no excuse!

I read the reviews before I booked. The owner also assured me the air was working. Not the case!! hotter hell in the unit! Also, tiny thin bath towels, no wash cloths supposedly for sanitary reasons, but you could wiped your ass with the bath towel. That isn't insanity. Place was for the most part clean but had a tiny futon that was awful and had a rod down the middle & a king bed. Carpet was disgusting, (it needs to be replaced) (not cleaned) The hallways stunk and we're very grossly kept. The building was sleazy! The clientele was mostly sleazy! There were a few people that were misled like myself. You couldn't relax and stay in your unit because you really didn't want to be there but to sleep. The nicest things in the unit was the shutters on the windows and one was broken. it wouldn't stay closed. I did get a refund of $79 big deal!!! How does Airbnb allow these places to be rented out or qualify them as rentable.

Voltaria sem dúvidas a me hospedar Positive: Gostei do atendimento personalizado. Negative: Apesar de solucionado, foi demorado a questão do ar condicionado. Só após minha decisão de sair que houve celeridade na solução.

Lo recomiendo Positive: Comodidad, la zona es muy linda y cercano a muchos lugares para comer, de Universal y outlets. Negative: No hacen limpieza diaria en el departamento, no tenía escoba ni nada para poder limpiar. Si vas por varios días necesitas comprar esas cosas. Si había detergente, esponja y utensilios de cocina.

Positive: piscina y ubicación Negative: no era directo el trato con el hotel y el operador.

Positive: The location was good, no real issues. Negative: No balcony

Positive: The bed is really comfortable, the shower was nice, it was really good having dishes and a dishwasher, we had a problem with the microwave and when we talked to the staff they changed it on the same day and also some other issues that they solved in the same day. Negative: Even though they changed the microwave the new one also had problems but I was too tired to deal with it again, and they had this rule that you can’t turn the AC below 72F, which is really hot when you’re used to live in the pacific west coast! And they didn’t tell you about it until the check in date! And the place looked kind dirty since I found someone else hair in many spots around the place.

Apartamento completo, algo anticuado Positive: Apartamento completo, con habitacion separada. Estaba equipado con todo lo necesario inlcuyendo heladera grande y cocina horno (faltaba la pava). Negative: Al ingresar habia un olor feo, quizas de la alfombra. Habia cucarachas en el baño. Algunas sillas y sillon estaban manchados o rotos. El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido.

Positive: Es un apartamento muy completo, tiene de todo lo necesario para la cocina y el baño. la cama muy cómoda y está muy cerca de Universal resort, y del outlet internacional premium Outlet Negative: Se ve que está un poquito viejo en los muebles, pero es suficiete para su uso.

Positive: Me gustó todo, vuelvo muchas veces más. Negative: Que el personal no podía atenderme debido a que mi reservación fue echa por Booking y tenía que contactarlos a ellos.
