Dyan’s house was perfect for our girls trip! Everything we were hoping to get out of an Airbnb. If we come back we will definitely be looking to stay at this house. Beds were comfy, super clean, friendly host, amazing all around!

We had an amazing stay here! It was just as described, everything we needed was provided, it was very clean, and the host was kind and helpful.

Excellent property for a small group located in East Nashville! We walked to great bars and restaurants and took an Uber to downtown Nashville when needed. Clean and uncluttered, kitchen amenities were great. A+ stay!

The interior of this unit was hands down the most beautifully decorated, stocked and curated we have ever seen! The exterior was a little funky. Sits behind another home so a little hard to find. There was nearby construction that although not continuous started at least one morning at 7:25 am. Car access is through an alley that is overgrown with weeds and difficult to navigate. When we arrived, there were open garbage bins in the driveway and swarming flies. Once inside, it was a dream!

Awesome place! Just as advertised. Stuff to do nearby and a short uber drive away from Broadway street! Would definitely book again! No complaints.

One of the best Airbnb's I have stayed at! This was perfect for 3 couples as each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The middle flood was a great common space with more than enough room at the dining table and couches where watch TV. The location is perfect for exploring East Nashville by foot or Nashville by car. It was quiet, the AC worked very well on a hot summer week, and we had all the towels and other amenities that we needed. Highly recommend, I would 100% stay here again!

Very responsive & helpful… Beautiful place!

Beautiful home with private full baths for each bedroom, large gathering space which was perfect for our family, however our stay was slightly overshadowed by bug infestation and trash receptacles full and un-emptied in the garage. After making you aware of the situation when we arrived on Saturday this was not addressed until the following Friday.

Great place to stay, about a 6-7 minute Uber to broadway. The house was clean and Dyan was very helpful from booking all the way through checkout.

We had a wonderful stay at Dyan’s place! The space itself is incredibly clean and modern, with a sleek design that made us feel right at home. ​The location was the real highlight—it’s so close to downtown, making it easy to get around. Plus, there are some fantastic food spots just a short walk away. Dyan was a great host, and the whole experience was seamless. Would definitely stay here again!

lovely space, very spacious and well kept. Plenty of walkable things to do. Instructions were very simple and easy to follow and the host was very responsive. 5 stars, would recommend!

We had a great stay! It was a little tricky for my in laws to find, it's behind the house that is at the address, but other than that everything was great! Beautiful home, great location.

Great house in a good location to see all areas of Nashville. Walkable to many bars, restaurants and coffee shops. I would stay here again next time I am in town.

Excellent condo very close to the Nashville action! The condo was artfully decorated and felt very comfortable. The beds were exceptional (great mattresses!) and parking in the garage was a huge plus. Finding the place was a little tricky as it's situated behind another house (it's an odd street) so we took a back alley that led right to the garage and that worked great (Just make sure you read the instructions or you'll be knocking on the wrong door). Checkin was easy and I liked the digital book they send with all the instructions in an organized system. Made it easy to find what we were looking for. There was a party going on in the condo on the other side of the wall from ours so we were concerned it would be hard to sleep, but it wasn't an issue at all. The balcony's were super cute and a nice place to enjoy coffee and look out on the bustling world around us. Be aware that there are a lot of steps, which was fine for us, but could be an issue for others. Overall 5+ stars!

Fantastic experience all around. The place had everything we needed and looks just like the photos, if not better. Seamless check-in and check-out and Dyan was so responsive and accommodating the whole time. The space is extremely comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Bedrooms are so comfortable (king beds are great and all bedrooms have their own bathroom). The huge living space and kitchen are really inviting and perfect for groups. The garage was a great perk since we had a car so it made our stay even more convenient. The house is located in a trendy part of East Nashville, close to restaurants/bars with quick access to downtown/Broadway. Absolutely five stars, and would absolutely recommend to others!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. Everything was just as pictured. She communicated well and had clear, easy instructions for us. All items were labeled in the kitchen which made it easy to find and put away. We appreciated the king sized beds in every bedroom and the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom as well. We walked to some great restaurants nearby which made our stay easier. We had a marvelous stay!
