Equilibrio entre precio y calidad Positive: Buena ubicación, departamento no muy nuevo pero cómodo, solo necesita una apertura de ventana para que entre aire, ya que los extractores de aire no son suficientes cuando cocinas, pero vi que así es el diseño del edificio, por lo demás, es un excelente equilibrio entre precio, y comodidad. A bus stop around the next block givess access to 8 bus or red line for < 20 minute ride to Universal (8 bus) or sea world (orlando). $2 person each way, exact change required. Much cheaper than drive and park. Driving to Disney is easier. Many walkable dining options. Clean, quiet unit. Very good communicators. Free and ample parking at unit.
El departamento está muy bien para 2 personas todo funciona y todo está perfecto . el estacionamiento favorece mucho
Positive: I liked that it was QUIET and convenient to all the local gift and souvenir shops and restaurants..staff was friendly. Room was comfy and ved was comfortable.. check in easy and smooth Negative: We informed the staff that the laundry room had razor blades on the ground so kids couldn't get ahold of them but after 3 times they were still there so we picked them up ourselves with gloves of course. The staff didn't show any urgency for the safety of guest for that situation.. And the price of the laundry was pretty high and the dryers didn't dry clothes very well to where we had to dry the same load twice to three times $$$

Place was as described. Plenty of food options near by. Lots to do in area. everything was clean and the room was comfortable.
Great place to stay if visiting any of the Universal parks as only a short taxi ride, even if you wanted to visit Orlando city during your stay the taxi ride is not that long or expensive. Great that there is a pool there to use as well. Luis was really responsive when we had an issue with the fridge and got it fixed very quickly!

Nuestra estancia fue excelente, el personal de recepción fue amigable y colaborador, el departamento es muy acogedor. Totalmente recomendable! volvería a hospedarme en el lugar.

No What i expected Upon arrival, the hotel room… not apartment had not been cleaned… sink was a mess , the unit had no paper products, and the tub was full of water., I asked for the tub to be fixed, it was , but the rooms and other areas did not get touched. The remotes in both rooms did not work… not satisfied…
