About this property

Picture a glass of Verde Valley red in hand as you sink into the hot tub after a day of tasting rooms and red rock trails!

• Short stroll to Old Town wineries & cafés
• Private hot tub & fire pit
• 2 bedrooms, each with its own bath
• Sun-soaked patio, BBQ & cornhole
• Stocked kitchen with big island
• Easy day trips to Sedona & Jerome
• Highspeed Wifi

Pour something local, slide into the bubbling hot tub, and watch the stars come out over the Verde Valley! This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath hideaway sits just off Historic Old Town Cottonwood, so tasting rooms, cafés, and galleries are right around the corner, and Sedona’s red rocks are an easy day trip away.

Sleeping arrangements:

• Bedroom 1: King bed, smart TV, ensuite bath with walk-in shower
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, smart TV, ensuite bath with walk-in shower

The kitchen: Whip up breakfast on the high-end stainless steel appliances, then gather around the large island with a fresh cup from the Keurig. The cabinets are stocked with cookware, so a night cooking in is just as easy as a night out.

The living room: Sink into the plush sofa and queue up a movie on the 50" smart TV. The open floor plan keeps everyone together, even while someone’s cooking.

Outdoor fun: This is where the magic happens! Fire up the grill, start a friendly cornhole rivalry on the sun-soaked patio, then trade stories around the fire pit before one last soak in the hot tub.

With two private suites, this is a great fit for two couples, a group of friends, or a small family of up to 4 guests, and a high chair and Pack ‘n Play are ready for little ones.

Our local team is just a call away throughout your stay, so all you have to do is kick back and soak up wine country.

The area

You’re tucked right into the heart of Arizona wine country, with small-town charm on your doorstep and big adventures a short drive away.

Old Town: A quick stroll to Historic Old Town Cottonwood, where you can hop between tasting rooms, cozy cafés, galleries, and antique shops along the historic main drag.

Outdoors: About 5 minutes to Dead Horse Ranch State Park for hiking, fishing, and paddling along the Verde River, and roughly 5 to 10 minutes to the ancient pueblo ruins at Tuzigoot National Monument.

Wine country: About 20 minutes to the vineyards of Page Springs, plus plenty of local wine tours that offer pickup right in town.

Day trips: Around 20 minutes up the mountain to historic Jerome, about 30 minutes to Sedona’s iconic red rocks, roughly 50 minutes to Prescott, about an hour to Flagstaff, and around 1.5 to 2 hours to Phoenix.

Nearby Attractions:
• Historic Old Town Cottonwood – Shops, galleries, wine tasting rooms & local charm
• Dead Horse Ranch State Park – Hiking, fishing, kayaking & river access
• Alcantara Vineyards – Scenic winery with tastings & views
• Blazin' M Ranch – Old West dinner shows & family fun
• Verde River Greenway – Walking & biking trails in nature

Restaurants:
• Crema Craft Kitchen + Bar – Popular brunch spot with coffee & pastries
• Pizzeria Bocce – Wood-fired pizza & relaxed patio vibe
• Nic's Italian Steak & Crab House – Steak, seafood & Italian favorites
• Belfry Wood-Fired Grill & Brewery – Craft beer & casual dining

Old Town is easy to explore on foot, but a car is your best friend for reaching Sedona, Jerome, and the surrounding trails. Uber and Lyft do operate in the Verde Valley, though availability can be limited, especially in the evenings, so plan ahead or book a wine tour with pickup included.

“The house is perfectly situated right off Main St in Cottonwood. Great restaurants, shopping and wilderness trails all within walking distance. The house has enough amenities to keep you busy should you choose to stay in for the day as well.”

“Our stay was fantastic. The house was lovely, and the location was perfect. It was super close to everywhere we wanted to go, literally steps away from restaurants and bars and entertainment, but still felt private. We were able to relax in the hot tub, hear the music from Main Street while still feeling secluded. Hosts were super responsive and the house was comfortable and well equipped. Not a single complaint. We will look to stay here again the next time we're in the area.”
