Great location, screened in porch awesome to get away from bugs at night! Loved this place. Well maintained.

The property is perfectly situated at the beginning of the boardwalk to the beach. The home is comfortable, laid out well for larger families and has all the usual necessities. The screened in porch is a favorite as is the outdoor shower under the house. Minor suggestions: replace the Christmas lights on the porch -- many are burned out. The kitchen, while well-equipped, could use a better set of pots and pans -- they're a little well-worn. All in all, a great place to stay. Will likely stay again.

We’ve stayed in Morgantown many times and have always loved it. This property is one that we will come back to for sure. Location to the beach access was great!! House was supplied with everything you need!!

We love the property. First time staying in Morgantown and loved it. Boardwalk to beach right next door. Weather was perfect for whole week we were there. Definitely will be back. Everything was wonderful from booking to check out.

Love the house and the location. It’s our 2nd year to book this home and will book this home every year. We’ll see you next summer.

House was well appointed and maintained, especially the kitchen in that we had everything needed for eating/cooking during our stay. Easy walk to beach and pools, wonderful views and great communication/information regarding the entire rental process. Second time renting with Coastal View Vacations and cannot say enough good things about the experience.

We had an excellent time at Changes in Attitude. The location was ideal next to the boardwalk for beach access. The house was more than enough room and had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive. Lost our AC one night and had a repair person out the next morning (on a holiday!). She also kept us updated on other contractors visiting the space so we could be prepared. Highly recommend and would love to come back again!

First time ever to stay in Ft Morgan. The location is perfect and the house was perfect. We were able to bring both of our pets. We really enjoyed our stay and will rent through this company again. We had absolutely zero issues. See y’all next year!

The house was perfect. Only wish the beach had enforcement on leaving tents up. But the house and neighborhood was great.

This was the second year in a row staying at this particular location. The house was clean and in good order. The location to both the beach and pool are perfect. The house was exactly as described both years. We already have plans on going next year. The customer service/management was fantastic. They were able to get me checked in early this year and even contacted me to make sure everything was going well. I was never given a generic message but spoke with via email, text, and phone to a real person. Overall we were completely satisfied and can’t wait for next year. We did do some fishing from Fort Morgan pier and ate at Sassy Bass both were great.

It was very quiet and serene. It is steps from the beach it had all the accommodations you could need. There is even an outside shower and a restroom downstairs just in case. We enjoyed our time there. It could use a screen door on the master bedroom that opens to the deck.

We loved staying here. The house is perfect and huge. Super close to the beach and in a cute little community. Felt very safe with other homes nearby, but not too close to other people. We were able to spend every day on the beach with our pup and will for sure be back. Management company was super responsive with anything we needed. Highly recommend.

Easy booking and no contact arrival. Door code emailed as promised. Great location; steps from the beach and the community pool. House was very clean and lots of room for all our family. There is a bonus bathroom with a shower downstairs. Enjoyed the stay and would rent again.

We had a wonderful stay with our children and grandchildren. One of the best stocked kitchens ever. Everything was great - close walk to the beach!

Loved this house! Plenty of room for 8 adults, 5 little ones, and 2 dogs. Perfect location, right beside beach access and nice beach view even though it is 3rd row. Definitely recommend for large groups!

This was our first time staying in a beach house and our first time going through Coastal View Vacations. We absolutely loved it! Linda w CVV could not have been any better to us; she was great and helpful! Everything was clean and as promised.

This property has everything you need for your beach vacation. House is spacious and the kitchen is well stocked if you choose to cook in. The neighborhood is a gem with 2 great neighborhood pools and is very family and pet friendly. We especially enjoyed the back porch and screened porch where you could listen to the waves crashing on the sand. This area has some of the most beautiful beaches we’ve seen so don’t wait-book today...the beach is calling.
