The first-floor layout creates a spacious living area with comfortable seating and direct access to the large outdoor deck, where you can enjoy open views of the lake and fresh Michigan breezes. Whether you are relaxing after a beach day or winding down in the evening, the layout makes it easy for everyone to spend time together.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and everything needed to prepare meals at home. The adjacent dining area provides a welcoming space for shared meals, games, and family conversation. Upstairs, two bedrooms offer flexible, family-friendly sleeping arrangements, making this chalet well-suited for families or groups traveling together. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located on the main level for added convenience.

Guests have access to shared amenities that include three pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, shuffleboard, a beach volleyball court, and quiet pond areas. The sandy shoreline is the heart of the property, with an easy walk from the chalets to the water in every season.

Spend your days exploring golden Lake Michigan beaches, boutique wineries, craft breweries, and farm-to-table restaurants that define the region’s coastal charm. Nearby St. Joseph and New Buffalo offer vibrant shopping, galleries, and seasonal festivals, while local trails, nature preserves, and orchards invite peaceful outdoor adventures.

Notes from your host

Please be aware that the Chalets are duplex style. This rental is for one half of the duplex and guests will share a wall with the occupant of the adjacent unit.

To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party, up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.

“My family and I loved the chalet. It was the perfect size for our family. We had plenty to do. From walks on the lakefront to the pool, playground and basketball, there was something for everyone. We felt at home. Our host was great and easy to communicate with. Although we did not have to communicate much, this was a testament as to how well everything was with the chalet. Lastly, we felt secured as a family due to the chalet being gated and in a private community where access is limited. My family and I will return and we highly recommend for families with small children.”
