Last minute, easy. super responsive and very friendly and professional. Booked this for my niece who flew in for an interview. We booked last minute and the price was such a great value, booking was quick and easy. The host was so sweet and responsive. They didn't have a long list of check out things that needed to be accommodated. Quick, easy, comfortable and cozy. The closest thing to feedback I have is the front door sticks a bit but they had pre-written instructions warning how to use it so communication is 10/10. Very happy and appreciate the cozy and convenient book.

Negative: El departamento tiene una buena ubicación y, en general, cuenta con lo necesario para una estadía. Sin embargo, mi experiencia no fue la esperada. La cama me pareció demasiado dura y poco cómoda. También había muy poca iluminación en el comedor, lo que hacía que el espacio se sintiera oscuro. Otro punto negativo fue el ruido excesivo del aire acondicionado, especialmente durante la noche, ya que dificultaba el descanso. Además, considero que las fotos del departamento se ven bastante mejor que el lugar en persona, por lo que esperaba encontrar un espacio más agradable y cuidado. En general, no sería un lugar que elegiría nuevamente.

ATTENTION, stationnement interdit entre 13h et 16h et le 2e mercredi de chaque mois Negative: Logement peu isolé niveau sonore et température on entend beaucoup ce que les autres personnes qui dorment font (téléphone, télévision ou clim) Le climatiseur fait un bruit de dingue. Espace entre toilettes et baignoire beaucoup trop petit, je ne pouvais pas me mettre droit (je mesure 1m80) + beaucoup d'humidité dans la salle de bain, la ventilation marche pas Le quartier du logement est un quartier populaire donc attendez vous à des regards sur vous (étant de région parisienne j'ai l'habitude) Odeur bizarre sur le canapé, sûrement le nettoyant et la télévision plante de temps en temps mais rien de bien méchant

Passei uma semana no apartamento e me senti muito bem acomodado. Senti falta apenas de shampoo e condicionador de cortesia, mas não é algo "obrigatório". Como o prédio é antigo, tem poucas tomadas, mas consegui me adaptar bem. No geral, ótima acomodação e boa experiência. Os anfitriões são excelentes: práticos e solícitos.

Host was amazing but there were last minute changes and the option we were given was terrible place. The bathroom had very very strong bleach smell. It was very warm in bedroom, portable ac unit offered was not moveable. I was forced to change location very last minute or i was offered refund while i was already on my way there. May be the original place we booked with Nelson would have been better but the place we were offered was terrible.

This place was absolutely perfect for my stay. The space felt cozy, private, and very comfortable, exactly as described. The host was really nice, welcoming, and respectful, and replied super fast to every message. Overall, the experience was amazing I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot!

Great place for what I needed.

A pretty ideally located place in a quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our purposes, which were just a conveniently located place to stay overnight. We did find the apartment a little too warm (AC couldn't really service the entire space, even on this relatively mild night) and it was hard to get the sleeping areas sufficiently dark for proper sleep (the outdoor lighting was quite bright and hard to block out). The place worked for us, but I would not have wanted to stay more than one night even at the very reasonable asking price.

Good and felt home

The stay was super nice. The only down fall it was warm and the portable ac unit was so loud and didn’t really cool the place down unfortunately but overall happy with the stay!

It was a lovely place to stay in as a solo traveler! Very convenient for check in, quiet and calm neighborhood, and Brix and Cassie were very responsive and friendly. Adored it, it was very spacious and gorgeous views for the sunset.

Excellent if you need to be centrally located as the unit is great value Positive: It was very good value for what I paid. The unit appeared to be recently renovated. Very functional layout. Negative: The outside and area were not appealing. The hallway was drab and could use upgrading. It was a great surprise how new and neat the unit was once I entered which made it very enjoyable!

overall a really enjoyable stay. The bed was gorgeous, and all fresh and clean linen. the hosts were helpful and responsive. the kitchen was absolutely spotless. could do with some more cutlery and stuff like a sieve and grater. lovely decor. the only things to point out was there was not enough light in the living room. no overhead light, just one dim lamp in the corner. there should be a blanket for the living room to make it feel cosy. we stayed during a heat wave, and the AC just wasn't strong enough. we asked for a fan because the kitchen and bedroom was boiling. generally a lovely place to stay

Cant say enough great things about Brix and Cassies place. We will always choose their place when its avaible. Love the service we receive always 5 star!

Nice and Cosy Positive: They provided all the essentials....dish washing liquid, tablets for the dishwasher, paper hand towel, even black pepper, salt and cooking oil......it's a perfect place for a short stay. Negative: The common areas of the building gets a thumbs down, but as soon as you step into the apartment, everything is pretty much as pictured. Parking is a little hit and miss.....thank God this trip there was a park on the street in front of the building every time we came home.

Great location, the unit was really clean and had everything needed for cooking, comfy bed. Even the common areas were clean. The weather was really hot the weekend I stayed, there is AC but only in the living room. I’d suggest having a fan available. It was too hot to sleep in the bedroom one of the nights I had to move to the couch, it was comfy too so no big deal. Just something to keep in my mind for next time. Thanks again, will book again if I’m in the area.

We had a great stay! the unit is spacious and all the amenities were easily available as listed. Washroom was well stocked. Overall we had an amazing stay.

I wouldn’t stay here again. I was hoping I found my next good spot to stay in everytime I come to visit but no thank you Positive: Big bed, large kitchen Negative: We ended up having a different location that what was of understanding, which I could not imagine how that would be for someone who was expecting to be on a whole different side of the city, but it worked out fine for us. We also had the wrong address when we arrived and had to personally text the person to ask for the address. We also had the wrong door code and the staff was difficult. There was also many pieces of dark hair that was in the towels. Photo is below. From my understanding Matthew and Cassie are running this place. But all I spoke to was East Indian individuals, which is fine but I’m not sure if something weird is going on here or if they have people working for them. Personally, I would have much preferred to talk to the ACTUAL owner of the property. I will not be visiting again.

unfortunately it was a horrible experience. they accepted my stay was on my way there then they canceled my stay. sent me a text say that they had to cancel and thx for understanding. if I cancel there no refund. but they can cancel and I get my money back up to 15 days later. This is bullshit ended up having to sleep in my car unfortunately I dont have a lot of money so I couldn't rebook something else. not a trust worthy Host just a heads up. ill be looking for interest on my money and compisation.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Hamilton. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very welcoming, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was convenient and perfect for our trip as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hamilton, including friends and family. we really enjoyed the location overall it was a comfortable stay. Positive: location was amazing! came with plenty of cookware, and the cooking basis. bed was incredibly comfortable. rooms were very nice and private. AC unit worked excellent. neighbour hood was beautiful. Negative: the bathroom was a little cramped, our knees touched the glass shower door when we sat down on the toilet. it was hard to be comfortable when using the toilet for this reason. the solution most of the time was to sit sideways. we were in the downstairs unit (unit 1) and there was hardly any sound proofing. we could hear the tenants above us, and it the hallway. we could hear when the other tenants used rhe bathroom, the sink, and the shower. at times we could hear their conversations as well. there was one safety issue we had, and that was that the window in the bedroom didnt lock. this was concerning as this window was at floor level and easy to open from the outside. we used one of the wooden spoons to lock it in place when needed, but it was definitely something that made us feel uncomfortable (especially at night).

The place was awesome and as expected. I will definitely rebook it again.

まあまあ Positive: バス停に近くて街を散策するには良い場所です。またトロント空港から直通のバスが近くにあり便利です Negative: 上の階のゲストが深夜過ぎてもドタバタと走り回っています。歩くくらいなら理解できますがなぜ走る足音が聞こえるのか理解できません。精神が病んでいたのでしょうか。耳栓がアメニティーとして置いてあったので、これはしょうがないのかも知れません。

We needed a place on very short notice for the weekend, and Brix and Cassie responded incredibly quickly, which we really appreciated. The place was exactly as shown in the photos, clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The location is a huge plus. It’s very close to downtown and within walking distance to pretty much everything, which made getting around super easy. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely stay here again!
