Resort Realty not only saved our vacation (we had to evacuate Hatteras Island due to Hurricane Erin) but made it great!! The house was well cared for and all living areas were spotless. There was a shared pool close by and a hot tub on the property. Beach access was via a well maintained boardwalk. The kitchen was well-stocked and well maintained. We couldn't have been happier with this home or with Resort Realty.
Excellent Great location, Very Clean, Beautiful home, quick walk to the beach on a boardwalk path, Quiet neighborhood, loved that we could enjoy the pool in the evenings in the kids wanted to. Would stay here again.
Tide and Seek was a great place to stay for a beach vacation. The house was nice and cold to keep out of the heat. The community pool was never crowded. We had an issue with the hot tubs which Resort Realty fixed for us within the hour of us contacting them. Our grill didn’t have any propane but they would have refilled it. Just make sure to request it to be filled when you book. The house was big and the area around it was quiet. The driveway can only fit 3 cars. (One under the cover of the garage and two in the drive way) but there is public street parking just outside of the neighborhood (2 min walk) The beach is about a 10 mins walk from the place but it’s on its own boardwalk path and is not too busy if you walk down a bit. Kitchen is nice and big but make sure you bring the stuff they list as essentials. Living area is comfy as well as all the beds. Water pressure in the showers is amazing. We would love to come back again.
Amazing Week! We had an amazing week at Tide & Seek. There was plenty of room for 2 families to spread out. The location was great. Just a short 8 minute walk to the beach and the community pool was steps away just outside the back gate. The house was clean and all of the beds were comfy. Loved the beachy vibes, as it was nicely decorated throughout. Our kids loved the foosball table and having their own area to hang out on the first floor. The small fridge downstairs was nice to have extra space for drinks. The kitchen was well stocked, which made cooking meals easy. We used the outdoor grill as well. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor lighting was a nice touch. We had a great family vacation here and would love to come back again.
