Mi opinión es completamente honesta a partir de lo que todos como familia pensamos.
Cuando llegas al alojamiento es de verdad un sueño, la casa es hermosa, tienes privacidad en cada habitación, la zona de piscina es un oasis, la cocina está súper equipada y el único inconveniente que tuvimos fue un problema con la electricidad que nos dejó varias horas sin luz y otros servicios, al final Rodolfo el administrador nos ayudó a resolverlo y aunque sufrimos en esas horas, el alojamiento tiene la promesa de reparar los daños económicos así que espero se cumpla. ¿Me volvería a hospedar aquí? Si, sin duda porque confío en que ellos cumplirán lo acordado y porque el alojamiento es un sueño para pasar tus vacaciones de verano.
Totalmente lo recomiendo, solo deben de tener un poco de cuidado debido a que aún existe vida silvestre alrededor de la propiedad.
El lugar está ubicado a pocos minutos de playas bonitas y buenos restaurantes.
We had a fantastic stay- such a treat to have four bedrooms, each with an ensuite. Very relaxed and comfortable vacation, highly recommend!

El lugar es bonito y cuenta con todos los servicios, el único problema fue que no funcionó el clima de la alberca y nos quedamos sin gas para cocinar y para disfrutar de agua caliente en la ducha. Todo lo demás estuvo bien, aunque ya tiene sus detalles.
Casa con buen espacio para relajarte con Familia o amigos. Todo funciono bien, la cocina muy completa.
Muy tranquilo y siempre se sintió seguro.
Recomiendo preguntarle al host sobre la calefacción de la alberca para que este lista cuando la vayan usar.
Our week-long stay here was perfect! The rooms were clean and spacious and everyone had the space and privacy they needed. The location is great - 10-15 minute walk to town had us close to all San Pancho has to offer in a quiet area. Hosts were very responsive throughout the stay. We really enjoyed our time here!
We came for a business trip due to work in the region and this was a good base for our trip: location, amenities, privacy for each in the group.
This is the quiet part of San Pancho. There was no roosters and you do not know how crucial this is!
Also, the host was really receptive to some requests I had, and I felt very taken care of.
The key situation was a little bit strange. Remember that one key stays in the lock box and one key stays inside. We accidentally locked someone inside the house, which was kind of hilarious.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The location is great - just a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the center of activity in San Pancho or to the beach. Quite a nice neighborhood. The house is beautifully designed and the outside "living room" is very inviting and comfortable. I would happily return.
We had a good time and the hosts were very communicative. The rooms are all comfortable and have strong AC that kept us cool at night. Unfortunately we found the place didn’t look as kept up as the photos promised, with faucets not working so well, the upstairs patio sinks not functional, and some other minor disrepair.
We did enjoy our stay in San Pancho. The house was beautiful, however, with 2 toddlers we had to be extra vigilant as it is wide open (as described) and therefore, we had to keep a close eye on the children. The house and location were perfect... far enough away from the town itself, but close enough to be walkable to the town, beach and restaurants when we wanted to go in. The home was large, clean and peaceful. Like other reviewers mentioned, it was close to the highway so there was occasional truck noise, but not something that we really noticed. With that said, the advertisement said it had a TV and high speed internet... it didn't. There was no TV nor a place to put it and there were routers for internet, however, the owner didn't try to fix it when asked... just pointed us to the open internet which wasn't secure, nor reliable, so we used our own data plans. That was the only downside. All in all, the place and our Christmas vacation there was wonderful.
