I hosted a girls volleyball team and it was a great place for that. Girls had plenty of space to sleep, eat and hang out outside. Game room was small but none of the girls were very interested in it. My only negative feedback is that if you plan to cook for a large group, there are few and small pots and pans, and very little other cooking amenities. You could maybe cook for 4. There were plenty of plates, cups, bowls and silverware for the large group.

I booked this place for a girls trip and it definitely served its purpose . It was spacious enough for 10 people. We were very comfortable and felt right at home . Everything was in order and easy to locate. The location was great , it was easy to get to our destinations with no traffic. Very quiet neighborhood. Let’s talk about the water though — if you stay here please be aware that the water gets very hot within seconds so be careful lol. Megan was an amazing host . She was very prompt and easy to talk to with fast responses. I would definitely recommend this place and even stay again.

The house was absolutely beautiful, and was a great value for how big it was. Several appliances, such as the dishwasher and fridge lacked full capability, and the pool maintenance was not the best. Just a couple nit-picky things…I would still 100% recommend this AirBnB to anyone who is looking for a nice stay in the area.

We were in Mesa for our youngest daughter’s wedding with family. The house was a few blocks from the venue and very convenient. The house was great especially for kids. It was in a quiet neighborhood and a very modern clean house with a great pool and fun games to keep the kids busy. Would highly recommend it and will be coming back.

We rented this place for team travel. It was a nice spot to spend a few nights as a team. Clean and exactly what it looked like in pictures. We reached out to the host for a few things (casita key, game room access, and pool maintenance) and there was a quick reply. Plenty of on street parking.

Good communication, the property was in great shape, freshly painted. The location was ideal, great neighborhood, very quiet. An amazing place to stay for 20 people, plenty of rooms and beds.

Found this place last minute. So glad we did! The host was very accommodating! Home was easy to find in a very nice quiet and safe neighborhood. Very open floor plan gave everyone enough room to spread out comfortably…plus some. We only had our family of 5 but this home can accommodate many more! Kitchen was well equipped for daily cooking. I personally cook a lot and I was extremely pleased with everything provided. Family thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa, which was kept very clean. Plenty of pool towels, lawn chairs, and seating for everyone. Didn’t get a chance to sit around the fire table or use the outdoor bbq island but it certainly had a great appeal! Game room was such a hit! Spent quite a bit of time playing competitive ping pong and arcade! Provided table games were a nice touch. Adults can go out on the town within just a few minutes. Nice bars and restaurants to enjoy! I will give this house and location a 10/10 rating. Thank you for everything!
