the host Ryan from the word go sounded helpful and indeed he is. the place is neat and so warm welcoming save for the small few individual glitches by ourselves as humans. the linen, towels, utility consumables were enough for our stay of 7days. I would recommend this place for any one in need of air bnb stay to take up the place. we wished to stay for more days but days ahead of our planned stay were occupied. flexibility of the host in check out time was another plus to us. the girls, wife and I look forward to stay there any time we back to Toronto down town in case its available. 💕 Ryan you are not just a host but family. happy holidays bro👌

Great place to stay! Very comfortable beds. The little shampoo, conditioner and lotion bottles were a nice touch, as was the Keurig. There was a bit more road noise than we had expected but the supplied ear plugs were thoughtful. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect spot for our family for a quick overnight trip.

Great location to stay for a concert. Parking is limited to street parking and not over night. Parking for over night is about 10-15 min walk away. House is fully equipped with everything you could need. Street noise is loud with the trams but they give you earplugs. House worked well for 4 adults. Pull out couch is a futon and was not extremely comfortable but for one night it was fine. Host was great and responded to any questions immediately. Would stay here again.

This is a gem, nestled in one of my favourite Toronto neighborhood’s!! It’s literally the center of everything that’s amazing in the east end. The apt was clean beyond expectations, cozy with everything you need to have a night or a month. Highly recommend will def rebook.

I really loved staying in Leslieville. There are so many cute little coffee places (matcha and hojicha lattes!!!), gift shops, convenience stores and bistros. Some of the nearby restaurants are first rate! We could also walk to Lake Ontario and enjoy the shimmering water, ducks, wild swans and trees. Our host was very responsive and was even looking out for us when weather was bad. Love the faux fireplace! The apartment was immaculately clean too.

Celebrated our anniversary here on a little over night trip. The place was super cozy and well kept, very hassle free check in and out and minutes away from the location we were seeing a concert at which was a bonus! Ryan the host is very hospitable and checked in to make sure things were going well which we appreciated! Helped make our anniversary special! Definitely recommend and will be staying again!

Excellent location in the heart of a vibrant community. Wonderful host who was very responsive. Plenty of activity within walking distance. Especially enjoyed the local dog groomer and meeting her pups. We would stay here again.

Very clean, quiet and very reactive host!

Positive: Stayed at Casa Queen while in town for work. Although I used the flat just to sleep and not much else, it was perfect. Comfortable, well appointed, quiet. I wish I could have spent more time in this cozy little place!

Nice private place with two separate bedrooms, a living room with a small fire place and a good kitchen with the essentials. The unit is right on Queen street beside the tram. Lots of cool local shops and restaurants and just 20 minutes out of the downtown core in a more laid-back area of the city. Good value for the price, great home base for a Toronto visit.

We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean and the downtown location was excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city. One thing we particularly appreciated was the check-in process. The host provides access to a website with all the information you need for your stay, including Wi-Fi details, key instructions, house rules, and other useful information. It made everything very straightforward and stress-free. The apartment is located in a busy area, so there is some noise, but this was clearly communicated in advance and was not an issue for us, especially since we were only staying for one night. Overall, a clean, well-organized place in a fantastic location. We would happily stay here again.

Amazing location in one of Toronto's nicest and most central neighbourhoods. There was an issue with the room and we appreciated that they proactively warned us about it and arranged a suitable alternative before our scheduled arrival. Their communication and attention to our needs throughout our stay was great. They proactively check on us and are solution oriented. The place was squeaky clean and really pleasant. Instructions were clear. Great place that we may book again when we visit Toronto!

Beautiful living space and well kept. Very clear instructions on how to find the spot and get in as well. There are plenty of stores nearby and the area is perfect for shopping or visiting family and such. Parking was a slight hassle due to the street parking being unavailable overnight, but the host is thorough with accommodations and noted all of the nearby parking areas as well as the rules for the street parking. Very responsive and helpful host.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was an exactly what we had planned expected of a flat in Leslieville and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

This was my first time staying in this little apartment, and I definitely would stay here again. It was ever so clean, which is super-important to me. Very comfy bed, full kitchen, well-maintained accommodations...and an excellent location for my purposes. Ryan is a very helpful co-host, responding quickly to any questions I had. I highly recommend this place.

Positive: Location was great for what we needed. Apartment was easy to access and instructions from the host were very clear. Host regularly checked in to make sure we were okay. WiFi was great to have and the apartment was very clean. We knew it was on a busy street but the noise didn't bother us at all. Would recommend to a friend and would book again.

Had a fantastic stay while in Toronto for live music. Lake Ontario is a must see. The trails around the beach are lovely. Walkable neighborhood. Apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Perfect for our needs.

We had a wonderful trip here in Toronto. Ryan and the hosting team are amazing and very responsive. The place is very spacious, cozy and spotless. We will definitely stay at their place again if possible. 10/10 experience

Loved all the lovely parks not far, easy to The Distillery District, Farmer's Markets, venues and food choices on the street car steps from the door. Check out the flower shop by the entrance. The close parking was so appreciated!

The people were friendly but I feel calling this a hotel is a bit of a stretch. This had a nice homey feel but still had many of the cost cutting measures taken by most AirBNBs. it worked for our specific needs, but a true hotel would have more amenities, more comfort, and more forethought. Most of the furnishings were clearly for a photographic aesthetic than for actual comfort or use by the guests paying the high price of renting the space. Some worthwhile improvements would be seating that is comfortable, beds that are meant for hospitality use, and a real coffee maker instead of a Keurig with mostly decaf pods. The hosts were very kind, however this is still clearly a business they are trying to run cheaply to extract as much profit as possible from their guests.

This property was exactly as described and better! The apartment was modern, clean and well appointed. And there were great little added touches (ie. filtered water, bedside ear plugs, etc.). Ryan was extremely attentive and checked in frequently to make sure we were comfortable & had everything we needed. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and we’ll book this property again!

L’appartamento è davvero grazioso e completamente attrezzato. La doccia in bagno è ampia e comoda. La cucina ha tutto compreso la lavastoviglie. Ottima la connessione Wi-Fi. Sotto casa c’è la fermata dei tram per spostarsi. La zona è molto carina ci sono molti locali e tranquilla da girare a piedi anche la sera. Ryan è stato un ottimo Host attento reattivo e gentile. Consiglio sicuramente il soggiorno a Casa Hotels.

Top Wohnung mit erstklassiger Ausstattung. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten mitten in der Stadt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Great little spot! cute area, felt safe and not nearly as busy. Host was very responsive and great to deal with and very friendly and understanding. our trip had delays because of road closure and the host even reached out to check in on us mid travel! it's the little things like feeling like your cared about!
