We really enjoyed our stay at casa hotel. The space was clean and the parking and check in instructions were clear. Our host, Ryan, was responsive and polite. The street noise wasn’t bothersome at all. The area was also wonderful - was walkable, had a park with playground down the block, had great independent shops/restaurants, short trip to the beach, and not too far from downtown proper. We were traveling with an infant, so we had to use the dishwasher and washer/drier - all of which were high quality.

Our family had a great stay! Leslieville is a great neighbourhood with everything you might need near by. The streetcar noise outside was not too bad. We used some white noise and slept well.

The only thing I can say that was not beyond our expectations was that we found the mattresses were much too soft. But that is a personal preference and others may prefer it that way. Ryan was very communicative, friendly and helpful , could not ask for a better host. We would love to come back and try all the restaurants we didn't get to this time around. Perfect size for our family of 4, it's a food paradise, fantastic thrift stores, bookshops, cafes, and transit right outside are all huge bonuses and the dog-watching was also excellent! All that with parking! Amazing! Thanks Ryan!!

A great apartment in a great location. Our family enjoyed the great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable for our stay with our adult daughter.

The host was the most kind and flexible person to deal with! We were visiting Toronto for a family funeral and the host was so compassionate and kind adjusting to our needs and responding quickly. Apartment was good value for the money. One small complaint was the unit was too hot when we first arrived and took most the night to cool down. The heat was done out of kindness as it was very cozy when we arrived but made it a bit tough to sleep. Other than that a great stay!

Good find, reasonable and not too far from downtown.

Positive: Quite familiar with the Leslieville and Beaches area and this is in a great location. I stayed here during the weekend of Toronto Blue Jays World Series game 6/7 and everything else was outrageously priced. The east end offers a great location, easy access to the downtown core and this place is a cozy 2 bedroom place at a reasonable price. Negative: Would be hard to find in the night time

My stay at Casa Hotels was perfect for my stay while in Toronto. The location offered many great restaurant options all within the great neighbourhood, Leslieville, while still offering easy access to the city and Union Station.

We had a wonderful overnight at Casa Hotel's space. Nice spacious two bedroom in a great location. Lots of restaurants and nightlife nearby. The space was super clean and well appointed. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. Comfortable bedding, very nice bath, and we'll equipped kitchen. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend to others looking for a great spot just outside of downtown in a fun, hip neighborhood. Thank you!

Unit is as advertized. Clean. Comfy. Well equipped kitchen. Queen St East is a fantasticToronto location within easy walking distance of good restaurants, bars, bakeries, shops. Included off street parking is a bonus.

We loved our stay! The apartment was perfect — super comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed. Ryan and his team were fantastic: friendly, attentive, and always quick to help. The location is amazing if you’re looking for a real neighborhood vibe, with cafés, restaurants, and everything right at your doorstep, all along lively Queen Street. The streetcar stops literally right outside the door, so it’s super easy to get anywhere in the city. We’d definitely stay here again! We came to the hotel for a beach volleyball tournament at Ashbridges Bay. This location was only an $8 Uber from the beach and we easily went back and forth with no issues. The hotel itself was quaint, comfy and clean. We loved the restaurants and brewery down the road and hope to be back again for a visit without the teenage boys. Looked like Lots of great shopping for us moms, just didn’t have the time to see it all. Very happy with our stay!

Came for a wedding and the venue was a block away, very convenient. Just as described, would stay here again.

My stay was excellent! The hosts were very responsive and ensured that we had everything we needed. The unit is comfortable, close to everything including a streetcar/bus stop right out front, and has great off street parking which is a huge plus. There is some noise coming from the street at night but nothing unexpected and they left ear plugs just in case! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and I would absolutely stay again.

Great location, fun little eateries and boutiques all around. Perfect apartment with all amenities one could wish for. We were there in the winter, but we noticed an amazing patio for summer guests. Highly recommend.

Ryan was the perfect host. He provided an easy check in and was super responsive. His spot in leslieville is walking distance to grocery stores, the best coffee shops, restaurants, parks and vintage clothing shops. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook with a great gas stove and the biggest perk was the 2 parking spaces we were able to use.

Have nothing but great things to say about this place, rooms were cozy and great sizes, the kitchen had everything you needed, even ice trays with ice all ready! The little patio was perfect, 2 parking spots were ideal for our trucks! Soo many local spots to try for food, coffee and shops. Safe lovely area and the hosts provided many ear plugs for who ever needed them due to the street cars. We loved our stay and will definitely book this place again when visiting toronto!!

I stayed at Casa Hotels Leslie for 5 nights in Nov. 2026 whilst seeing a specialist at Micheal Garron. It was excellent and I highly recommend it for travellers searching for curated, urban comfort. The unit itself is pristine. All the space is used wisely. It is modern while not totally erasing the century charm of the building. Amenities are stellar: we made full meals daily, used the laundry, the shower had great pressure, the wifi was stable, the beds were comfortable and all linens crisp. It also has a wonderful private outdoor space. Ryan was the consumate host. He accommodated an early check in, ensured we were comfortable, and was always available by text. Bonuses: Free on site parking! Note that cars are out back with the entrance in front - about 200m walk. You can load from the street after rush hour if needed, no issue. This is a quaint, urban neighbourhood. Families live and work here. Night sounds are gentle. Everything is a stroll away, or tram/bus at your door!

Relaxing stay a hidden gem in Leslieville Positive: The location was perfect and staff were exceptional with assistance as I booked short notice and guided me with professionalism. The apartment is stunning and very clean. I also would like to mention the stunning back patio that would be amazing during warmer weather.

Terrific, spacious, clean place in a fun neighbourhood! Positive: Location was terrific - several funky local restaurants within 2 blocks. Suite itself was large, modern yet comfy. Private outdoor deck at the back was an unexpected bonus! Negative: Awkward kitchen electrical circuitry - only one outlet on kitchen counter was working properly during my stay.

I loved the space and the location. Have already recommended. Positive: Great options within walking distance for cafes, bars, restaurants. The back patio was a lovely space. Possible noise in the area was mentioned. It was not an issue. Appreciated the tea bags and sugar provided. Negative: The cleaning fee seemed a bit high. Especially as we were there for only one night, did no cooking, used only one mug, one glass, one spoon.

Had a wonderful two night stay at Ryan’s place. It’s newly renovated, sparkling clean, comfortable, has outside space, great technology, everything you need. Host was fantastic. Helpful, responsive and respectful. Great stay, would happily stay again. Some reviews complain about the streetcar noise, we didn’t notice that at all, a little sound, but you’re staying right on Queen St E, so some noise is expected, but I slept soundly and felt very comfortable. Thanks Ryan!

The place was just as pictured. Only one bedroom has a/c but overall the full place was comfortable and cool. The place is quiet and in general we did not hear anything other than the streetcar that runs 24hrs. They offered ear plugs, which were needed to sleep. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond, which was very much appreciated.

Great spot for a Toronto visit. We'll be back when we have more time to visit friends and family downtown. This 1nt trip was just a layover on our way across Ontario.

Nice spot with great restaurants and a variety of retail out the front door. City noise including a rail stop immediately outside of front windows… Unit only has air conditioning in the kitchen and main bedroom. May not have been an issue if weather is cooler. Mid 80 temps during stay. Parking is a little tough to understand. Quick access to the city by car or public transportation. Close access to beach.

The apartment is very well located, in a very cute neighborhood with lots of cute shops and cafes. The apartment was super clean, the beds were comfortable, very well equipped. There’s a tram right in front of the apartment that will take you straight to downtown. The only downside of having a tram so close is that you can hear it during the night. We used the provided earplugs and it was a lot better and we were able to have a good night sleep. We would come back!

I had come to Toronto to see a concert and I found the Casa Hotel listing to be very clean and well located. The major 501 streetcar for queen has a stop just steps outside of the front door with some amazing dining options around. The next time I'm in Toronto I will very heavily consider staying here again!

The host is rapid with responses and often check in to ensure we have a pleasant stay. The home is well equipped with all needed essentials- paper towel, toilet papers, detergent etc. All TV have the ability to stream apps such as YouTube, Netflix, Disney+ and more; also the internet work perfectly well throughout my stay. Lastly, the check in process was smooth and entering and exiting the Airbnb was hassle free.

Very humble and cute on the inside and is located conveniently right in front if the bus stop outside. The host was very accommodating, polite, and quick with the response time. Only blimp in this location is it is quite noisy with the sound of a train or streetcar at night. I sleep better with outside noise so it didn’t bother me, but if you are a silent sleeper, definitely something to note. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay here again.

The location of this unit is amazing—right on the Queen Streetcar line, making it super convenient for getting around. Having parking included directly behind the unit was a huge perk, especially in the city. We also really enjoyed the covered outdoor patio off the back, which was a great spot to relax. As a heads up the stairs leading up to the unit are steep and uneven at the top. Additionally, the listing mentioned a king bed and a queen bed, but there were actually two queen beds instead, which was disappointing given our expectations. Overall, it was a good stay with some great features, but a more accurate listing would have made it even better!

A great place for a short stay — clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The space is nicely set up with everything you need, making it an easy and convenient stay. When I first checked in, I noticed a lingering smoke weed from previous guests, which wasn’t quite what I expected. However, Ryan was incredibly responsive—he called me right away, sincerely apologized, and went above and beyond to make things right. He offered multiple solutions, including a full refund, which really showed his commitment to great hospitality. Overall, the stay was great, and Ryan’s customer service was outstanding. I’d definitely consider staying at one of his properties again!

Logement très bien situé pour visiter le centre-ville de Toronto avec son véhicule ou en transport en commun. Les pièces étaient propres, les linges de maison sentaient bon. À noter que le logement est situé sur une rue passante. Cependant, le bruit n'a pas empêché un bon sommeil. L'hôte a été très réactif lors des différents échanges par la messagerie. Je recommande le logement!
