Casa hotels and Ryan were both very accommodating. They helped us last minute when our previous reservation got canceled. They were more than helpful and communication was always very timely. They made sure that we were comfortable and satisfied. Check in was very easy. We were checked up on throughout our stay. Overall amazing experience loved my stay here, would definitely come back.

Amazing spot. Loved the decor, I was so comfortable and it was easy to get in. I loved also loved being able to wash the items I used with ease. THey left just enough detergent, etc. So thoughtful! Would stay there many times over.

The host (Ryan) went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel at home. Communicate was A1. This was truly a 10/10 experience. Luxury at its finest. Would definitely stay again .

Beautiful spot. Extremely responsive host who was very helpful with any questions I had. Great check in instructions with lots of useful information. Beds were extremely comfortable. Keep in mind when booking that there are 18 steps to climb to get to the room. I would still recommend this spot for a family or larger group!

This property is beautiful, clean and has the most comfortable beds! We had a wonderful stay for 4 days and the proximity to the transit system made getting around the city really easy. The host (Ryan) was very communicative and check in/check out was really easy. Within close walking distance were wonderful restaurants (Lady Marmalade), coffee shops (Rooster) and Dim Sum and dumplings! Also try Good Cheese nearby for gourmet treats.. We will definitely book this property again next time we visit Toronto. Loved it!

I’ve been to many Airbnb around the world and this one is definitely in my top 5. The attention to detail for the guests is there and was well appreciated. Something as simple as the makeup wipes that came in handy at the very end. The unit was absolutely clean and comfortable. Each one of us had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you for the five star hotel experience but still felt like home.

Super new and clean residence. Plenty of room for sleeping with a king and queen bed. Great location with parking and grocery shopping in walking distance. Highly recommend this!

Very well run, host was super responsive and accommodating. The place was well maintained and well furnished and quite nice on the inside and very comfortable. One of the best places I have stayed in Toronto. 100% recommend and will definitely use them again the next time im in Toronto !

We had a wonderful stay at The Gerrard. The place was beautiful and was clean and had all of the amenities that were listed. Ryan was extremely responsive and went above and beyond any host that I have ever had. He even helped us with our bags up the stairs once we got there. Would recommend to anyone visiting Toronto.

Our stay was exactly what we needed! The place was so clean, well equipped, close to everything. The host was very communicative! We didn’t have any issues with our stay, but he always reached out to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone visiting Toronto!

The apartment was freshly remodeled and immaculate. Great location located near both east-west and north-south streetcar stops. There is no onsite parking, but there is a Green P lot across the street. The host was super friendly and helpful. If we decide to return to Toronto, we would happily book here again.

Gorgeous property, absolutely spotless. I was amazed at the attention to detail in decoration of the property. Beds were extremely comfortable with crisp, cool white sheets. The 2-bedroom, two bathroom floorplan was perfect for our party of 5. Beautiful and well-appointed kitchen. Neighborhood was very safe and had tons of delicious restaurants and local shops to choose from. Municipal parking directly across the street worked perfectly for us. Communication with host was seamless. 10/10 highly recommend. I wish we could have stayed for a month! Don't hesitate to book this property!

Word cannot express how well Ryan and his team at the Casa hotel took care of me and my wife. From the check-in to checkout every message was answered promptly and kindly. We felt right at home and the place was extremely clean, thank you again for your hospitality!

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean & well furnished.

We extended our visit and had the pleasure of staying in a different unit which was smaller but equally clean and well-designed. The linens and finishing touches are of beautiful quality and current. Looking forward to our return stay! Ryan was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the visit.
