Brilliant hosts and place was very clean and tidy easy access all activities we had booked

Very nice place!

Exceeded expectations and has great value! Positive: The suites are very beautiful and modern. Clean and comfortable too! The cohost Ryan was super accommodating and made sure I made it into the property safely (coming from the other side of the world, I was a little worried about self check-in 😅). Definitely would recommend and would stay here again! Negative: It was a little further from downtown than I thought, but it’s fairly well connected, so you have a couple of tram options you can take that will get you there within 30 mins.

We had a great stay in a basement suite! The light well made it feel not so basement-y. The bed was comfy and there was the perfect amount of space for 2 guests. The shower was small but as pictured so it was expected. We used public transport for our stay which was extremely easy as the hotel is done the block from multiple bus/ tram stops. We would stay here again in an instant! Ryan was extremely communicative and kind.

Highly recommend this location for anyone wanting to explore downtown Toronto, but not be smack dab in the middle of it. The apartment was clean, kitchen well stocked, bed was comfortable, overall beautiful inside. Ryan was an amazing host, we arrived early to the airport and were able to check in with no early check in fee, which was wonderful! The neighborhood is easily accessible via streetcar right at your front door, or a quick Uber to anywhere you want to go downtown. Overall, highly recommend this location, and will be booking again on our next trip!

This space was absolutely what we needed for a weekend getaway. The rooms were clean, stocked with thoughtful amenities, and organized. Every appliance including kitchen and bathroom was evidently clean and functioned very well. My two friends and I felt very comfortable in the apartment and the location in general, and the security of the rooms was reassuring. Beyond the beautiful room, the hosts were excellent. They continuously checked in with us, made sure we were properly taken care of, and were so polite and considerate the whole time. The instructional videos for managing the place were well-explained and detailed, and made our stay much smoother. Will definitely be booking with this company again!

Very nice decorated small place that was cozy and quick place to sleep during my time in Toronto. Easy to find, very nice and communicative hosts and the bed and pillows were super comfortable.

The host was very responsive and communicated everything i needed to know. The room was spotless and had everything you would need for a stay. Wifi was very fast. Great place at a good value.

Excellent stay ! I been to a lot of air b n bs and this one was phenomenal! From the set up to the host you couldn’t ask for anything more. They even accommodated an earlier check in for me on such short notice ! I will def be returning here ! Book this place if you like easy , clean and just right at home vibes ! Super cozy place to make you feel right at home.!

Great location, short uber to downtown, attentive host, property was pristine.

I had my flight cancelled and need a spot to stay in Toronto preferably close to the center city to get breakfast in the morning. I couldn’t have picked a better spot to stay. Felt right at home, extremely clean, stores were walking distance & my host was extremely responsive especially at 10:30pm when I was just getting into the city from the airport. The directions were crystal clear and this stay will be saved for all future visits to Canada

This is a beautifully renovated, wonderful property for your Toronto stay! A little east of the city in Chinatown, but an easy walk to the streetcar stops. The host was absolutely lovely and very responsive to anything we could possibly need. We'd be happy to come back!

Positive: The Casa Hotels is very well located, close to many attractions, including Little Canada, which is only 3 km away. It offers easy access to public transportation and is surrounded by plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities. The apartment is beautiful, modern, and well maintained, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The check-in process was simple and hassle-free, and the team provided excellent support throughout our entire stay. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
