The place is clean and pleasant and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ryan was very friendly and cooperative.
My stay this past weekend was excellent. It was a lovely apartment, and the owners were extremely friendly and transparent when it came to checking in and out. Highly recommend!
My friends and I really enjoyed staying at the Gerrard! It felt very home-y and the pillows were so nice! It was really spacious, clean, and accommodating!! The fact that the host filled up a Brita and an ice tray for us and the Netflix was logged in already! The place isn’t too far from everything and although there was parking available for free, the convience of the paid parking across the street was great. The host was really kind and overall we had a great experience here! Highly recommend!

I had a great stay! The place was cozy, very clean, and located in a really nice neighborhood. The co-host was incredibly kind and checked in on me to make sure I had everything I needed. My flight was originally scheduled for 8:30 a.m. but was unexpectedly rescheduled to 8:00 p.m. Since I also wasn’t feeling well, he was very understanding and helped accommodate a late checkout, which allowed me to get some much-needed extra sleep before heading to the airport. I really appreciated the kindness and flexibility! I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

This was a great place to stay and a great find. I rented this Airbnb for my mom and myself while she came to the city to visit me. As a local it was nice to explore and get to show her different parts of Toronto. It was the perfect amount of space for the two of us. The only thing I will say, the shower is very small. We’re both on the smaller side so it wasn’t a huge deal for us, but if you already deal with standup showers being a tight fit this might not be for you. Overall a great stay and a great location.
I enjoyed my stay with Gerrard! The accommodations were new and fresh, exactly as posted. Ryan, the co-host was attentive and responded quickly. They anticipated every thing needed for a great adventure in the city. Accessing the market and bakery with some awesome pho near by as well. Thank you 5*****
This was a very nice apartment to stay in Toronto. Everything was new and clean and it is situated on a major street on the east side of Toronto with close access to public transport and shops, parks, and restaurants. The host is very responsive and attentive to making sure that everything is taken care of.
The room was very clean when we walked in. The host was very responsive when I had a question before during and after the stay. They are a great team, they are welcoming and the cleaners also do a great job. It is not too far from downtown. It was an easy uber ride to downtown. I also walked to downtown from the hotel. I highly recommend.
Great stay, felt right at home. Cool location with a spectacular view of downtown Toronto 10min walk away. Would definitely stay here again.
