Appartement très propre et bien équipé. La communication avec l’hôte était excellente. Peut-être pas le plus bel emplacement pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants mais ce quartier en développement a un fort potentiel.

Great space for a bigger group! Easily accessible and close to lots of good downtown spots.

Great apartment - clean and spacious. Good location in the city, but that block is a bit sketchy. Construction across the street, even on weekends, so a bit noisy during the day. Parking is a block or two away. Narrow stairway to apartment from street. Three locks to enter apartment, so very secure.

Excellent place. Very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. It fit all my needs perfectly and made for a great stay.

While the interior of this property looked nice, I cannot recommend based on the shady neighborhood in which it is located. First, this is called Casa HOTEL, leading us to believe that it was part of an apartment complex with some sort of security. It is just an individual apartment above a convenience store with barred windows and doors. The neighborhood is described as “vibrant” in the listing. Accurate if by vibrant you mean in the middle of a run-down neighborhood with barred windows and doors, homeless people all over the place, some UNDRESSED, and who harass you as you walk the 3 blocks from a parking garage to the property or when you open the door for food delivery. The air conditioning didn’t work. It was 80 degrees on the 1st floor and obviously hotter than that on the second floor where the bedrooms were, no matter how low we turned the AC. One of the fans provided didn’t even work, and our bed literally collapsed when we sat on it. About all I can say positive was that it has charming woodwork. We arrived in the early evening and did not want to stay there, but we stayed one night, arranged for other accommodations, and left the next morning instead of staying 4 nights. The host gets 5 stars for communication & helpfulness once we expressed our safety concerns, & did give a discount for the inconvenience of no air conditioning during a 90 degree spell. We got a full refund for the 3 nights we didn’t stay. Cannot recommend.

Enjoyed our stay! Airbnb was more spacious than we expected which was a plus. Host was responsive and helpful before and throughout the stay. Location is not ideal however, does feel safe indoors and with security measures with the entrance.

Great clean place! Easy and easy quick access to public transportation. Quiet neighborhood at night which is a plus! Overall friendly and attentive hosts

Overall, the space was beautiful + plenty of room - especially for 3 of us. Clear instructions on how to access the space - but it should be noted that the front gate & even the front access code is shared by a storefront, and the front door access code had the same access code to the apartment - so it’s slightly concerning that there are other people who can access the space. The furniture isn’t an exact match, which isn’t a big deal. The biggest concern was we didn’t have access to hot water - and when we messaged the host about it, they would reach out & then unsend messages after the fact in terms of offering a resolution (just giving $100 as a refund if we accepted not having hot water). When we reached out to Airbnb - the host immediately messaged saying that the hot water was fixed, yet it was still cold and not fixed. The space is nice, and hopefully the hot water issue was a fluke - but the trustworthiness & communication of the host was definitely a concern.

We had a wonderful stay at this Casa Hotel. We had plenty of room for four people with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There was a big refrigerator and we were able to cook meals on the stovetop. We used the dishwasher and the washer/dryer. The unit is somewhat close to the several downtown areas and is right on a tram line. We were able to easily get to the Distillery district, the St. Lawrence Market, Kensington, downtown and to a subway line. There were plenty of restaurants in the area, as well as bookstores and other nice shops. Our Casa Hotels let us know when we could get in and responded every time we asked about something. He reached out to us to check on our experience and asked how he could make our stay more comfortable. All in all, a great stay for us.

This house was extremely spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything guests may need. We truly enjoyed our time in Toronto and the comfort that this place provided. It was also easy to walk to key areas in the city from it.

Positive: Good amenities Negative: There were a lot of people right outside the door that were on drugs. Didn’t feel safe.

This is our second stay at this location and it was just as good as the first. Place was very clean and perfect for us. We’ve booked another location with them next week and are looking forward to another relaxing stay. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at the house, close to restaurants and shops. Host was very friendly and responsive. The post did mention stairs which we appreciated knowing about. Interesting characters on that stretch of street but good location close to many restaurants and shops. Leslieville is great. Thank you
