The home was clean, beautiful, plenty of space for our party of 8. We had a great vacation and would definitely book again.

Very clean, communicated so well. The house was so cute and there’s nothing I had problems with, only things I would add like maybe board games and family games. But still 5 stars because it definitely met the expectations in the description. Easy arrival and exit, basic instructions on clean up! It was also super close to the beach and around plenty of shops and gas stations !

This property was perfect for a three day trip to Port Aransas. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. The pool is a community pool but very quiet during our stay and not at all crowded while we were there. Extremely peaceful, easy to access and very accommodating!

Casa Bella was perfect for our annual friend trip and had plenty of space for our needs!

We're a ranching family so vacations are few and far between. The place was very inviting with a beachy feel, super clean, and accommodated 8 of us comfortably. Thank you, we'll be back some day.

Ac was off our first day, house flooded, maintenance had to return 3 times and management refused to issue us a refund for this day or even a partial Would not recommend staying at this companies Airbnbs

Enjoyed the stay. The house was perfect for our family needs.

We loved the area, especially how close it was to the beach. The host was very communicative, and overall, we had a good stay. The grill we were told would be on site was delivered during our stay, which we appreciated. However, we couldn’t watch TV in the living room and had to gather in the master bedroom to watch a basketball game, and there weren’t any washcloths either. Once those issues are addressed, this could be an excellent place to stay.

Our first time renting a house on the island and it met our expectations. We were a family of 10 and it was a perfect fit. We would definitely rent again. It was peaceful and we pretty much had the pool to ourselves.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Bella! It was close to everything and felt secluded at the same time. The 3-year-olds had a blast in the pool and loved the bunk bed room. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay in Port A! Highly recommend a stay at Casa Bella if you’re visiting Port A! Clean and plenty of room. Close to beach access and has a community pool.

This house was perfect for our vacation. The location was great, it had everything we needed, and the gated side yard was perfect for the kids.

Everything was great except for one large problem. The check in instructions stated that we couldn’t put the ac lower than 72 because the coils would freeze. I own a property management and a construction company. If the coils are freezing up it is because the HVAC is overdue for servicing or isn’t efficient enough for the size of the unit. The unit looked very old. The home was uncomfortably warm the majority of the time including at night and the fan in the master wobbled so you had to choose between the cool fan with the annoying wobbly fan or being uncomfortably hot.

This was our second time staying in this community and it was equally great as the first. Clean home with a great location. We all slept comfortably and enjoyed our stay.

1. They charge $50 fee separately after you book the room through a 3rd party, that they asked to pay later. 2. They are not considerate even when you tell them earlier that you have a sick family member and you will be late. They send someone to threaten you and get you out. Their employee was shouting in the house in front of kids, asked a 5 year old to give the TV remote and leave, shouted at 82 year old to leave when we told him everything is in the car and we are already leaving. There was no cleaning crew there to Clem, rather than waiting outside while we were walking out. He kept shouting at everyone to leave. This was a horrible experience, please read their recent google reviews. The guys don’t understand they are in the service industry.

Overall the place was very quaint and nice. I had no qualms with anything while staying there.

Another great property by Sand Key. I have been a guest countless times. Everything is always as advertised. The location is great and the property was clean and comfortable.

Es war toll. Wir haben gleich am ersten Tag unseren Aufenthalt verlängert. Das ging problemlos, weil außerhalb der Hauptsaison. Daher hatten wir den Pool auch für uns. Und dennoch jeden Tag Hochsommer. Das Meer ist nicht weit, dennoch lohnt sich ein Kart, mit den man auf den Stand fährt. Auf der 11th Street, rechts runter, gibt es einen Verleih. Mustang Island bietet viel Unterhaltung. Allerdings war die Angelfahrt ein Reinfall, weit über 100 $ viele Stunden, kein Fang. Fazit: tolles Haus, tolle Insel, toller Urlaub.

We had a great weekend getaway to visit my daughter who's in college at TAMUCC and enjoyed our time here. It was easy to get to and peaceful. Lots of room for people and loved the bedrooms and beds that were comfortable. Only thing i noticed was there was scratches on toilet seats in master and bedroom and upstairs toilet that might need toilet seat replacements and there was a few aunts in kitchen sink when we got there but sprayed around that. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and time there.

Me and the family decided on a quick beach weekend getaway and came across this bnb. First off, the place was very clean and looked as described in the listing and photos. It was a very beautiful and welcoming and was perfect for relaxing after a long day of fishing and being out and about. Everyone had their own room and own bathroom, with the exception of one of the rooms and I thought that was a very cool and convenient. I plan on visiting the island again in a couple of months and I would definitely consider staying here again!

The house was perfect for us! We were traveling with kids so the pool so close was perfect - I could see it feeling too loud if I was looking for a quiet getaway. Nothing felt overly fancy but worked for us coming and going with kids from the beach - with that expectation in mind it’s perfect. Plenty of towels, fans in every room, decent kitchen appliances and tools, comfortable beds and couches. Overall really happy with the place.

This home was just perfect for our family. We visited with our family of 10and we all fit comfortably. It was beautifully decorated, clean and kitchen was well stocked. The beach was only a very short drive away but having access to the pool was a plus.

Very spacious. Very comfortable. The only thing I would say is more towels to shower . And not enough back yard for a cook out and no bbq . But no complaint we definitely enjoyed it . And the pool

Loved this place!! Wow!! We’ve stayed in VRBOs that don’t provide ANYTHING, so we came prepared with trashbags, toilet paper, all the tiny items previous hosts didn’t provide. This host provided much more than we needed and we are so grateful! It made traveling with littles easy! The beds were SO comfortable, the place was very clean, the pool is right outside the front door, it’s close to the beach. We REALLY enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!!

2023 Family Vacation Exceptional location and resident. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute in the house and proximity to the beach and restaurants could not have been better. Recommend owner/manager change mattress in master bedroom; way too soft. Also recommend complex post sign for no smoking in pool.

Perfect stay for a family The house fit perfect for me and my family. It was our first time visiting Port Aransas, and we had an amazing time. I will definitely use this property for furure visits.

Mother’s Day weekend My husband was looking for a cottage/house close to the beach for the Mother’s Day weekend. When our family got there I was pleased that my 2023 Suburban could fit nicely in the driveway. We were given a code by telephone to be able to get into the house. Inside, it was cute, but did notice that minor things weren’t working or missing. I took pictures and sent to a lady named Briana who came in on Saturday along with Maintenance. She mentioned that she would pass along the information and see if we could get a discount next time we stayed. Pros- close to the beach In laws were able to stay in Master downstairs Nice layout Big enough driveway for our new Suburban 4 bedrooms/ 3 & 1/2 baths Community pool right outside the front door Cons- When calling the number on the window , I was told rudely it was only for Emergency calls only. Minor items either missing or not working or weren’t cleaned. Bed sheets upstairs had stains so I didn’t even sleep on them. Tv upstairs and in living room didn’t work Tiny rooms upstairs Toilets and tub were dirty ( I took pictures) Oven and stove were DIRTY!! Grill outside looked so rusty my husband didn’t want to even grill on it. Need pest control asap!! Saw roaches & spiders. Would like to come back so if those cons get fixed. How do we get a beach pass next time come back? We have Elderly with us and can’t make that walk to the beach so we need a car
