We had a wonderful beach vacation in Gulf Shores, Alabama staying at Caribbean Condos 301- Bender Vacation Realty in October, 2025. The condo was beautiful and very roomy for the 4 of us and pet friendly. We had our pet Yorkie- Zelda along with us. It was oceanfront- great ocean view!My only complaint is that the beaches there at Gulf Shores are not pet friendly. That was not good. It was close to alot of restaurants and shopping too and close to Orange Beach- only 10 minutes away. The realty staff were very friendly and informative when we asked questions about the area. Very easy check in and checkout too. We would definitely stay there again or in another Caribbean Condo or property rented by Bender Vacation Realty. Great vacation and condo!

Absolutely loved that this property is pet friendly and directly on the beach! Had an issue with the hot water, called the management company and they were very helpful and right on it. We will definitely stay at Caribbean again

We loved the room and the view. Only problems we had was there was not enough towels. I did laundry everyday. The laundry machines are old and LOUD! I’d bring some beach towels. Also slippers! Bring slippers. Our feet were filthy from the floors. It would be nice to see some bike racks put up on property too. We had to use a parking spot and when we came out the next day a bunch other had added to where our bikes Where. The room was very peaceful till the last day. Someone’s dog barked from the balcony all day. Oh and please add some hooks in the hallway for towels and beach stuff. We plan to come back yearly. Everything was great.

Super friendly customer service from the moment I booked the condo to checkout time. I had a few questions during the stay and received answers quickly. Will definitely book through Bender again for our summer stays.

This place made our visit to Gulf Shores perfect. Nicely decorated, extremely clean, and great view of the ocean/beach. We will definitely stay here again on our next view. I highly recommend this place.

I discovered this gem years ago because it was pet friendly and even though I no longer have pets, I still return here. Great location, great value, and just a perfect spot to rest and relax. Bender Rental Company is one of the best. The staff is incredibly nice, and I would receive a daily text just to make sure my expectations were being met, and ensuring everything was just as I expected. I have stayed in several units over the years at the Caribbean, and they are all great.

Condo was nice. Not a lot of parking. Our air conditioner wasn’t working they came out fix it.

First off I almost didn't rent this condo because of the reviews. But I wanted to bring my dog so I decided to go ahead and book it. SO GLAD I did. The pictures did not do the place justice. The furniture in the pictures is not the same as in the condo. It has been updated, The beds were so comfortable. (Even in the guest room) The living room furniture was comfortable, the view was AMAZING. We would definitley stay in this unit again.

We were very excited to find the pet friendly rental, I was a little skeptical (but that’s just me, I don’t like the unknown) because I wasn’t familiar with this rental company and had never stayed on this side of Gulf Shores. When I spoke with these wonderful helpful ladies over the phone to complete the registration that were very sweet and quick to send me all of the rental details. Arriving in Gulf Shores, I was a little worried at the small stature of the building. We went inside the building before unloading the car, and went up to the unit. All of my doubts vanished, it was a lovely little unit (there were only 3 of us and a pup) and it was just perfect. We went to the balcony and I was in heaven!! The unit not only had a wonderful view, it also only had a short walk to the beach! That’s very important to me because once I pack up-I’m there! I don’t leave the beach except to check on the pup and to go to the bathroom...lol! We hit a cart (which was also a painless process and headed back up. Then after unloading and returning the cart - we hit the beach! A boy was it perfect!! The beach was clean and very close to the boardwalk. When we came back up and went to cook dinner my heart sank. I had brought a week’s worth of groceries because I am in a budget - always, but was devastated that the cooktop just would not get hot enough to cook our food. I had to switch pans over and over between the elements on the stove. Out of frustration we just modified the meal. The next morning I called the office and they told me they would send someone out. I expected to be waiting all day for nothing. But that is not what happened, a few minutes later a wonderful gentleman showed up and looked at the stove, told me the problem, told me to call with any more issues and left. Great Place to Stay in Gulf Shores

The condo was adequately provisioned and had a great view of the Gulf. There was only one issue experienced at the property, and it was resolved in a timely fashion. The Bender Realty folks are the best in the business to work with.

First let me say the staff at Bender is excellent!! Very friendly and responsive. Let’s start with the good stuff. The balcony and view is what you are paying for here. It’s exceptional! Having 2 full baths and a washer and dryer was very nice as well. Now the not so good stuff, this condo is in need of major updates and repairs. The laundry door and a couple of cabinets were broken. Furniture was very worn and stained. All of the TVs were very small and would not show the full picture on the screens. The refrigerator was leaking but was told that was being replaced when we checked out. The linens on the pull out couch were dirty upon arrival and the replacements there did not fit. We also didn’t have any pillows for the master bed or pull out. One call to Bender took care of that. I felt Bender went above and beyond to help correct things that were in their control. The owner really needs to consider updating the unit to better serve the people who choose to spend their money renting from them.

A few suggestions: Unit does need to be updated. Bender Realty should consider not having the customer/renter to stop by there office to pick up parking pass & key to pool. They should have that already in the unit to make it a much easier experience. Bender Realty should consider texting the keyless code to phone instead of having to receive call & write down. Bender Realty should consider sending a text on check out day to respond back when you have checked out if before 10:00am. I received a voicemail message the day before asking if I new when I might check out because they were working up there cleaning crew schedule. I thought that was very inappropriate. I checked out on a Sunday & left a message when leaving on the number that was provided in the packet to let them know we checked out @ 8:00am. I later received a voicemail after 10:00am asking if I had checked out and wanted to know if I had dropped off the key at the office or left in condo. I was traveling & did not get the call. The workers with Bender were very kind & courteous but I think they need to look at upgrading there ways of operation to make it a very easy & pleasant experience.

It would have been nice to have better security. The renters were supposed to hang a tag on their mirror to show they're supposed to park there. It's supposed to be limited to one car per unit. There is 32 units and 36 parking spaces. We had to park at the Bender Realty office Down the street. It was a nice place but we probably won't do that one again.

Had a wonderful time. 2nd time staying in 301. Had plenty of room. Some things are in need of updating...especially the upholstered furniture. Bedspreads starting to look worn. Need a cookie sheet. Dining table is great. Enjoyed being there. The weather all week was perfect. Both pools were great. Loved the fresh shrimp.

Stayed here the first week of a 2 week vacation. The unit was nice and pretty well kept. The second bedroom was a bit small for 2 adults as was the second bathroom but it served the purpose. Overall, very satisfied with the experience.

We loved staying at Caribbean 301. It had everything we needed for a family of 5. The kids loved being close to the pool and beach. Thank you!

Great building very well looked after. Bender real estate were fabulous.

Wonderful beach front. Maintenance issues with elevator that was not good for handicapped mother. Beds were not stable or correct size as noted on web site. It was clean but needed more amenities like a hotel. i.e. Hair dryer. Will stay again because that is where my family stays every year from out of town.

After a 16 hour drive, we arrived to a beautiful week of weather, food, and good times. The view from the room is perfect. We have stayed in two different rooms now (301 and 201). Both were excellent. Highly recommended!! We will be back again.

It was a good experience. Late night arriving guests next to and above us were loud. The property overall was good.

Great location. Close to everything. Furniture showing wear. Kids could not sleep on the sofa sleeper. It was too uncomfortable. The beds were fine. Overall the unit was clean and comfortable. The balcony is a big plus. Good size. Smokers above though ruined good 6am morning coffee time watching sun rise.

Our stay was so awesome that I can't begin to express it in words. We loved it so much we didn't want to leave! Thank you so much for allowing us to experience this and have great memories.

I have been booking condos with Bender Realty since 2005 and overall, the professional courtesy and desire to please have been excellent. I find their prices to be more than competitive with all the competition in this area. This company may be somewhat smaller than some of the bigger groups here, but I think that this is a plus for them. They seem to commit to try harder and prove themselves worthy to go up against any of the "big boys." I will continue to book with them in the future.

Wonderful place to stay, good location with a beautiful view of the Gulf. Wished we had more time to stay and enjoy the peace and quiet and the lull of the gently lapping waves that put us to sleep each night.

It was adorable so quiet and clean. Right on the beachm excellent price! Great for families with kids! Def staying here again! Zero complaints. Came home so relaxed and happy :)

We used Bender last year for our family trip to Gulf Shores, and the experience was so good, we decided to use them again this year. Staff were so very friendly, professional, and helpful. The condo was great--we made smoothies and cooked bbq in the crock pot & it was just perfect! Will definitely use this condo & Bender again!

We liked the location and the condo 301. The only thing we did not like was the living room furniture. The chair was dirty and the couch old and uncomfortable. Other than this furniture the condo was very nice.

Bender has always helped make our stays in Gulf Shores great!! The original condo we picked didn't have WI-FI, so Bender found us another one that did and made our transition smooth!

The location was perfect. The living room furniture was very "used" needs to be replaced. Sheets were missing on one bunk. The pool wasn't cleaned the whole week we were there. Just little things that could easily be fixed. We felt very safe there even though there isn't on-site security. Probably would return.

Even though we had a couple of issues, they were taken care of promptly. Everyone was very helpful and kind. We will stay again.

We had a great stay. Our condo was nice and clean. There was a terrible odor coming from the stairwell for a few days but overall the property seems well kept. We will be back!

There was not enough parking area. We had to park across the street and I did not like that. When I would go to take a bath the water would not stay hot for long.

Great unit, very clean. Adequate kitchen supplies for our basic cooking needs there. Lots of closet/drawer space. Unlike other units I have stayed in there are not a bunch of decorative things sitting all over the place getting in the way/asking to get broken by kids. Will always stay in this building, if not this unit. And yeah for free internet access!

I enjoyed my time at the Gulf. This is a cute little condo that I would recommend to all. I will be coming back for sure love the place right on the beach.

This condo is very nice...clean, great pool, great location, indoor pool, workout room with sauna and steam room. The one we stayed in is very nicely decorated and works out perfect for our family...we'll be back! The mattress in the master bedroom is not too comfortable...up on stilts and the mattress needs to be turned or replaced.

We had a great time. Took my mom, sister and her two grandchildren. They had a blast! Bender is always great. Your security guy was a sweetheart!

Additional towels would have been good. With 2 adults and 2 kids a round of showers used up just about all towels. A box of laundry detergent, couple spare rolls of toilet paper, roll of paper towels could have made it a little bit friendlier for out of towners. Still had a wonderful time and are planning our next trip already trying to bring a big group and maybe rent a whole floor or several condo's in the same building.

As usual we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in one of your units at Gulf Shores despite the Oil Spill,it did not stop our walks along the beach and the grandchildren had both the outdoor and indoor pool to swim in, the unit was nice and beautifully decorated. Bender has always been very helpful and customer friendly. I love the fact that it is a small office and I talk to the same people. Caribbean 301 was probably the most nicely maintained and decorated condo we have stayed in. Security there was excellent. I would highly recommend both Bender and Caribbean 301 and will happily use them again.

Had a little annoyance with the check in due to mis-information on Bender's part. However this condo is a VERY nice one in a great location and we will stay here in the future! Love the indoor and outdoor pool as well as the workout room!

Everything was perfect. So worth every penny. Our blender broke after one use and in no time they had it replaced. I look forward to staying there again. Management was also great.

Great condo with excellent decor. The location on the beach couldn't be better. Nice view of the pool from the balcony. Small complex so parking was a breeze. Overall, we had a great stay.

Very nice smaller property but nice size condo.Very convenient to all of gulfshores.The unit being only on the 3rd floor was also very convenient,you can use the stairs if you wish and you are very close to the gulf. also plenty of parking.The 1 and only 1 negative would be the size of the water heater which we knew going in from previous reviews.That only came in to play when my wife wanted to use the beautiful tub not when we took showers. with a little planning one could work around that,but like I told her we didn't come to the beach to stay in the bathroom.

After preparing over a thousand tax returns so far this year, my husband took me for a bit of R&R to Gulf Shores. I couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodations. The decor was inspiring and the ocean and beach were the escape we so needed. We would love to return again to the same condo.

the condo has a slight off smell, couldn't tell what it was but maybe you could.

I only have one minor complaint...hot water heater not big enough to supply water to the fabulous jacuzzi(main reason for choosing) and the showers. When 5 adults are getting ready to go somewhere it takes a lot of hot water. The main reason I specifically choose the 301 unit was because it was one of a very few that had twin beds in the guest bedroom and with 3 (20 year old )males it made sleeping arrangements a breeze. My husband and I enjoyed the master suite more than any other we've ever stayed in. The privacy from the boys and the luxurious bath was an important part of a great experience. We will certainally be back. Thanks for everything.

This visit was our first visit to Gulf Shores. We found everything to be as promised. The property was perfect for our needs and we had a wonderful relaxing vacation. We even met others within the neighboring properties visiting from Louisville that live within five miles of our home.We highly recommend the property and hope to visit again.
