BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF DUNES. NICE LOCATION FOR OFF SEASON. MUST BE BUSY OTHER TIMES. HAD TO WAIT 1 HR TO GET HELP FROM HOST, CO HOST, SUPPORT TO GET IN. FINALLY, HOST HELPED. LOCK WAS TRICKY. NEED TO UPDATE: OFFICE HRS, LAUNDRY ONSITE, PROPERTY MAP, DISHES CHIPPED, NO WINE GLASSES, LAMPS IN BEDROOM. REMOTE FOR BEDROOM TV WAS MISSING. 1 HAND TOWEL FOR 5 NIGHT STAY. CHECK OUT AT 10 A.M.
The condo was really nice and clean, had everything we needed, and a short walk to the beach. The hosts were very nice and communictive. We had a great time!
The place was roomy, cozy and walking distance from the beach. Kitchen was ok, but clean. We had an issue with the internet the day of our arrival and it wasn't fixed until the next day, that was a little disappointing. Parking sucks, not only the spaces are very narrow, but you can only park one car in front of your unit. In general, the price we paid was fair and we were comfortable.
Great stay. Clean rooms. Pool was well kept. Nice to have beach within walking distance with a place to rinse feet on the way back.

Place was easy to find, clean, organized, WiFi available and was very close to the beach, like how places to go out to eat was very close by and the host was great was able to respond very quickly when needing help.
The pool was great! The condo was very clean and all appliances worked well. The beds were very comfy! The walkway to the beach was great and close to the beach.Really enjoyed the stay!

Great little spot for a weekend getaway. It’s close to the beach with an outdoor shower and private patio. The kitchen was great and stocked with plenty of cookware. Highly recommend.
Will definitely be using Sand Key Vacation rentals for our next trip out there. I loved that we were constantly check in on by the host.
We loved our vacation and the rental. Its set back far enough from the main road as to not be disturbed by all the traffic. Has a convenient boardwalk to the beach plus a clean, well manicured grass area and pool. Would most definitely stay again. 10/10 would recommend.

Great location! Clean and quiet! We enjoyed our stay! This unit is directly across the pool which we loved! Super responsive on questions. We will definitely stay here again! Tip: Bring extra towels if you are staying longer than 1 night! Lucky for us, we have friends that Live in Port A who gave us some! With a family of 4 we needed more than the 4 shower towels they provide. Otherwise this place is greattt!!!!
It was clean and well maintained, very easy to access and host was super friendly. The pictures did not really show what it looked like actually, but it wasnt bad. Parking is terrible, if you have large trucks plan on parking aways from your room

Unit 25 was perfect for us. My husband and i were there to celebrate my birthday and we had an awesome time. The condo was within walking distance of the beach by way of a narrow boardwalk. The outdoor furniture was dry rotted and needs replaced, the living room tv would never connect, no wash cloths available for use in bathroom, no spices at all but plenty of pots and pans in kitchen, air conditioner worked great and all in all, the condo was perfect for us. I would reserve again and make sure to bring what was missing.
This place was very relaxing, super close to the beach and overall great part of town. The hosts from Sand Key were also very responsive and helpful! I will definitely be back again!
Great place to stay right in the center of town. The host is responsive and understanding. This is the perfect size for a small family and has wonderful amenities with the beach near by. Clean and tidy unit. Would definitely stay here again! 💕✨

Overpriced for the number of inconveniences experienced. The location you are staying at is “sea isle”, even though the listing calls it “captains quarters”. Be prepared for a cozy space with too much furniture, if you need a stroller, walker, wheelchair.. this is not the place. There is plenty to do around the island in a short distance to this location. Until some repairs or updates are done, I wouldn’t recommend
this is our 2nd time renting this unit and it's now our most looked forward to trip. we had the most amazing stay and will definitely be back
When we arrived we opened up the condo and there was a very unpleasant smell. We opened the patio and front doors to air it out. It helped a little bit. I think we also became immune to the smell because after the third day I could smell it but it wasn’t so strong. Also, my partner has a sleeping condition requiring use of a CPaP machine. We had to move one of the beds to access an outlet he could easily plug into. The pool was big and nice and seemed well maintained. Overall the place was ok. How much time does one actually spend in a room when at the beach! I would not book this room again. It was one of the cheaper choices so you know the old saying, “You get what you pay for!” Rose R
This condo was ina prime location. Beautiful back porch that was spacious and a great asset. The boardwalk to the beach was easily accessible. Very clean and well kept.
Be aware that after your book and pay for your stay, you will then be assessed a $50 Damage Waiver fee in a separate email. This is not disclosed anywhere in the listing description. Generally, we were pleased with the rental. It was clean, and well stocked with most everything you will need for your stay. Beds were great. We had to do some relocating of the dishes in the limited cupboard space in order to have room for our groceries. We replaced the batteries in the wall clock and the TV remote, both were dead. There is a rechargeable vacuum we would have liked to have used, but the charging cable was missing, and it had no charge. On arrival, we had a really bad odor coming from the hot water, but after a call to Sand Key we were advised to let the water run a while and after a few hours it was gone. This time of year it was quiet and not crowded, which we loved. Path to the beach is convenient, and the pool was very nice. We would stay here again.
The condo was very nice. It was perfect for me and my two young daughters. It was a short walk to the beach. There were a couple of suggestions that I had for the owner and they took what I said and are looking into making a couple of improvements. We had a wonderful stay. We would stay again.

Nice place to stay. This week was especially nice due to a lack of people at the condos. It was very quiet and private. Would stay there again in the off-season.
All in all the place was great for the price. However, it was not very clean. Upon arrival you’re immediately hit with an overwhelming smell of bleach, so you’d think it was clean. But there was globs of hair on the wall of the shower and dead bugs and debris on the stove top. We also noticed there wasn’t a mat at the front door to wipe our feet, so we picked up the one from the backdoor(inside) and an ungodly amount of sand came out. I understand we’re at the beach, but it was clear the rug hadn’t been dusted off or vacuumed in quite sometime. Another small mishap, a hair dryer was on the listing but there wasn’t one available. I did message the owner but by the time she had answer me it was too late. Just keep that in mind when packing.
Everything was just as described. Very comfortable beds and cold AC. My husband locked the keys in the condo and someone came to the rescue very quickly when he called! Would definitely stay here again if we return to Port Aransas.

Great location and very cozy unit! Positive: The property was cozy and had a great proximity to the beach. We enjoyed using the walkway to get to the beach, rather than having to use our car. The AC worked great and the property was very clean and well kept. Negative: When we used the stove/oven occasionally the smoke alarm would go off. It even went off when we were just warming up a pot of water.
We had a wonderful stay! Right on the beach, concrete private walkway to the beach which made pulling the kids in the wagon a breeze! The walkway had lights for night walking and several showers to rinse off. Big nice pool. All of that is awesome but the customer service was what really stands out. My kids left a case of their favorite movies in the closet and the staff responded to my message quickly and recovered the case for us and shipped it to our house! I couldn’t be more pleased and we’ll definitely use Sand Key Rentals every time we come to the Port A beach from here on out! Thanks Sand Key!

Except for not knowing how to open the lock-box, it was a very enjoyable stay. Quiet, great backyard view, soft beds and clean bathroom. More then enough towels for two quest, everything was provided. Make sure you rent a golf cart early as July 4th was packed and carts were very scarce. But we got one and hit the beach all day Saturday. Came home to a comfortable cool living room and relaxed before heading out to eat. Definitely coming back to this place. It will not disappoint you. Host was Johnny on the spot with all my questions and concerns. Not one bad moment even with Berly heading our way. Thanks to all the made our stay great.
Loved this place!!! Was my husband and two kids. Place was super clean and smelled great. Back porch was nice to sit and have coffee in mornings. Pool was clean and nice to hang out in after day on beach. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Very happy. Will stay again!!!
My dayghter and i drove down for a beach trip and had a great time! The place was perfect, had everything we needed, and the walk to beach with our wagon was quick and easy! The pool was also nice after a long day at beach and we ate at several great places- Kodys, Moby Dicks and Grumbles were all good!

Great place to stay and planning a return trip. Positive: Convenient to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Great pool and activities. Negative: Smoke alarm was very sensitive. It went off just using the toaster.
I'm so happy I booked this space!!! from the breathtaking view, to the accessibility of the beach and restaurants. we had an amazing trip. the space itself was extremely clean and updated. we are already planning our next trip!!! 10/10.

Good location and the space was what I needed. There was sand throughout the apartment on the floor. The furniture and linens were clean. The smoke detector went off constantly while I was cooking in the kitchen and nothing was smoking.
This condo was simple, clean and everything we needed as well as super close to the beach with a walking path from the back yard area. The playground was nice for the grand baby. The host was friendly, very responsive and left clear instructions.

A great location with private walking path to beach and good-sized swimming pool. Quiet area, but near restaurants, etc. by car. Bring your own barware if so inclined; only large plastic cups for drinks. A good value, but the cleaning fee bumped the nightly cost quite a bit, along with the other fees and taxes.

This is my second time renting from this company and once again, they did not disappoint! Beautiful place and amazing location! Beach was super close and an easy walk. Had an issue with the WI-FI but the company responded quickly and the issue was resolved.
