Erick was a pleasure to host! Excellent location and very responsive host. Could not have asked for a better location for a vacation. Usually go to Anna Marie Island every year, but this is the first time I have booked on the actual island, and would not have it any other way now! the only downside is the main road can be quite a bit noisy, but there are no other downsides. Will stay again!!

Krystal was a pleasure to host! This was our favorite place to stay on Anna Maria! So clean, easy to walk to all the restaurants and beach! Views were amazing. Spacious and loved the huge sliding doors. Loved everything about it besides the patio privacy. Our neighbors were always outside and you can see through the boards that separate the units so it was a little awkward at times. Would stay again!

David was a pleasure to host Beautiful Place, nice and clean, good location. Right on the beach. If noise bothers you this place is not the best. Lots of traffic noise and band plays at nearby bar until about 9:45pm every night. Representatives need to make certain that the correct door code is given to the guest so said guests doesn’t have to haul their luggage up and down a flight of steps in the rain because the rental company doesn’t know what the door code is nor did they know what the key box code on the wall was. Not very impressive for this vacation rental company. Hopefully no one else experiences this.

Sara was a pleasure to host! Overall me and my family enjoyed our stay. Within 5 minute walk you have restaurants, shops, a sports bar. Pier for fishing close by as well. Pretty much everything you need was provided inside, beach chairs, toiletries, plenty of towels, kitchen was very well stocked if you decided to cook, plenty of blankets and pillows inside and TV in each room. Everything was clean and smelled nice. Beach was beautiful, we saw dolphins, manatees, stingrays, lots of fish! But it was very busy on the weekend. The outside pics on the listing could definitely use some updated pictures. One downside for me was no outside hose/shower available to rinse off after swimming/rinse sand off feet. This meant a very sandy floor inside the apartment lol. And no broom available to keep it under control.

Josh was a pleasure to host! I can’t say enough about this place. We absolutely loved the atmosphere and the breath taking view. When I say on the beach it’s on the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The pictures don’t do justice. We will absolutely stay again. The condo had everything we needed and even had chairs for the beach. My only suggestion is a water clean off station for this side of the condo. Thank you again.
