Nice condo with comfortable beds. The scenery and deer viewing off the balcony was pretty cool. We did have several minor issues but they were dealt with accordingly. The only thing that could make it perfect is some fresh paint.

We had the perfect stay! We’ve been coming to the Hill Country and Canyon Lake for over 20 years, and the location of this Airbnb was absolutely perfect for us. We had a timeshare right down the street for many years, but it closed last year, so we were so happy to find a place that allowed us to continue our family tradition. Kellie was so kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! ❤️

Great location, ideal for visiting Canyon Lake. Restaurants are close by and grocery store less than 5 minutes away. The condo is perfect for our family and would definitely stay again.

The condo was very clean. Plenty of space for the 7 of us. Very quiet and peaceful. Lots of adventures near by, all within 30 minutes. Wimberley Zipline Adventure, snake and animal farm, blue hole, and natural bridge caverns. It was a great stay.

Never here again Positive: If your looking for no social activity and just want quite this is perfect, cause nothing going on in this area Negative: This place is basically closed down. All the surrounding properties are are foreclosed on and this area is like a desert town. The so called beach area isn’t even there anymore due to being overgrown. All the furniture is dated and uncomfortable.

TL;DR: This host ignored long-standing refrigerator issues that disrupted our vacation for multiple days. If a critical appliance doesn't work on all factory settings, it shouldn't be advertised as functional and should be replaced. The refrigerator had known problems (a note was taped to it instructing guests not to change the temperature) and was warm when we loaded groceries that evening. We reported it immediately, but no action was taken until the next morning, when ice was delivered. By then, food had been lost, and our request for reimbursement was ignored. A technician didn't arrive until around 1:30 p.m. the next day. One of us had to leave the lake and pay a second $20 entry fee to meet him because our dogs are sensitive to strangers. The technician said he'd repaired the refrigerator (from 1995, btw) for the same issue before. The kitchen lacked basics like oil and spices, and toiletries were sparse. My parents also said their mattress was sagging in the middle.

Kelly was very accommodating and always available to help us in any way he could. He is an excellent host!!

Everything was clean. There was a nice pool. Deer grazed on the grass between the buildings. Happy we could bring our dog. Host checked on us and responded quickly to questions.

Great communication and the place has wildlife all around. We saw a fox, deer, turkeys, and the bird song was pleasant.

The Airbnb was exactly as described, had a full kitchen and was extremely clean. There’s a tv in the queen room and living room but nowhere else. Not a huge issue but the wifi never connected and we had to use our phones as hotspots. Kelly was very communicative so other than that, it was a great time! Overall wonderful experience!!

Everything described and even more. First time vacationing with an 8 person party and was concerned but the spacious area and the kind of separation of the master bedroom and its own bathroom made it great together and in private. Great kitchen and dining area as well. Overall experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much to the property owner for offering such a quality place for short term stay.

Need better advertising So when looking at listing didnt say anything about being upstairs we had 3 disabled people that had hard time going up and down the stairs. The water pressure in the shower wasnt that great. But other than that it was a nice condorhat

We enjoyed our time. The balcony was the length of two rooms and face the pool. Access was easy and the location is fairly close to local grocery store, restaurants, the water Dam and walking trails. The rooms are larger than expected and clean throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked.

The space was perfect for our group. Everyone was comfortable. Everything was clean and the apartment had all the necessities for our stay. The surrounding area is peaceful, and we saw some deer! The pool was a nice touch to end our days. Our daughter loved that. Close proximity to all activities we planned, and conveniently located grocery store to stock up on forgotten items. Kelly was very quick to respond and easy to work with. Will definitely stay again, next time for a longer period of time!

We had a great stay in this condo! The water was low on the lake, but our family had a great visit! Great hosts ☺️

We stayed for 3 nights and had a mixed experience. The host was very responsive and communicated timely, addressing our concerns about water pressure by sending maintenance. Unfortunately, the issue wasn't fully resolved. The beds were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, there was a lot of noise from the pool area every night (around 2 AM), which disrupted our rest. We did enjoy seeing the deer and the peaceful environment during daylight hours. Overall, while the communication with the host was excellent, the comfort and maintenance of the property could use some improvement.

We loved our stay in Canyon Lake! The condo was beautiful, it looked just like the photos and had plenty of space for everyone! We really enjoyed the location, with ease of access to Canyon Lake, Gruene, and New Braunfels, we had plenty of things to do. There's a Brookshire Brothers nearby for easy access to groceries, which we enjoyed as well! Overall, it was a great stay! Kelly was super quick to respond, and made sure our stay was enjoyable. We would definitely book again!

This place was awesome it’s pretty secluded for being in the middle of town……the lake is aweful (obviously not the air bnb fault) but the swimming pool was amazing….and the convenience of the location made it all perfect

This place was so nice and peaceful! Saw so many animals on the property and everything was just as described, the host was super responsive & helpful any time we needed! :)

Toiletries weren’t sufficient and the pool gate was locked.

Great place, great price for a getaway!

This place was absolutely gorgeous! Was the perfect size for my group of 4. Check-in was easy and the place was super clean. Not much in the surrounding area but that’s what I liked! The neighborhood felt safe and the nature surrounding us was absolutely beautiful. Kelly was an amazing host and was very communicative and helpful when I needed any help. Will definitely book again in the future!

Just what we needed for our quick stay in Texas. I loved the peaceful setting of the neighborhood after long days in San Antonio. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Absolutely loved staying here with my kids and their friends. Lots of room. Had plenty of space for all guests and was great to have a view of the pool from the long deck! Will be staying here again soon! Wish I could live here!

Loved the place !

Nice quiet location! We enjoyed watching the deer and fox going about their daily activities. Condo was super clean and easy to find. Anytime I contacted Kelly, she responded almost immediately. There was plenty of space for all of us, and easy driving distance to all of the activities we wanted to do.

Summer weekend getaway My family and I wanted a quick cost effective weekend getaway before school started back up and this property really exceeded my expectations! The home was clean and organized and offered all of daily necessities. The coffee pot will do the trick if you’re a coffee drinker but it is a VERY slow drip so just need to start it extra early if you have a busy morning planned. There is a property laundry mat right across from the home so getting laundry done isn’t too bad. Overall we loved this place and plan to reserve it again on our next trip

Wonderful Experience We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Everything we needed was there to include cooking utensils, pots and pans. Perfectly situated for easy access to San Antonio, New Braunfuls and San Marcos. Very comfortable stay. We will book again.
