Great place to stay with family.

We came out to Phoenix for a baseball tournament with two other families and the place was perfect. The pool was nice and warm and lots to do outside in their yard. I would absolutely recommend this place for friends and anyone looking to travel with kids. The hosts are extremely responsive and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook at home as well.

Pool with a slide and waterfall is always a hit with young kids. Had a great time in our stay and enjoyed all aspects of our stay! Very comfy beds!

While we appreciated the host’s initial responsiveness, the overall condition of the home did not match the expectations of the price paid. Overall it was very disappointing. The home suffers from a lack of maintenance, deep cleaning, and upkeep inside and outside. While the host was quickly responsive to concerns, there was no urgency to get items fixed or repaired, and there was no follow-up or follow through on the concerns brought to their attention. The ongoing maintenance and comfort issues distracted significantly from our vacation. Future guests should be aware of these limitations and it is our recommendation to not stay at this property or with this host.

This place was an amazing find! It's spacious even will all 16 people inside. Kids and adults alike had an amazing time.

This house was so awesome, exactly as described. As a handicapped senior I was thrilled with a bedroom downstairs and a full bath near. It was so roomy and I appreciated the tv’s in every room. My great-grandkids loved the slide in the pool and the hot tub. Can’t say enough about this beautiful home. I would rent this place again if allowed.

I stayed at this house for a week with my entire family of 12. We had so much fun and the kids loved that there was so much to do in the backyard! It is a lovely home, beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very big!

We had a great time staying in this house. The beds are very comfortable. There are lots of family friendly activities in the backyard and game room which were fun for all of us. The host company was extremely responsive to our questions and needs. Our one warning is that the pool is not heated. Our 8 and 10 year olds went in anyway because it was in the 100s and upper 90s during our stay. Some adults would take a quick dip…but most could only dangle their legs in from the side.

Lovely, spacious home. Was perfect for our extended family. Big bedrooms, modern bathrooms, well-stocked kitchen. Lots to do. Plenty of seating indoors and out. We enjoyed the firepit, grill, and hot tub. Nice neighborhood for walking around--felt very safe.

The house was perfect for our big group! So many fun activities, clean, comfortable beds, and stocked with everything we needed. Great trip and a great house!!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was exactly as described, and actually offered even more space inside than we expected. It easily accommodated our group, and the kitchen was one of the biggest highlights. With so much room to cook and move around—plus the double oven—it made preparing meals for a large group incredibly convenient. The entertainment options were fantastic as well. From the game room to the outdoor activities, there was always something for the kids to do, and they never once got bored. The beds were very comfortable, and everyone slept great. Overall, this home was perfect for our trip. We’d gladly stay here again!

We had a great stay. The house had tons of things to do for the kids. The waterside being a huge hit. The house was very spacious with tons of room for our family of 6. My wife also misplaced something very sentimental with high monetary value that was found and returned. We would definitely stay here again, thank you for a great trip!
