- Parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway and 2 on the street. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
- We welcome long-term stays — please reach out to discuss availability. Note that stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.
- Please note: The boat lift is for owner use only.
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.

“This Airbnb was everything and more. The view out back by the pool with all the boats on the bay was astonishing. The way the sun hits the pool, was amazing because it kept the water warm. Very well equipped with everything that a home should have , easy access to plenty of stores and right down the road from Ana Maria island! On top of all this Nicole and Kyle were so attentive and on top of everything. Definitely one of my favorite stay in Florida! Thank you we will be back!”

“A beautiful property in a quiet street. The house was spacious and clean, well maintained outside space. Close to cortez village, and AMI but nice to be a couple of miles from the busier areas, especially sitting on the dock watching the sunset...beautiful! Host was super friendly and helpful. There wasnt a single thing the house didnt have for our stay, perfect in every way, and we would be happy to stay again and highly recommend to others.”
