We especially liked the lighted dock for night fishing.

Great location and very clean but part of the reason we chose to stay here was the hot tub which was not working.

Wow! What a perfect place for my family. We were walking distance from the beach and close enough to food/entertainment without the chaos that comes with staying in the middle of everything. We will definitely be booking again. We had an amazing time on the dock fishing and just hanging out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our family. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The fishing pier was a huge highlight for our kids, and we loved the peaceful water views. Check-in was easy, communication was great, and everything was exactly as described. The only issue we encountered was with ants getting into some of our food, which was a little frustrating. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience.

This place was nice. I felt like with how much we paid that at least the utensils and pots and pans weren't old rusty and made everything stick to them. it was really hard to cook anything. maybe think about replacing them

It was a great place. We had 2 boys who enjoyed fishing . The beach was just 3 mins away.

This was the perfect vacation spot. Loved the location, the pool was nice. The host was very quick to respond and helpful.

Solid spot for a fishing trip or beach vacation. The place was clean and well-kept without any of the obnoxious checkout demands you sometimes see... just leave it like you found it, which is how it should be. Location is excellent: easy parking, quick access to the beach, and the dock was a great place to decompress after a long day on the water. Quiet at night despite being close to everything. Good value for what you get. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in South Padre Island. The place was very nice, clean, and well lit, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We really enjoyed the pool and the pier, and the location was perfect so close to the beach and Bob Hall Pier. We would definitely stay here again!

Hot tub doesn’t work and hadn’t according to the residents that live there for a while. The residents were wonderful and very friendly.

It’s a nice place to stay… good for a family vacation..

The location was great. The layout is odd with the only full size bath on the bottom and the bedrooms on the upstairs. The pool and fishing were great. The community seemed nice except we noticed one neighbor checking if people should or shouldn’t be there which was uncomfortable. But the pool was so close and fishing dock right there. It was perfect if you bring older or younger family members. My only complaint is the house smelt musty. But that we got use to.

I was pleased with the management of sand keys. They were very kind and professional. They also communicate extremely well. I did have an issue with a local that lived in the condos. I arrived early in the morning for check in and was having kids bring their luggage in (4AM). Yes i know i was past hours of quiet time but we didnt want anyone to steal luggage off the rack of the van. Long story short i got a noise complaint and an eviction warning due to him. We are a family and can be loud at times but not after hours on any other occasion. This particular situation was irritating and threatening when he banged on the door and put his finger in my face with his fist balled up. All in all i didnt mind the condo and the dock was pleasent. Altho smaller in pictures it would be good for families with older kids. We have a 2 year old and the stairs and balcony inside were not set up for a child of that age. Would defiantly stay at another sand key location.

Our family of 5 had a fun stay here! Fishing off the back dock was a big hit. Very close (just a couple blocks) from a great beach that was not overly crowded. The home itself was satisfactory and met all our needs.

We loved the space for our family fishing trip. The convenience of fishing right there in the canal and the close proximity to the beach was everything. Lots to do in the area as well. We felt right at home and my kids didn’t want to leave. Will definitely rent again.

Location was good, home was clean, pool was good. I just expected it to be more spacious from the pictures. The half bathroom upstairs was shared & you had to make sure to lock both doors to both rooms. Other than that, it was nice & very clean.

We really enjoyed it here. Clean, peaceful, relaxing and quiet. All the things we love when staying somewhere for a vacation. Lots to do and minutes away from the beach. Host was responsive. No communication issues. Would definitely stay again.

I loved my stay here! The kitchen is full with everything you need to cook family meals! H-E-B and Walmart are nearby. Pool was fun for the kids! Nice dock with patio area. Great place to stay!

We stayed here with our five children for a few days to enjoy the beach. Fishing dock was just outside our front door, the beach was just a few minutes walk away, and great food just minutes away. The location was perfect for us.

Location was great. Walking distance to the beach to swim, fish, or relax. Pier at the house was clean and well maintained by complex and has a perfect space to clean fish if you catch any. The local Ace Hardware can provide fishing license. Pool was clean, hot tub was broken. Linens in bunk bed room were not clean. Dishes were filthy. I spent the first day there washing everyone’s sheets and all of the dishes so I was quite disturbed. A cabinet was broken and barely hanging on, just created stress to not break it completely off. The “full kitchen” is a modge podge of scratched Teflon goodwill cookware that really no one should be cooking on. I was not a fan of all of the rust in the bathroom. When you pay this much, I would expect a little bit better cookware at least. Aside from those issues, I would stay again. We thoroughly enjoyed the space, the decor makes it feel like a real vacation-lastly I’ll recommend buccaneer cruise for dolphin viewing!

Our rental was everything the description had and then some! There was even a cart to carry your things to the beach. The rooms were spacious and the sofa-bed was actually pretty comfortable. The kitchen was literally equipped with nearly everything we needed except a big pot to cook in but that was nothing. Everyone we met was friendly that made our stay even more wonderful. We caught about 8 fish and the area was super clean. Usually when I fish at night I’m bombarded by spiders, mosquitoes and all kinds of pest but there were absolutely none! We will be booking again!
