The house is tastefully decorated, very clean, and well-equipped. It was comfortable. My family enjoyed fishing off the dock. Location is great- short drive to SPI, golf, and shopping. Communication from Zaida was great. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer.
Zaida and Patrick’s place was exactly what we wanted and matched the listing to the T. The property was super comfy, clean, had all the amenities listed and in working condition, beautifully decorated, and the hosts were timely, clear, and efficient in all communications. Only regret is not staying at their place to begin with during our long stay in SPI :( we decided to extend our stay by another day and found their place and so happy we did!! Thank you for accommodating our family so last minute! Looking forward to revisit!

Our stay at Zaida and Patrick’s cottage was wonderful! The house has great accommodations for beach goers and the fisherman. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, peaceful and very close to grocery stores and local shopping, with a very short drive into SPI. Very responsive host, nice clean house. It was perfect for us and would return again in the future!

Great spot. Convenient to beach and local restaurants. Very nicely appointed home with many lux touches that show care in design and livability. The mornings on the deck with coffee were worth the stay on their own.
House was clean and very comfortable. Great location. Boat dock and lift were in great shape. Everything worked as it should. Enjoyed our stay there!! Would rebook for sure!!!

More than we expected, all commodities and utensils, its modern, comfortable, beautiful and very aesthetic, staying here is something you’ll feel you deserved and once you get in, you’ll never want to come out. Rooms are very comfortable and feel clean.

A nice place to relax. The size and what it has to offer are great. The ice maker is a great idea. The only feedback is that staple items need to be provided for visitors. For the price, things should be offered. However, it's a great place, and I would recommend it.

Zaida is a good host and really responsive. The house was super clean and very well put together. The location was tucked away from the main roads so it felt very private and quiet. Definitely will recommend to others!
