Such a perfect place for our group! Very walkable to our Pilates class (studio novo), and several restaurants/ bars. Also a quick uber to the airport and broadway. Felt private on the roof top even though we shared a wall with the group next door. Would rent again!

Our group cannot rave enough about this spectacular property! Located on a quiet side street, parking was a breeze. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom! The kitchen was large, perfect for a nice gathering space. We also loved the rooftop which had seating and a fire pit to enjoy a beautiful Nashville evening. Also communication with the Hallson property was prompt and informative. Made our stay feel like home!

Lori and their group were an absolute pleasure to host. They were prompt with messages, easy to coordinate with, and left the home very clean. They followed all house rules and I’d definitely recommend them.

Great place, great safe location, short uber ride to Broadway. Work well for our group celebrating a birthday.

Three days in Nashville Four buddies attended the trip. The townhouse was exactly as advertised and the Host/Mg't Company was very responsive on any question asked. Each of the four bedrooms has the en suite bathroom, which was nice. The common area and roof deck are comfortably appointed for hanging out. Restaurants and bars were a short (5 minute) walk from the location. Ubers were also easy to find when we wanted to venture downtown.

The location was great, very central to where we needed to go. The place was exactly as described and it was gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was spotless and fully equipped. We were only sorry the weather did not let us enjoy the roof top but it looked fantastic. We had one thing we needed from Hallson and they had it answered and sorted while we were out. I could not ask for better service and communications. I would absolutely book this place again for a group or for 3-4 couples visiting Nashville.

Really enjoyed our stay! We had around 8 people in all and it felt very comfortable and matched the description and photos. The team was very responsive with questions we had, which was appreciated. Would definitely recommend for larger groups!

The host was very responsive and helpful throughout every step of the process from check-in to check-out. Our flights didn't exactly line up with the check-in and check-out times so they were kind enough to let us store our bags in the garage before we checked-in and after we checked-out, so that we didn't have to drag them around with us as we went shopping and got food to kill time. The house perfectly slept the 12 of us with plenty of common space area to hangout as well. The location was amazing, as every uber we took to broadway was much less than we had expected it to be. There were also a dozen restaurants within walking distance, which was nice on the days we decided not to go to broadway. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here!

This place comfortably fit 9 girls for my sister's bachelorette weekend. The location was great as it allowed us to have chill mornings where the early bird girls could do their own activities like walk to grab breakfast or go on a run before we regrouped to do group activities. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms were really nice. We also enjoyed the rooftop with fire pit and had a hibachi dinner up there on the final night. Would absolutely recommend for any big group!

If you’ve got a large party, just safe and beautiful spacious condo is perfect for you. It has a bathroom for each bedroom, which is a plus we had a bunch of guys in it and it was very comfortable.

The house and location were absolutely amazing! We were just a short Uber ride away from Broadway, making it easy to explore all the excitement. The neighborhood was lovely, and there was no shortage of great restaurants and entertainment nearby. The house itself was spotless, and the host was incredibly welcoming. It was the perfect size for our group of eight, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay.

Perfect house for our party of 8 This house worked great for our family trip. We loved that each room had a private bathroom and we could park 2 cars in the garage. Only complaint was loud neighbors during the night.

Wonderful stay! The host were very well to work with and responds quickly. This place was very spacious for a family of 6 and the added touches for a homey feel were so nice. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay! Our group of 4 adults, 4 children and 1 dog all had a wonderful time! From being greeted by a lovely gift basket on the spotless kitchen counter, to the very clean and spacious bedrooms, to the lovely rooftop area that had corn hole toss, the accommodations were 10/10. Our children loved the bunk room and their own spacious beds as well. Moreover, the location of this airbnb is wonderful! We were able to easily walk our dog and walk to a local coffee shop as well as a fabulous restaurant! This was our first time in Nashville, and we were able to either quickly drive to popular attractions or hop in a quick uber with our families as well. We look forward to coming back!

Camellia Great Place to Stay in Nashville My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Camellia townhouse in Nashville. The townhouse features a big, beautiful kitchen, four well appointed bedrooms with big closets and ensuite bathrooms. The rooftop patio is a wonderful outdoor space for a meal and has a nice view of Nashville. My pup, Mickey, had a good time running around the rooftop patio, but was only allowed on the patio with other family members. The Camellia is dog friendly and is a great place to stay if you have a dog. The Camellia has three floors and a lot of steps. On-the-street parking is abundant when the other adjacent townhouses are not all booked. There’s an attached garage that was not quite long enough to accommodate my van. Overall though, my family and I totally enjoyed the Camellia and plan to rebook it next time we’re in Nashville.

The Hallson property we stayed in was beautiful and very spacious. We stayed here for a bachelorette trip with a group of 8 girls. Everyone was able to have their own bed with the expecting of two girls sharing one bed. There was plenty of storage to unpack our suitcases and store our luggage. The garage was clean and spacious. The house was kept up with and clean except the bottoms of our socks were very dirty from walking on the floors of the house and one of the toilet paper holders was broken off the wall when we checked in. The hosts were extremely responsive and very accommodating. They allowed us to store our luggage in the garage after check-out while we went to breakfast before our flights. My only concern was the cleaning crew left the garage open with our luggage in it while they were in the house cleaning. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect place for us to stay during our conference in Nashville. Had a slight “situation” We needed to have looked at and Bea was so responsive! Super quick to get back to me and had the issue taken care of till we returned home that afternoon!! We would definitely stay here Asian and hope to in the future!!

The townhouse was perfect. Location was great and walkable to local eateries and bars. We were a super short ride to downtown and all the other neighborhoods in Nashville. We would absolutely stay here again! While you’re staying, do yourself a favor and walk over to Snooze for breakfast or brunch. It’s less than a 5 min walk, but was some of the BEST breakfast we have had. We had everything we needed plus the rooftop is an added bonus.

40th Getaway Loved everything about this house!! The stairs suck but it’s Nashville and everything is uphill anyway. The rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen and coffee bar perfectly stocked. Garage parking is SUPER tight.

Really wonderful stay in Nashville! The home was clean, well equipped, super cute, and in a perfect location. With 8 girls there was more than enough space for everyone and we enjoyed hanging out in the large kitchen. Having a garage for parking with also very helpful. We will absolutely be back! Thank you!

Not the typical guests as we are local, but stayed here when house lost power/heat in the ice storm. Very nice property and we definitely appreciated their proactive communication and hospitality in confirming the unit still had power and getting us booked! Comfortable beds and bathrooms, kitchen is pretty well stocked to cook a meal. Definitely appreciated our stay!

Great place to stay

Nice house in a transitional neighborhood. We would have found it helpful to know the bunk room (sleeps 6) is on the ground floor, kitchen, LR and 1 BR/BA on the second floor, and two BR/ 2BA on the third floor. Beds and bedding are great. LR could use additional seating. We had a nice stay!

The house was beautiful. Instructions and access to the house were excellent! We had a ford expedition max so only one car fit in the garage - sideways 😂. Beds were super comfortable. Only complaint is that sometimes you can hear your neighbors when they access the rooftop next door. Not everyone follows the no noise ordinance hours. Everything else was great!

Very cute! So much space with so many rooms and a rooftop deck to die for! We did walk to a restaurant nearby for brunch. Great location outside of broadway but still able to get a ride share to go downtown easily.

This airbnb was beautiful, clean and looks exactly like the pictures shown. The host was great at checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and also provided easy access instructions. The location was perfect as it was about a 10 min drive to the city and 15 mins to the airport which we loved. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Nashville.

Very well appointed house in East Nashville about 5 min from downtown. Great restaurants blocks away. House is super clean and modern. Beds are comfy, linens are high quality. Great showers and water pressure. Kitchen fully stocked and well organized. We didn't get to use the rooftop balcony because of thunderstorms but it is very fun gathering spot in good weather. Very nice 2car garage safely secures your cars. Highly recommend!!!
