Great property overall! Not without a few inconveniences that arent unusual for short term rentals (i.e. doors that stick or dont lock, busted shelf in the fridge, no hand soap in the bathrooms) but nothing that warranted complaint. We would book again. We booked to bring pets but plans changed and the host graciously offered refund for the pet fees. Pleasant experience and stay!
The host was very responsive and helpful, and it was a lovely stay. It is walkable from the beach but further than if it had a private boardwalk, just to be aware. We ended up driving, but that was fine. They also have minimal checkout requirements and were flexible with my baby’s nap schedule which made bidding farewell just a little easier! Thank yall!
Good things: - great location near the beach - great location to pool - liked that there was a garage and hose - A/C worked great - very roomy - plenty of seating and comfortable - downstair king was very comfortable with soft sheets - spacious bathroom upstairs Bad things: - poor communication! Responded quickly but never with a correct or helpful answer with check in/out, no trash bags - sinks and drains wouldn't drain down stairs - gross rust looking stains downstairs bathroom - bunk bed mattress were too thick on top so kids could not safely stay up there due to no railing - washer smelled like oil/gas when it ran...made our clothes smell a little - dryer took a long time to dry - upstair bed was squeaky - loved that there was an ice machine
We really enjoyed our stay. Great place and the kids loved the pool and slide. Close to the beach too!
We had a great time, it was a short drive of golf cart ride to the beach. The pool was great but the space was exactly what we needed. It wasn’t an issue for us, but this place has all the main amenities like the kitchen and living room upstairs so if you need accessibility friendly, this location would not fall under that category.
1 towel per person. No potholder but they brought one with more dish towels. 10 plates for 10 people 1 roll of paper towels for everyone. Dryer had to run two times to get a load dry. Salt and pepper are only things provided. No spices, baggies, foil, no bowls with lids, no spaghetti spoon, shampoo and bath wash watered down-didn't lather. Golf cart was to tall to fit on garage.

As described. Had a small issue (not anyone's fault) and the mgmt team handled promptly. Right by the pool which was nice. Super clean and comfy beds, 1 min drive to the beach. We'll be back!
Amazing stay with amazing host! They were so communicative prior and after the check out when we had additional questions. Already planning our next trip back! And the pool. Hands down the best pool in Port A!
The home was very clean and the beds were super comfortable! The pool was so much fun and actually heated! The host was very responsive! My kids had a blast on what was a cold windy weekend in Port A. We will be back!
Had a great time with the family
Our family really enjoyed the location and quick commute to the beach. The heated pool was a gold mine and made our stay even better. Host was quick to respond with any needs or concerns. I would book again at this location in the future
Overall, our stay was decent, but there were enough issues to make it a 3-star experience, especially for the price. The property has potential but needs better upkeep and attention to detail. Several cabinets were delaminating, and the shower door wouldn’t stay closed, which was inconvenient. The bar stool and table were uneven, causing them to rock when sitting or placing items on them. There were multiple remotes, but some were missing covers or batteries, making the TV frustrating to use. The “chef’s kitchen” was also lacking basic cooking utensils, which was disappointing. Parking was limited, and while two spots are designated, there were no instructions on what to do if someone else parks in your space. The community pool was cloudy, with trash and clothing left around, which took away from the experience. Overall, with better maintenance and clearer communication, this could be a much better stay.

This was such a great find, it fit me and my family comfortably, and the heated pool alone could have convinced my kids to try and rent this plave put every weekend! its within walking distance to the beach and things to do all around. Definitely recommend.
We stayed for two days for dad’s b-day. Really close to everything. The pool was actually heated as mentioned in the description not just lukewarm like most places are. The kids had a blast on the slide which kept them entertained for hours both days. Also had a few grills poolside. The condo was actually bigger than expected so that was a plus. Family had a great time. I’d come back and recommend this place
