We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! The place was great - clean and easy to get to. The host was responsive during our stay and communicated with us early on. The kitchen was very nice and the beds were comfy. It was a bit smaller than we expected so would be cramped with 7 people. Overall, the stay was great!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Family of 7 (2 adults, 3 kids, 2 grandparents) felt right at home in this property. The variety of sleeping beds was perfect for my family. Host Joshua was very responsive with every question. We had a little hiccup with the door keypad code but was remedied quickly. We had 2 cars and the parking (one on property, one street) was perfect. The location of the property was accessible to everything in Maui. 15 mins to airport, 12 mins to Kihei, 17 mins to Lahaina, 15 mins to Wailea. Having ocean access steps away was a plus. Property had beach chairs and boards. Property had 2 full showers/restrooms which helped our larger family. Only nuisance that occurred were the harmless ghost ants. Not reflective of the room or host because this is a common issue on the island. Can't leave any food out on counters. We would definitely book again.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Josh was a great host, and did a great job communicating. When we needed extra blankets and dish towels, he came through. My problem was with the place itself, and the expectation from the pictures. The photographer deserves a raise, because this place was quite a bit more run down than what the pics show. The sheets did not look very clean, and there was no fitted sheet for the bed. It was just a sheet laid on top of the mattress cover, with another sheet to cover with. The main bed itself felt like someone must’ve been jumping on the middle, because my wife and I would end up in the middle as soon as someone’s body weight pushed on one side, the other would roll down toward them. The most comfortable bed was the fold out couch. We came with my family of 7. There is one couch and a chair. The beach had people living in tents, not quite the Maui beach you think of. As a home base to explore the Island from, the place worked great and is centrally located. Appliances and showers worked.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Good place to stay, our kids were obsessed with the bunk bed! The stairs though - that was the only negative thing about this place. It was a work out (for my husband haha) trying to lug a 50lb luggage and kids up and down. Phew* Otherwise, we enjoyed ourselves and probably wouldn’t mind staying, again.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! we all satified about the place. only complaint we had that there was no elevator. we're all over 70 years old. it was hard to walk up and down the stairs with luggage without elevator. Thank you!! We had such a great time in our 70s.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Convenient location, Walking distance to the beach although you do have to be careful with the strong current. A few small issues: The master bedroom has the loudest bed I’ve ever experienced. If you move in your sleep at all- you will probably wake yourself up. There wasn’t a fitted sheet on the bed either which was a little strange, only a regular top sheet for the mattress that kept sliding off every night. Wasn’t the most comfortable either. We had a bug problem while there, but the owner did supply us with bug tape. You are in a tropical location after all, so no biggie, I would be wary to recommend this rental to anyone elderly or disabled, as the unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. It wasn’t a problem for us, we just got our workout in lifting our suitcases up the stairs. It was a nice touch having beach chairs and a cooler provided. All in all it served its purpose for the week!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We stayed in the place for only one evening out of the five days planned. This was because of the Kona storms and a historic one in a while. The storm was rough and some water entered through the front entrance door and the power was knocked off. So we had to leave and book ourselves into a hotel. Joshua was responsive at all times and we wish him well.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We had a wonderful day. I highly recommend for families or large groups. It was perfect for our family of five. Three adults and two minors. The place was clean. The host was responsive, and the amenities matched the listing. The host was very thoughtful in leaving laundry detergent under the sink, which proved to be very helpful for us and there was everything we needed in the kitchen as well. I will definitely be staying again.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Great location central to east west south and north areas of Maui. Lahaina, Paia, & Wailea were about 30 min. drive. Kihei is a quick 15 min with grocery stores. The closest town, Maalea was walking distance of 10 min via sidewalk and offers food . Snorkeling gear at Boss Frogs to rent there for you stay had great prices. The condo is well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed. Airbnb also provided beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and beach towels. Under kitchen sink is laundry detergent to use at laundry a few doors down from this 3 floor unit. We absolutely loved the beach within steps of condo- it was mostly empty and snorkeling was great. We saw many turtles and fish during our stay. You can also walk to any tours you take direct from your condo in harbor. Recommend the Alii Nui Deluxe Molokini snorkel and whale tour- 1st class all the way and worth the extra $. Pool is small but nice and outside patio and chairs were nice to layout in. Definitely coming back!

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! This spot has been remodeled and looks nice inside! Everything was very clean and the host was always quick to respond. With that being said, during the night it was very noisy. It sounded like there was a slamming door or something similar periodically throughout the night. It was pretty windy so maybe that had something to do with it. The AC units definitely added to the noise level though. My family had a rough night due to the unusual amount of noise all around. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place if you have small children. We were only here one night though, so maybe the noise was not typical. Hopefully not.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Just as advertised, clean, very spacious, nice amenities and full kitchen with appliances and all kitchen utensils. Bbq area, pool and loungers were great. Also great to take a stroll down the beach right from this location. Location is great for exploring all parts of the island, but you will want a vehicle. All in all a great spot for a small group or family.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Very clean spot, the condo looks new. The one thing for me when booking an Airbnb is cleanliness especially the bathrooms. It was cleaned well, felt right at home.

Wir sind jeden Morgen barfuß über den Strand gejoggt. Es war fantastisch. Von hier aus erreicht man die ganze Insel und ist in 15 Minuten am Walmart, Flughafen und anderen guten Geschäften. TOP

The location is very convenient for getting around to various points on the island, 20 minutes from the airport, and close to a Starbucks, Carl's Jr., gas station, mini-golf, aquarium, and Ma'alaea Harbor. Best of all, the beach is just steps from the condo. It was very clean and tidy. We traveled with our family, so having access to chairs, umbrellas, and other beach and kitchen amenities was fantastic.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! We weren't there for much more than sleeping but the place was nice, clean and fairly comfortable. Had some minor difficulties which were handled quickly and efficiently. Definitely would have no problems booking again if the need arose.

Properties is located on the third floor, building has no elevator's. Going down the stairs from the loft is steep. If you have a bum knee like I do, it can be a doozy going up/down the stairs. I should’ve read the property details before booking, then realizing the reservation were none refundable.The loft was pretty warm despite the window ac on. They probably need a larger window unit. Box fan’s were provided but could use some dusting.Otherwise, the property location is prefect - 15mins to/from wailuku or Kahului. Unit felt roomy, probably because of the high ceiling. Enough beds/pull out couch to fit 5 adults.

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! There were a couple of small issues when we first arrived — the toilet wasn’t working and the lock had some trouble — but the host was fantastic. Very kind, responsive, and had a plumber there within a few hours to get everything sorted. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is a bit out of the way depending on your plans, but that could be a plus for some. I wouldn’t go out of my way to recommend it, but I also wouldn’t hesitate to say it’s a solid, reliable option — especially with such a great host.

Super clean and spacious and 100yds from basically a private beach. Not to mention it’s one of the best priced condos on the entire island. It’s centrally located with a short drive to south Maui and a short drive to west Maui which makes seeing the whole island so much easier. The host was great with communication and made everything super easy and stress free. I highly recommend staying here

We enjoyed hosting and would love to host them again! Great stay with easy beach access! Did not spend much time in the Airbnb as we were out exploring Maui most of the time but it met our needs. We loved that it was walkable to the ocean center and shops. The upstairs does get very hot at night but there are two extra box fans provided to help remedy that.
