This home is the perfect getaway for a group to enjoy. It’s very spacious, has great cozy rooms, the hot tub is a highlight for sure, and there’s plenty of resources and supplies available (towels, blankets, cleaning supplies, etc). I highly recommend booking here if you’re looking to go skiing/snowboarding or in the summer for a small trip. I’m looking forward to booking again very soon!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Red Cottage. The 4 of us had plenty of room, the house was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities. The host responded quickly to all our questions. Location was perfect for the weekend of concerts at Tanglewood, and we look forward to returning next summer. Highly recommend staying at Red Cottage!
My family had a wonderful three-night stay. The property was peaceful, private, and surrounded by beautiful scenery, yet just a short drive to Tanglewood, which was the highlight of our trip. The hosts were welcoming and made it clear they were available if we needed anything, though we never had to reach out. We'd happily stay here again on our next visit to the Berkshires.
Perfect place to stay for a long weekend!
The home is beautiful! Comfortable beds, nice linens, the fireplace and hot tub were great! Lots to do in the area even in January. The house is in the woods but easy to find and close to a supermarket and activities.

We had a lovely stay at the Butterfly Cottage! Perfect amount of space for four adults. We enjoyed spending evenings together by the fire place. Perfect place in the woods but also not too far away from Lenox or Stockbridge. We hope to return again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Butterfly Cottage! There was plenty of space for all 4 adults, and it was well-stocked with towels and cooking tools. We were able to make and eat meals at the house with no issues. My only wish was that there were extra linens (throw blankets specifically), and the living room television was a bit small. The location was also much more remote than we realized - you’ll definitely want to make sure you have a car that is equipped to handle a bit of a climb on a gravel road. It took quite a bit of time to get to any restaurants or stores from the house because of how remote it was. The hot tub was a really lovely amenity. We even saw some wild turkeys roaming the backyard! Overall a fantastic stay. We would definitely stay here again!
