Cutest home and the decor was perfect for our celebration! Definitely got our steps in with the stairs. Rooms were a comfortable fit for 8 of us.

Overall great place. The location was good- very close to broadway which was where we went every night of our stay for my 21st bday. House was super clean, very well decorated. I love how unique each piece of furniture was. The karaoke stage was so fun and a great addition to the house. Michael was kind enough to accommodate an early check in plus late check out on such short notice for us which we greatly appreciated! He made sure to check in throughout our stay and ensure our expectations were met + responded rather quickly to any questions we had. Minutes away to grocery store + fast food. Parking available. Definitely will be back again, I recommend anyone to stay here! (perfect for girls trips- birthdays & bachelorettes)

We were so excited to book this home for our twin girls’ 12th birthday because the listing photos made it look incredibly colorful, fun and special. Unfortunately, while the concept is adorable and the upstairs bedrooms, living room and kitchen were still very cute, the overall condition was a huge disappointment compared to the listing. The rooftop was one of the main reasons we chose this property and was by far the biggest letdown. The vibrant space pictured was very different in person. Rugs were faded and dingy, (literally completely gray!) furniture/cushions were dirty and stained, a beanbag was ripped, and the porches had cobwebs and dirt. Inside, the stairs were heavily scuffed, bathroom lights had thick dust, and the shower curtain appeared covered in mold/mildew. We understand normal rental wear, but this felt beyond that. For a premium nightly rate, we expected the home to be maintained much closer to the condition advertised. Cute concept, but not worth the price.

We had an incredible stay at Michael’s place. This Airbnb is perfectly suited with anything you would need for a girls trip or bachelorette. Michael definitely goes above and beyond to create a seamless experience. The location is perfect, less than 20mins from all the popular Nashville attractions. Would 100% recommend this is a place to stay!

This place looks just like the pictures! It was the perfect place to host my bachelorette/ 40th birthday with my girls. There was plenty of space for all of us and we had a great time. Michael and his team were super responsive every time we had a question. I loved the flexibility of checking in/out. The neighborhood was also pretty quiet and we all felt safe. I would definitely recommend this place for a girls trip.

Condo was cute and well decorated. Location was 15 minute drive to downtown. Issue was that the rugs downstairs were soaked! Like puddled when walked on. We immediately told them. They sent a maintenance person late that night to ensure there wasn’t a leak but sent us a mop to clean the water ourselves and said we could move the rugs. Not the response we really expected, as things should have been ready for check in. I didn’t understand if there was a cleaning before how did they not know? Also, this won’t fit 12 comfortably. Bottom bedrooms might have a place for 4 people to sleep but the rooms will be TIGHT with no place for people’s luggage or bags. The bottom bathroom had mold all in the shower. I didn’t ask about top bathrooms as I didn’t stay up there. The bottom stairs had a weird, danky smell because of the wet rugs and we couldn’t use the game room because that’s where we put the wet rug and it smelled soooo bad.

I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough! From the moment we walked in, we knew we had picked the perfect place. The home was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. You can truly tell how much care and thought Michael puts into creating an amazing experience for his guests. Michael was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. He was so kind, responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared that we had a wonderful stay. Every interaction was friendly, and he made the entire experience completely stress-free. The location was fantastic, the house was exactly as pictured (if not even better!), and every detail helped make our trip unforgettable. The views here really are outstanding! Wow. We traveled here with grandparents and a toddler over Christmas and it was perfect. Everything was so clean and in pristine condition. We would definitely rebook. They setup a tree and garland in the living room; it was so cozy. The pool was chilly and the door alarms took awhile to get the hang of but we had so much fun. It was a short drive to Gatlinburg, Smokies NP, and Dollywood. The location, views, and privacy can't be beat. We highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! It was so cute, cozy, and beautifully decorated, truly the perfect spot for our bachelorette weekend. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The location was amazing — super close to all the fun Nashville spots, and we had cheap, quick Ubers everywhere we went. Our host was incredible - so kind, very accommodating, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. They made everything so easy from start to finish, which made the trip even better. The stay was disappointing. The place was dirty from the moment we arrived—floors hadn’t been cleaned, and there were visible stains on the furniture. There were no clean towels provided, we had to wash and dry towels so it took up a lot of the time. When we checked the kitchen, we actually found trash left inside the oven. It was clear that no proper cleaning had been done before our stay. Definitely not what was shown in the listing photos and far below Airbnb standards. Michael and Jill did get to my messages quick and sent over some trash bags and paper towels which was amazing.

The ButterflyBNB made our Bride’s bachelorette one for the record books. We loved every second. Very clean and very easy to get to and from downtown!

Six women stayed for a 60th birthday celebration! Location was good. We were able to Uber into The Gulch, 12th Avenue shopping and Broadway fairly quickly and inexpensively. The house is cute as can be and provided lots of fun photo ops. It fit the bill for a crowd of 8 or less women/girls. The owner responded quickly to all inquiries. We didn't cook there, but new pots/pans arrived while we were there. They seem to be updating things as needed. The photos online are probably a few years old, so there is some wear and tear. Overall, if you want a fun weekend in a Barbie dream house, this is the place to be!

Super cute place to stay for a girls trip! Loved the large open area to accommodate everyone. My only disappointment was the kitchen could have been stocked a little better. No blender or electric can opener. Very little pots/pans/bowls etc. which made it difficult to cook for a group.

Stayed here for my bachelorette trip, and 10/10 recommend! The house was precious, and looked just like the pictures on the listing! But I feel like the pictures don’t do the house justice! It’s precious!!! Also very close to Kroger and also not a bad drive to broadway either! The hosts were very accommodating also, and very responsive throughout the whole trip!! They were great hosts! You can tell they do this regularly, they were prompt, responsive, and professional. Had every question we had answered in their instructions so there wasn't much need to reach out. Even had suggestions and links for decoraters, fridge stockers, shuttle, and a private chef. We didn't utilize these services, but it was a great these options were available. One of the best homes I've stayed in with Airbnb!

Cool place. It had a lot of special amenities that would be great fun for a girls trip. We went with our immediate family. One bedroom was not ready when we arrived which made arrangements a little tight but we chose to overlook it Overall a nice stay and very responsive hosts when it came to responding via messages!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb for my sister’s bachelorette, and while the space was cute and had potential, it fell short in several areas. The house really needs a deep clean, as it felt quite dirty and the furniture had an unpleasant smell. The two downstairs bedrooms were uncomfortably cold, making it difficult to relax. Additionally, the dryer was broken, and the host asked an excessive number of questions before finally sending someone over to address the issue—when it was clear it needed more than just a reset. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and would recommend the host focus on cleanliness and maintenance for future guests.

The place was perfect for my nieces Bachelorette party, the decor and every detail was fun, inspiring, and picture perfect. The house is perfect for any girls getaway, and the beds were comfortable! We had to clean the fridge, counters in bathrooms, and floors were dirty, and sticky. Jill was awesome, and offered to send someone. It has no bearing on the house, or host it was more for their cleaning crew. ❤️ Loved the house, and the hosts were so gracious and helpful!

This place is AWESOME!!!!! Waking up to a beautiful pink living area was amazing!! Every detail was truly perfect! There was so much space and room you truly don’t have to leave the house! It was a 10 min Uber ride to downtown. One thing I tried to figure out was how the layout was, so if this helps anyone in the future: bottom floor (main entrance) both double rooms and a potty- second main living floor with a potty - top floor master (UNREAL SO BEAUTIFUL AND ENORMOUS) second single room and a potty. This place is HUGE. And the stage was EPIC. Highly suggest staying here!!!!!

If you want to stay in an ant infested house with dirty bed sheets this is the place! Multiple dirty beds with stains and ants. Every day we found a new pile of ants somewhere in the home. Along with fake lashes in the bedroom and hair in the shower. I truly believe this place was never cleaned prior to our arrival.

Five out of five stars highly recommend Positive: The property was in a great location outside the hustle and bustle of Downtown Nashville. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Only 10 minute ride to broadway. We had a party of 10 girls just for a family getaway. Everything was immaculately clean, all the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room no one felt like they were on top of each other. So much fun!! The property owners were wonderful. Every time I had a question they answered immediately I asked for early check-in and they accommodated me no problem. Negative: Not one thing

We completely enjoyed our stay at Michael and Jill’s place. Their place was spacious and decorated to the nines. We completely enjoyed spending time in the house as much as exploring the area. Our hosts were readily available and our booking was exactly as promised and presented on the Airbnb site. We would definitely come again and think any group would enjoy the Butterfly immensely. It is evident that a lot of time and effort went into to decorating this space from the themed bedroom and living space to the adorable rooftop hangout!!!

This was the perfect place for my 26th birthday! Everything was flawless and picture-perfect. The location is quiet and very easy to get to Broadway via Uber or Lyft. The hosts were very responsive and helpful! They were so accommodating to my requests. Lots of happy memories were made here and I couldn’t be more happier with my stay!

We came here as a group of 7 to explore broadway for a long weekend. We were able to get an early check in and the home looked exactly like the photos. The beds and sheets were so comfortable!! It is about a ten minute drive from broadway, which is disclosed in the property description. The only thing we were bummed about was seeing how others had damaged the house by violating home rules. It really is a gorgeous home and we just thought it was sad people couldn’t follow rules and it results in damage to the home for the homeowners, so we were really sad to see that. The hosts were ALWAYS incredibly responsive and helpful. We loved our stay here and will be back!

We stayed at Michael and Jill's beautiful home while on a weekend get away for our friend Ruth's 50th birthday. We had 9 friends stay in the house and it was perfect for what we were looking for. It was private and fun with an incredible rooftop patio/common area. The location was great because you were in a quiet area, but you can easily get an Uber and in 15 minutes you can be amongst all of the fun and chaos on Broadway!! The beds are very comfortable. There is plenty of room in the living area for everyone to be included while you cook meals or are just looking to enjoy each other's company. There are also two other very nice patios aside from the rooftop patio, which can be used if you want to take a phone call or just get away by yourself for a few minutes. I will be requesting to rent this airbnb again in the future when I come back to Nashville, and I would recommend it to anyone who will be coming to Nashville in the future! We had a great time and so will you!

i booked this location for the bachelorette weekend i had planned and it was wonderful!! it was only about 10 mins from everything we did!! we had so much fun and the house was beautiful! it allowed us to fit our 11 guests and still felt like we had room to move comfortably!!!

Overall the house is lovely. We did have a couple issues in terms of ants in the kitchen. The owners were responsive and went over any spray but that did not resolve the problem and they had migrated into microwave which then led us to not using it. The other issue was there are no cleaning products available. Not one bottle of windex or Clorox wipes. Had we known that we would have brought but the house fits many people and counters need to get wiped. Lastly, the “pull out couch” is more of a futon. It would’ve been very difficult for two people to sleep on that so we ended up sharing bunks. Just something to keep in mind when booking. The house is also in somewhat of a complex. It can get loud at night and some sketchy people parking and coming and going. Besides that we had a lovely time and the hosts were very responsive to emails!

Place was great like advertised. You can tell though that bachelorette parties tried to destroy this place but it’s held up pretty good. Great for the price location is just 10 minutes from Downtown and East Nashville an up and coming area. Great for large families. We were 12 and it worked great.

Great stay for our group of 10! Plenty of room for everyone and felt right at home. When we first arrived, we had some issues with the AC not working on the first 2 floors. Michael, Jill and their property manager had a technician out within 2 hours to fix it! Very responsive and willing to help make it right. We loved it!

Very nicely decorated with a nice rooftop deck. Beds were comfortable, family room furniture not so much. Was very clean but could use a fresh coat of paint. The accomadations were nice about a ten minute and $10 to $12 Uber to Broadway.

Overall, great communication and a beautiful place to stay! Before booking, I had a few questions and Michael and Jill’s team responded in a very timely manner (usually under 20 minutes). The photos of the space look nice, but the actual house fees so much bigger in person than the pics! Easy self entry with keypad and everything was cleaned nicely. We had 12 people stay in the house and it did not feel cramped at all! Beds were very comfortable and we loved the outdoor rooftop seating. Highly recommend and I definitely plan to rebook their place when I am in Nashville again!
