Property is taken care of well, condo leaves much to be desired. Very much minimal would not recommend for family maybe, Positive: The swimming pool the one day we were able to use it with the children. That’s it outside of that. I can’t say much good about it. Negative: The room was not acceptable if this is someone’s home and they’re renting it out. You might want to change out your fans,couch, fix water running in bathtub nonstop that’s gotta be a very expensive water bill!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. I would say this place exceeded our expectations and it was exactly like the pictures. We were so excited about the amenities and cleanliness of the place and I would definitely recommend anyone here and I look forward to coming back soon.

Beautiful home that comfortably fit our family of 5. We walked around the resort property there is plenty of things to keep the kids occupied on site. I have teens and keeping them happy can be tricky It is very clean and we felt very safe. I greatly appreciate this location and we enjoyed our time.
Positive: There was nothing that I liked about this place other than the size and it was able to accommodate my family. Negative: There was no parking, the room smelled horrible, hairs in the sink, the bed sheets need to be replaced, and the list goes on.
There were far too many issues and i wouldn’t recommend staying here. The size of the room was decent and the pool was d Positive: Good location. The pool was fun. Although the staff sometimes let my child go on the slide and some said no to him because he barely made the height requirement. It was unfortunate to allow his hopes up to ride 1 day and not the rest Negative: The room was very outdated. The sofa is extremely dirty to the point of making my daughter itch and develop a rash. Shower door kept having to be forced shut and from the inside we would be locked in, someone had to open it from the outside. It felt like we were going to break the glass. The drawers were needed to be shut with force. We continuously had to replace our key downstairs because it would stop working. This happened more then 3 times

Grand daughters first Disney trip. Everything about this apartment was good except could not adjust the air conditioner to go below 75. The place was clean and comfortable. It is very close to Disney which the reason for the trip.
Great place for family We very much enjoyed our trip, we enjoyed the resort. Unfortunately the AC in this unit was broken when we arrived. We communicated this with the property manager whom insured they were doing all they could to resolve the issue. The problem was never resolved. We stayed even though there was no AC but it was very uncomfortable. I hope the issue is fixed before the next family rents this unit.
I booked this for my daughters birthday “stay-cation”. We had a party of 5, and while Gabriel’s communication was great, we were left with no AC in the unit. 🥵 It didn’t get below 77, and that was because we had the ceiling fans on. I made him aware, and while he was responsive he simply did not have a technician or any way of helping. They did offer a small refund, but in my opinion it is just unacceptable to not have maintenance available 24/7 for AC issues, especially during summer in Florida. The lockbox where you get the keys is also very confusing. Unfortunately, I would not stay there again.
Beautiful! Close to Disney! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and had everything we needed. My boys love the pirate pool! Super close to Disney parks.

The lock box area it’s not cool where the location is the front desk advices me and my family not to go pick it up because it was hanging on two dead end signs .. Near a wooded are near the hotel and that would make anyone not feel safe .. And won’t give me my refund back or even half of my money back.. Airbnb wont follow up on issues like this not cool
Family Trip Positive: I loved that the property had two rooms and the master bedroom was just amazing. Loved that they have a entire spa on the 6th floor as well as a lagoon/bar. The kids can play and you can have a drink. The hotel is also close to restaurants and a little strip of stores. I loved that there was a full kitchen (full size fridge, full stove with oven and sink). I also loved that there were two full bathrooms with balcony view. Negative: The tv in the master bedroom didn’t work. I had to call maintenance to come up and fix it. They found that the remote in the master bedroom for a whole different thing and replaced it with a universal remote. Even with that taking place the cable sucked and we couldn’t watch tv and there also wasn’t very many channels. The channels that did work were static filled and you couldn’t see anything. I also didn’t like the fact that I had to play scavenger hunt to find the room key to access the elevator in a lock box locked onto a street sign. We spent about an hour trying to locate the box as the coordinates would let work on my phone.
Really perfect for a small family. The condo is spacious, clean and family friendly. My kids loved the pool. The poolside bar was great. We took Lyft to/from Disneyworld resorts and it was so easy. 12-20 minutes one way on average. Gabriel was very responsive. I look forward to visiting again.
Good stay overall. Nice facility. Pretty resort. Great location. Positive: Location. Price. Convenience. Negative: The whirlpool tub in the primary bedroom was awkward. Could be better use of space. The second bathroom needs deep cleaning and maintenance.

BDH Convention stay We had a few idiosyncrasies in the process but for the most part relatively on point. The room was really nice and clean and we service needed the matter was addressed promptly 5 star service as expected. Thanks Upstay team you all are awesome!!
The place was great. We stayed 5 days and it was close to all the attractions universal sea world and the premium outlets. Lots of food options nearby too, only a small issue with the keyfob as it has to be held away grom mobile devices and credit cards. Had issue with it on check in on but got resolved. Would definitely recommend staying.
The location is a big plus and the spacious room is amazing. I highly recommend this place.

Great resort with plenty of amenities in close walking range, including 2 pools, a convenience store, Irish pub, and Pizza Hut express. Within minutes of just about anything in Kissimee/Orlando. We highly recommend this place!

Our stay at Lake Buena Vista was subpar at best. I’m not one to leave negative reviews but I feel as if I should tell my experience to make others aware. At first sight the resort looks great but upon entering the hotel lobby it was very unappealing. The front desk were only allowed to check us in and had told us that we were not allowed to asks them for anything and that we must go through the host through which we booked. Okay fine not a big deal. We got to our room and everything was… I don’t like using the term “run down” but that’s exactly what it was. It was spacious except their were stains all over the dark brown carpet, the couch was sunk in, the dinning room table was glass and all scratched up not to mention the sheets in the bed had stains. The bathroom smelled like it had just been bathed in bleach. The community pool again was okay at best. Ordered two margaritas at the pool bar and let me just say they were absolutely disgusting. It saddens me to have to write this review but I wish I would have known what I know now

My stay was a horrible two nights waste of my money!! Positive: I loved the location… Negative: The room was plane,and it had hair in the bed and on the couch..there was someone medication in the room night stand it was horrible I want my money back it was a waste of my money… no coffee the apartment was just plane… All tv’s were so small I couldn’t see anything… I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent that place… I will never rent there again my two nights was a disappointment!! There wasn’t any washcloth I had to go buy my own!! Just a horrible place to stay…
Place was great and would go again. They don’t provide wash cloths so make sure to bring all your shower products or you will need to run to Walmart like we did across the street.

Check-in was extremely difficult because this property is not managed by the resort itself. There were a few steps that were unclear, the host did not forward our reservation details to the resort (apparently this happens frequently from this host) and the host was slow to respond so it took a long time to check in. It was very confusing, very frustrating, and I would recommend booking directly through the resort instead of through this host.

Habia carros para las maletas disponibles al llegar Negative: En la recepcion al llegar no ubicaban mi reserva, tuvieron que llamar a un encargado para resolver. En el check-out, no se me explicó que no era necesario ir a recepcion (aunque alli fue donde se me entregaron las llaves) y en recepcion no sabian nada de mir eserva y no querian coger mis llaves. Fue un poco raro. Por lo demas todo bien

Don’t stay here. Negative: The room smelled like sewage. Maintence and housekeeping came up but couldn’t find the source. Since this condo is privately owned, they couldn’t put us in a different room. The host’s was slow to respond to texts, and didn’t answer the phone. Their solution was to bring some air fresheners in the morning. Even though the smell dissipated overnight, we were disgusted with the place and left after only one night. The host refused to refund any money.
Negative: No me dieron las indicaciones para el retiro de las llaves, hasta después de pasado el horario del checkin, osea pude ingresar al dpto a las 19 horas,luego de ir y venir, estando en el mismo complejo con otra reserva, me escribieron que tenia que pasar a buscar las llaves a 20 minutos del dpto, lugar que nunca encontré y gaste 40 dolares en un uber para ir y venir, para que finalmente en la recepción me dieran las tarjetas para ingresar, luego de haber consultado 3 veces si no podían darme las llaves, a lo que me contestaron en todas las ocasiones que era un propietario privado, perdí todo el día, gaste dinero 💰 y la verdad fue muy estresante, espero me reintegren al menos el gasto del uber

Kitchen met our basic needs. Suggestion for that would be add some spices would have loved to cook a little more. Location was great! Had a conveniece store & a place nearby to get coffee. Very comfortable! Thanks so much for the great stay!
This place is located close to both Universal and Disney. It’s also right around the corner from grocery stores and restaurants. One thing we didn’t like was that we had to drive to another location to pick up key cards rather than getting them at the front desk (as we did at a prior stay with another host in the building). For whatever reason our key cards didn’t work and we had to have them activated multiple times. Eventually staff had told us that the host had to make the request as we booked through the host and not the resort. The host was responsive and was able to get the resort to reactivate keys as needed. We still enjoyed ourselves despite the inconvenience of the keys.
These resort wasn’t worth the money we paid. It definitely needs to be updated. Check-in instructions were supposed to be sent to us an hour before check in but weren’t and we had to ask for them. Once we got the keys out of the lockbox, they didn’t work, so we had to go to the front desk and get new keys. We wouldn’t use Upstay again for Airbnb, there are nicer places for the money we spent.

Fiasco Negative: It was really hot on room the front guest told me they could help me but that owner of the apartment will have to autorice it he never did he got set thermostat for 70 he doesn’t want you to put no lower that 72 I couldn’t sleep talk to him about it he said he will try do something he never did until this day security deposit has not been returned when I been out for a week it was a bad experience over all bathroom was dirty old stains of poop on wall of the bathroom old apartment wear out furniture not a 5 star hotel I give it from 1 to 10 a 3 tops
Overall the location was great and it was close by everything we wanted to do. There staff at the resort are extremely helpful wasn’t the pool air is really nice! When we checked in it was extremely warm There and following the instructions left there was little to do with regards to changing the temp of the AC at certain times of the day. The kitchen as others have reviewed had the Lear amount I’ve ever seen in an Airbnb kitchen; there wasn’t even filters for the coffe machine. Overall though it was clean and a good stay

It was good for the stay. Bedrooms and bathrooms were good size. Common areas had damaged furniture. Pool was nice. Room wasn’t cleaned properly before our stay. Stain on one of the beds.
I would definitely stay here again it was exactly as I expected the room to be very beautiful and clean lots of towels the hosts were very helpful and responsive had a issue getting the lockbox to unlock for the key and the keys didn’t work when I arrived at the hotel but both problems were solved pretty much immediately the beds were very comfortable and lots of pillows it was easy to find and the resort itself was very nice staff was friendly and accommodating
Infelizmente foi a única e pior acomodação que eu já fiquei. Na realidade não fiquei. Já para pegar as chaves eu já precisei ir em outro local. Chegando no imóvel a chave não estava funcionando. Precisei voltar na recepção e pedir para funcionar novamente. Ao adentrar o ambiente, um cheiro MUITO FORTE DE MOFO. Deixamos as malas e fomos jantar. Esperávamos que o cheiro melhorasse com as janelas abertas. Qdo voltamos o cheiro estava igual. E qdo fui ao banheiro, uma surpresa me esperava na privada. Puxei a descarga e estava entupido. Entrei em contato com a proprietária e não teve o cuidado de tentar arrumar, ou me trocar de estabelecimento devido ao Mofo. O resultado foi que não ficamos nem 2 horas no imóvel. Cancelei tudo e por surpresa negativa, queriam me cobrar multa. Mas o time do AirBnb me ajudou e recebi 100% do reembolso. Mas precisei tb ligar no meu banco e cancelar a compra por Desacordo Comercial. Não aconselho o imóvel! Orlando precisa ser MÁGICO e NÃO TRÁGICO!!!

Great stay! Exactly as described and very easy check in/out process. Far enough away from Disney to have easy access but close enough to easily and quickly commute!
Gabriel was very responsive when it came to the room. Location was great. Only negative feedback I have is the slight inconvenience of checking and the very outdated televisions. The one in the second bedroom display a heavy red pixelation to the point it was unwatchable. This did not steer me to give a negative review. I was still grateful for the stay.

Location great but condo not satisfactory Let’s start with the lockbox. It’s is attached to a tree away from the building and the keycard was missing. So we had to wait an hour for someone to bring it. The master bathroom shower was full of mold & mildew and I did not use it. The shower also dripped all night. The refrigerator leaked water and I had to put towels inside to clean. They only provided 3 towels, no washcloths, & 1 roll of tp for each bathroom. We spent 1 night there out of 3 & they refused to give me a full refund. I would not recommend.
Positive: Pool was awesome 👌. Negative: The A/C wasn't working properly with this 104 F in florida no good, They came and checked it but never got fix. The room smells like humidity. Other then that it was fine.

Nice place The condo was nice, tidy and clean. Owner was very on top of everything. We had a little problem with the coffee maker and owner had another one there ASAP. Great communication. If we come down again we would stay here again.
Great We enjoyed our stay but I felt like the lock box should be in a better location.. being attached to a tree isn't the ideal place . If opening for suggestion.maybe if there was like a mail room or something just not on a the tree

Gabriel and Ana’s communication was under 10 minutes Very quick if there are any issues but even if you have an issue there is not much that can be done since they are not around the condo to assist. Location is about 15-20 minutes from universal islands of adventure. The check in process was the the most random I have ever experienced. I was given coordinates to find a lockbox near a traffic circle where then had to enter the code to retrieve the key cards for entrance to condo. The key cards did not work the first time anytime, I used them. The condo was nice but I was only there for 8 hrs to sleep and found multiple problems with room. Including dirty towels,windows and a dripping master bedroom shower that was dripping from the moment I stepped into room. The room comes with shampoo and soap. That is all. Coffee pot and filters provided no coffee. Ever understood this with any air bnb. For an upscale place I was really disappointed. No breakfast in the morning, no perks at all. The amenities are not 24 hrs and are not stated in description before you book the room. Everything was very hush hush until I booked room including a deposit for room and 150$ if you lose key cards that don’t work properly. This experience will make me go looking on AIR BNB last for accommodations.

if you want to be close to Disney, this is the property We have stayed on property before but this is a new condo to us. We had a bit of confusion on the check in and needed extra towels, but the place it VERY NICE, the price was incredible and if you have stayed her before, you need to book it ASAP.
Location is convenient, room is large. Room and linens were dirty upon arrival but host provided new clean linens on day two of our stay. Pool was heated and comfortable for swimming in March. Pool size is decent, crowded during our week of stay. Overall I would recommend.
