Everything was good. However, I recommend updated living furniture. The couch and chairs were stained and furniture is out dated. Providing access to laundry machines would be awesome, as towels need washed after a couple uses. Especially, coming in from the beach and pool.
The location was good , and great ocean view . We had lots of room for our family. All the rooms were a nice size. Only down side was the place needs updating on couches and minor fixings in the unit.

We had a wonderful stay in Port Aransas! The property was incredibly peaceful and private, which made for a very relaxing getaway. We were impressed by the huge pool—it was definitely a highlight of the trip. The kitchen was fully stocked with every item we could possibly need, and the location is perfect since it's so close to the beach. Our host was fantastic and very attentive; they listened to our concerns and ensured everything was handled promptly. Highly recommend!
Location was excellent, easy access to the beach, and the property was accomodating, clean, and welcoming. We all fit nicely with ample space and amenities. We would definitely recommend to anyone with a family that is looking for space and comfort while visiting!

The best part was the deck--great ocean views. Would love more comfy seating there. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and we cooked several meals there. We did need to purchase salt, pepper and other essentials. The smoke alarm went off every time we used the oven, but turned off quickly when we opened the doors. The place was quiet, even during spring break. Beach access was easy and nice they have a shower there to rinse off on your way in. Beds were firm and could have been more comfy. But it was a good location for outings to the beach and town. Very easy vacation.

Fantastic place to stay!! Clean and very quaint and homey! Easy access to the beach and enough space for all of my family! The host was very responsive and friendly and communication was excellent! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a great vacation in Port Aransas!

SandFest stay The property is located close to beach access both by vehicle and walking pathway from condo. Unit is clean and has a nicely equipped kitchen. My only complaint is the late 4:00 check-in and early 10:00 check-out. If you are only staying a weekend, you are not really getting much access to the condo
The place was very clean and organized! It had plenty of room for two small families. The pool area looked amazing though we did not use it since we spent all of our time on the beach. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect place for us Came to Port Aransas for a quick family get away that fit in all our schedules and this place was perfect. Plenty of space and had everything we needed to be conformable (we cooked all our meals and only went out one night). Location was perfect too. Easy walk to the beach which made it easy for us to go back and forth.
Great place to stay but the lack of photos of the front had my guests and I surprised when we got there. Otherwise, it was well equipped and suited us nicely.
The positive things were that vicinity to the beach and town. 5min walk to the beach and unit is right hit across the pool. It was clean and quiet. Parking was plenty The con is it needs major updates on kitchen utensils, furniture and mattress. For the price of $500+ a night it could be better updated.
Great location with easy access to the beach. This unit was on the top floor so you must be mindful of how walking barefoot sounds amplified to the neighbors below.

No sleep The beds were like sleeping on plywood. Dishes were dirty! We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable. Not a good vacation
Place was just as advertised…great location, was super relaxing and spacious. Easy walk to the beach, great views, and we also enjoyed the pool and sports courts on site. Lots of fun for the family! Also good location for quick drive into town for restaurants and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Great place! Walking distance to the beach, nice big balcony, spacious rooms. There was a pool, which the kids loved! Only thing that could make this place better….we wished they had a hot tub!
The place was amazing. The bedrooms were perfect. All that would have been better was if access to the laundry room was available.
This condo has a great location but unfortunately the smell of Mold is strong and was clearly visible on door to balcony and in central air vents. If they did a proper remediation, this place would be lovely. It’s large, the location is great, there’s a pool and kids play area. For our family, the risk of Mold exposure wasn’t worth the pluses. I hope they remediate!
Great location with room for improvement I will start by saying the greatest thing this rental hard going for it with the location. It was an easy walk to the beach and across from the pool without being too close. Communication was great about the stay which we appreciated. The condo itself had a great kitchen. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The living room had the absolute smallest television I’ve ever seen in a rental. It was basically a laptop screen. The balcony was a great size with a wonderful view. It was begging for a larger table, but overall OK. The kids bedroom with the two bunkbeds had great beds. There was no TV in the kids room, which I thought was a little odd. But other than that it was a wonderful room. The shared bathroom was OK. There was a towel rack that fell off during the shower, which was a bit alarming, but it was overall clean. The secondary room was good, but there are no closets in any of these rooms. There were some creative alternatives that were helpful. But the bed was absolutely uncomfortable for three days. The headboard did not seem to be attached at all so anytime, you sat down on the bed, you feel like the bed was going to fall apart. The master bedroom looked like what appear to have mold, or something black along the whole perimeter on the bottom of the shower. It was quite disturbing. We were unaware that we were renting a second floor unit. Which ended up being just fine but clearer description would’ve been helpful. Overall just ok.
Great view and location Great place and the location was super. Right by the pool and the beach access trail. Beds and room sizes were just right. Water pressure was low but an adjustable shower head might help that. Really could have used a washer and dryer because the community one was not great and ran about $3 load. All in all, great beach place and we would certainly stay again.
Great beach access We had a great time & enjoyed our stay. You might want to bring your own pot holders if you plan on using the oven (we just made do with a towel). My guys are avid baseball followers & were disappointed they couldn’t use the TV in the living room to watch a game in the evening. I called the rental company, but don’t think the maintenance worker ever made it over. It didn’t detract from the trip, just a bit of a bummer.
Best Location EVER! I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about this home. It is more beautiful than the pictures show. The layout of the rooms was perfect for my teenage children. Everything was clean and it was easy to find anything we needed. The view from the HUGE balcony is worth us coming back over and over for! Plus the bonus of having a pool just outside the building was amazing! My kids loved going to the pool after a fun day at the beach (which is literally just a couple minute walk... but wear shoes on the walk, those stickers are no joke). Bring your own beach towels and salt/pepper/spices.... they did have coffee filters and a wine opener though, which is the important stuff ;) Overall we LOVED our stay here and we are already looking forward to booking again!!
Not what it appears to be! We received a call the day of check in and was told the AC was not working properly and the dishwasher was broke, and both would be repaired tomorrow. Didn't happen. AC took 3 days. Dishwasher never got fixed and full of nasty water that put out a foul smell. It was a bummer because nobody liked spending vacation time hand washing dishes. We spent over 300$ on groceries so we didn't have to eat out all the time. No AC and cooking dinner didn't work well as it was hotter in the condo in the evening, so we had to eat out. The beds are not comfortable the queen is an old spring mattress that squeaks and bounces when you move. The king wasn't much better. As for the bunks, well they are futon mattresses. The coffee pot was so filthy in the reservoir that it could be cleaned so we had to go buy a new one. No we didn't leave it so bring your own if you need coffee. We were not offered any type of compensation and most of my emails from the management were unanswered. Will not return to that condo. On a good note the balcony was awesome.
Relaxing We all totally enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. Nice walk to the beach. Neighbors were not noisy at all. Plan on staying there again.
Port A Stay Property had beautiful views of the water. Property was updated. It was centrally located. Highly recommend it!
Almost perfect Loved the unit! It was well appointed and very clean except there was a used bar of soap in the master shower & the shelf that it was on clearly had not been cleaned either. There is a large balcony facing the ocean which was really nice. The stairs to the unit are pretty steep for carrying luggage, ice chest, etc.

Great Value We enjoyed our short stay here. The location is great...just a quick 3 min. walk to the beach and close to lots of other things on the island (restaurants, supermarket, shopping, etc.).
Perfect location My sister wanted a pool, my husband wanted a clear view of the dunes/gulf water and I wanted a short walk to the beach. This spot had it all. We enjoyed the morning walks and watching the moon rise on the balcony in the evening. We even grilled some shrimp on the outdoor grills by the picnic benches. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience.
Port A Location and large deck were great. I would say the condo was very dated and linens (espicially) washcloths and towels were threadbare. We ended up purchasing some dishcloths and leaving for future guests as there were none. Knowing these things, we would come prepared with our own supplies if rented again.
Will not come back to this unit. Property is ok, not coming back. We can get a unit with washer and drier for same money. We were not told or website does not show unit is on second floor, prefer first floor.

Great location but ,could use some cleaning. Great location, walking distance to the beach and the pool but, the bed spreads were not clean and smell funky. The property could use some basic amenities like coffee, sugar, salt , etc for guess.

Great View It had a fantastic view of the gulf. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well supplied. The bedding and towels were fairly worn and tired looking. They used patio furniture in the living room. The pads were pretty flat and not real comfortable. It smelled really musty when we first arrived but aired out as we came and went throughout our stay. It was better after the first day. The windows were very salty and obstructed. I don’t know if there was a recent storm or if it was just time for the HOA to clean the windows. Overall the unit was adequate and the view was exceptional.

NOT Clean!!!! This condo was not clean for any standard but especially during COVID. The counters were greasy, the shelves and side tables were dusty. There were finger prints on the inside of the windows. The pillows on the couch smelled. There was a sign warning us that the kitchen pantry and it’s contents had been sprayed with insecticide and we need to clean whatever we wanted to use. The management company made excuses after taking 2 days to call us back. Terrible doesn’t begin to cover it.
Covid Getaway My husband and I stayed here with my 76 & 81 yearold parents and our 6 yearold daughter. The condo was so much more spacious than we we imagined. View of the ocean and dunes was beautiful. Fridge froze our food & ice maker didn't work. Master bed was extremely hard. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay! Check in and checkout was a piece of cake! We will be back for sure!
Nice place Very nice place to stay. We loved it. We had a blast. Walk to beach is easy if you aren’t carrying beach stuff. Short drive around to get on beach. The refrigerator doesn’t work well. Called to have checked & they never came. Freezer doesn’t work. Must use cooler for ice & make trips to store for more. Fridge kept food just cool enough. Couldn’t keep drinks in fridge bc you don’t want to open unless necessary. Other than that it was awesome.
Great condo! Older unit, but beautiful and updated on the inside. Not a bad walk to the beach. Golf carts aren’t required for easy beach access. We ended up canceling the one we had reserved and just walked down the sidewalk path. Carts aren’t allowed on it. Wish there was a washer & dryer in the unit. The refrigerator/freezer didn’t work great. It kept things “cool” but not cold even when we turned it to the coldest setting. It wouldn’t keep ice frozen. The freezer section worked more like an ice chest. We had to use towels to mop up the melted ice out of it. The property paperwork said it takes 24 hours for it to cool off so they must have had this complaint before. We were there 4 days and it never got any better. On the plus side it was very spacious and had beautiful views of the beach from the balcony! It was also located right across from the pool entrance which was nice!
Christmas at Port A We stayed here over Christmas 2019. It is an older unit that has been updated. Plenty of room for our group of 6. About quarter mile from the ocean you do have to climb one dune, but my parents (age 70) made the trip several times. Great views of the ocean from the deck with amazing sunrises.
Great View/very peaceful The unit had beautiful finishes and fixtures and the view was great from the living room, master bedroom, kitchen and balcony. The balcony was large so that our family could all sit there comfortably. The location was convenient to everything in town and the beach was a short walk down the private sidewalk. The pool was large and very nice. We stayed with our 2 adult children and their spouse/fiance and our 5 year old grandson. Everyone had thier own space and it was very comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great place for families This condo was great. Everything we needed for two small families with children 3,4, and 6. We could walk out and go to the pool, which we could see from the kitchen, or the beach, which we could see from the patio. The kids loved having access to both. The condo was clean and spacious. No complaints.

Roomy & Comfortable Three adults and grandkids ages 6, 4, 2, and 6 mos. slept comfortably and appreciated the upgraded details of this condo. No need to rent a golf cart if you can walk 10 minutes with a beach wagon to haul your gear on the trail and can handle a few steep, sandy steps over the dunes. We hung out on the balcony a lot just watching the ocean view. Loved it all!

Great ocean view and adorable property! We had a lovely 3 night stay... just right for our family. No frills, but well-appointed with a lovely unobstructed ocean view for a great price. Great pool, short walk to the beach, clean with comfy beds. This seems like a well-loved family vacation home and we'd love to visit again soon :)

Spacious seaside condo This spacious and comfortable 3 bdrm condo suited our family vacation well. With 6 adults and two small kids, we had plenty of room. The balcony was large enough for all of us to watch ships out in the gulf. The pool was good size and never crowded. The walk to the beach was a bit long, but we had so much gear to haul to the beach, we drove the short distance every time. This place is worth a return trip.
