Broadway Breakaway I Rooftop Hot Tub — Guest Reviews

Our stay for my bachelorette was so memorable and the stay was great. Especially loved the rooftop for pictures.

The dishwasher has water that smells very bad. It has been sitting there for a while from the smell. We did not attempt to use the dishwasher.

We had had a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay! It is a beautiful home. But as stated in the description, be prepared for stairs.

This place was amazing and Luke was very responsive and helpful. The place was very clean and modern with the hot tub which was in fact hot. I really enjoyed this stay for me and my friends and would definitely choose this place over again.

We had a great stay and had ample room for everyone for my bachelorette party! Everywhere we wanted to go was within a short ride, which was a much appreciated aspect of our visit!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Stay! We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was well-maintained, and we felt right at home throughout our visit. Our host was outstanding—very attentive, communicative, and incredibly quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed assistance. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. The only issue we encountered was that the hot tub wasn’t heating properly and remained colder than expected. However, our host responded immediately and made every effort to get it fixed before we left, which we greatly appreciated. While the issue wasn’t fully resolved during our stay, his responsiveness and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and we would happily stay here again in the future. Thank you for being such a great host!

Really beautiful home, lots of space and very clean.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The place was just as described and was really clean. Definitely recommend staying here.

We loved this house! This was for a girls trip and we all had plenty of space. The hot tub was not working, but we received compensation for that, which was much appreciated. The house is gorgeous, very clean. The beds were comfortable. The only thing we had a small issue with was it seemed the main floor where the kitchen is stayed hotter than the other floors and the thermostat didn't seem to cool it down during the day in hot temps. Other than that the stay was great. It felt like the surrounding area was a bit different, but the condos themselves are very nice and tucked away and we all felt safe. Would definitely return!

My friends and I traveled to Nashville for a bachelorette weekend and stayed at Luke’s place. The home was clean, gorgeous, and very spacious—perfect for a larger group. We truly enjoyed our stay. Even before the trip, Luke and his team were extremely communicative. We had asked about the possibility of early check-in, and he kept us updated the entire time, just as promised. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t working due to maintenance, but Luke was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early because of it, which we really appreciated. During our stay, Luke checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Everything went perfectly and we honestly had no complaints. We also asked for a late checkout, and that was accommodated very quickly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Nashville with a large group.

Great place

The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Decor was nice and as pictured. There is a two car attached garage which was a positive. The location was fine and felt safe, but required Ubers to get around. It was selected based on the hot tub, which unfortunately was not operable during our stay. Hosts provided communication regarding this however it required intervention from air bnb support to resolve.

We had a wonderful weekend! Place was clean and spacious.

Beautiful accommodations! Loved the hot tub on the roof! Close to everything. Highly recommend!
