It was the perfect spot for what my friends and I needed! Everything was perfectly clean and our host was amazing about providing everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again!!

Very spacious for 2 people and clean!

I had a great stay at this cozy bachelor apartment in Corso Italia, Toronto. While it doesn’t have a full kitchen, it does include a fridge, which was perfect for keeping snacks and drinks cold. The space was very clean, and access was super easy and straightforward. One of the highlights of the location is being just a short walk from an excellent Italian bakery—don’t miss their veal sandwiches, they’re absolutely delicious. The apartment isn’t within walking distance of downtown, but the streetcar is only a few blocks away and makes getting around the city convenient. The host was friendly, flexible, and very responsive throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, it's a great value for the price. I’d definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Toronto!

I stayed with my teenager daughters at Carolynna for a trip to Toronto for a few days. It was a spaciousans clean apartment that had what we needed and was comfortable and felt safe. Was also happy it had a parking spot.

The host was so friendly to us that she let us in little bit before the check-in time as we had an important meeting. She checked every day almost if everything is fine with airbnb, and left a clear instructions for checking out. As for cleanless, we are amazed how big and clean are the rooms.

Super convenient and close to everything! We had a great time staying here.

I had an amazing time staying here! The place was very clean and the space is quite beautiful. The neighbourhood itself was very peaceful but it was easy to get to shopping streets and transit. Would stay again!

Bien si vous n’avez à garer votre véhicule Positive: La localisation dans quartier résidentiel calme Negative: Il est mentionné une place de parking, il nous a été impossible de nous y garer à cause de la non privatisation de cette espace. La proposition de notre hôte de nous garer dans un parking public ne nous a pas convenu.

Logement à éviter Positive: Grand “appartement” Negative: Grand mais pas nécessaire. Espace cuisine pas vraiment utile, il n’y a qu’une chaise pour s’assoir Seul accès d’eau robinet de la salle de bain et on ne peut y mettre une bouteille Lit catastrophique, 4 morceaux de bois font office de sommier, quand nous sommes arrivés la moitié du lit s’affaissait. Le lit grince au moindre mouvement. La litterie est de mauvaise qualité. Isolation globale du logement inexistante nous entendions les voisins marcher, et le lit des voisins grincer. Bonne communication au début puis quand on demande pourquoi il y a une caution supplémentaire demandée et non précisée dans l’annonce plus aucune réponse. A fuir absolument

un jolie appartement propre. il faut compter 1h de transport en commun pour rejoindre le centre de Toronto. comme prévu la troisième personne du groupe a dormi sur un matelas gonflable. nous avons du faire le lit nous même. il n'y a pas de cuisine. bon séjour pour un passage a toronto

Me encantaron los muebles del lugar eran clásicos eso hoy en dia no se ve. además tenía toques modernos, el café, mini bar y el estudio me encantó. una excelente anfitrión 1000% recomendado

This stay was not what I was expecting. I found mold in the water filter and stains in the mugs. The bwindows face the street and other housing so there is no privacy if you want natural light. They responded fast but only came with half of the bedding the day I shortened my stay. The red water filter was never changed or cleaned during my stay although I mentioned it on day one.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön, aber leider haben wir sehr schlecht geschlafen. Positive: Die Lage war gut, inmitten eines ruhigen Wohnviertels. Negative: Die Lage war sehr ruhig, aber leider war unser Nachbar über unserem Schlafzimmer bis Mitternacht und dann ab 4:00 Uhr morgens wach gewesen. Da es Holzböden sind haben wir jeden Schritt gehört und an Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Zudem hat unser Bett bei jeder Bewegung geknarzt.

Positive: Nettes Appartement, auch mit guter Ausstattung. Negative: Leider hat das Einchecken überhaupt nicht geklappt. Niemand ist vor Ort. Der Checkin läuft über eine App. Die Unterkunft sendet den Link aber nur an eine kanadische Mobilnummer, nicht an eine europäische oder via WhatsApp oder Mail. Bei der booking Nachricht ist der Link gesperrt. Da ich erst spät ankam, war niemand erreichbar und ich musste eine andere Unterkunft für diese Nacht organisieren. Auch hat das Internet am ersten Tag nicht funktioniert. Daher kann ich die Unterkunft nur mit höchstens passabel bewerten. Hätte der check in funktioniert gäbe es ein sehr gut

Great !!! Positive: Very spacious, bigger than expected. A cozy living connected to all the rooms in the apartment - bathroom, kitchenette, and big and old victorian styled bedroom. The small hallways in between the rooms make it even more spacious and breathable. Closet/storage space inside the walls in every room. It is an old place but it has been renovated maintaining the old cool vibe. However the floors creak and the first night we thought someone entered the apartment and almost had a heart attack until we realized it was just the neighbors in the apartment upstairs 😂 but in the silence of the night it was very loud. Beautifully placed pictures on the walls. View to the street, nice calm neighborhood. The apartment is close to the bus 161 stop (2 min walk) which helps you get to a subway station if you wanna go downtown so it s a good thing. The staff very polite and helpful, many thanks and appreciation to them ! Will definitely come back when I’ll be in Toronto next time.

Große Wohnung in einem alten Haus, sehr sauber, groß, gutes Bett mit verschiedenen Kissen....minus Punkt die Küche, keine Spüle, kein Geschirr, kein Besteck nicht Mal ein Kaffeelöffel nur eine Microwelle und ein Külschrank.

Positive: Geräumig und sehr sauber. Ruhige Umgebung, gute Schlafqualität. Schnelle Reaktion des Vermieters.

Unremarkable, but pleasant accommodation in a property showing its age. Positive: Spacious clean and comfortable accommodation in modest property. Negative: Communication was poor, especially upon arrival.

Positive: The appartment was nice, located in a calm residential area and had almost everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The place would benefit from a larger mirror and a dining area for more than one person. Public transport is aprx 10 min away, which was a pleasant walk for us. Negative: Very hostile check-in and check-out service. Aprx one month before arrival date, we started receiving multiple threatening messages that the reservation would be cancelled unless we completed check-in by providing all personal data and bank card details on another platform (enso). On the day of arrival we received messages informing us that we could not use kitchen, should stay in our room only and share a bathroom and WC with other people while we booked a whole appartment. We were also warned that our car would be towed if not parked exactly on the indicated spot, which was occupied at the time we arrived (parking on the surrounding streets fined - we saw several cars with tickets). Information on access to property and door code were provided 20 minutes before 16h without any prior indication about such timing and code did not work. We were lucky to meet the guy that was cleaning the place. He was super helpful, reassured us that we could use the appartment we booked in its entirety without sharing facilities and explained how the code worked (there is a button you need to press after the code). Then everything was great until we started receiving the same style hostile messages about check out rules...

The place is clean spacious and quiet, convenient location with free private parking. The back room has nice windows with a lots of natural light and comfy chairs to relax but unfortunately the Wi-Fi connection is so weak, we couldn't use the room at all. Over all We had a lovely stay at Carol's place.

Excellent. Thank you so much. Positive: I liked that it was 'homey' and not a hotel. Negative: I would have liked a fan. It was exceptionally warm weather and 92% humidity.

Positive: Przestronne i czyste mieszkanie, dobry kontakt z właścicielem, dość dobry dojazd do centrum miasta. Negative: Przy dłuższym pobycie przydałyby się talerze i sztućce. Po przybyciu troszkę dłużej zeszło nam z check-inem, ponieważ musieliśmy się rejestrować przez osobną stronę, był też wymagany depozyt, ale dość szybko został zwrócony.

Die Wohnung war mega toll. Wahnsinnig viel Platz, ruhige Lage und mit der Straßenbahn und U-Bahn ist Downtown Toronto sehr gut erreichbar. Diese Wohnung würde auch 6 Sterne verdienen.

Clean, spacious apartment! We enjoyed our stay. The neighbourhood was lovely, we enjoyed an evening walk. Carol responded quickly and the instructions were totally clear.

Great location amazing house

Positive: Big, comfortable, quiet. The only problem I had was lack of any additional utwnsils such as knife, spoon, little plate. Not even a broom, anything to clean the place. Biggest problem was lack of blanket.

Host was very responsive, the place was clean and comfortable.
