Convenient to beach, town and other family members Would rent again.

The house is right on the main thoroughfare and very near the train tracks. Between the traffic and the train, it can be noisy. The landscaping in the yard needs maintenance. The refrigerator door didn’t close all the way. The worst thing was the warmth and stuffiness of the second floor due to a lack of ventilation. The only vents are in the bathroom and the only windows that open are also in the bathroom (the rest are painted shut). There are fans hidden in a closet in one of the first floor bedrooms, that we didn’t find until the day we left. I would not recommend this place.

It was a great stay! The house was nice and the host was very responsive. We had some issues with the AC but they sent someone out right away to fix it and responded promptly. Overall it was great! The location could be closer to downtown but it was only about a 10-15 minute drive so not bad. The kitchen and patio were nice. It also has a nice grill that we used!

Overall a nice house with some drawbacks The house itself (except the patio) is fairly nice and was well stocked with provisions. The management was communicative so check in and check out were easy, and they were responsive when we had some issues with the TV. One thing to be aware of is the upstairs bathroom is only accessible through one of the bedrooms, and only has a bathtub with no shower. The house had some significant drawbacks, the main one is the A/C system is inadequate for the size of the house and the downstairs rarely got more than 3-4 degrees below outside temperature ... it was hot outside during the day (85) so the downstairs was hot during the day and the upstairs was unbearable day and night even with fans. If the weather had been cooler we would have enjoyed opening the windows but most of the windows don't open at all. Also, the patio looks nice in the photos but had not been cleaned recently and the patio furniture was covered in dust and cobwebs. The hammock outside also hadn't been cleaned in a while so we didn't use that either. The house next door was derelict and abandoned, the other side was an art gallery. Overall not a bad house if it's not too warm outside and you don't need open windows.

Misleading pictures The house looks nothing like the pictures. It was very old, smelled, and needed deep cleaning. The bathrooms and bedrooms were cleaned. But sunroom, windows, all corner- were super bad. It was nothing luxury about it. It was not worth the money we paid. We were very , very disappointed since the very first minute we reach the door. The service was great. The response time to any issues we had was great. But we shouldn't have had those issues to star with: not working AC(when we arrived plus the last night, and no toilet paper. If we pay 1/3 of what we paid- we would expectly what we got. For what we paid- plus being advertised as luxury listing supported with beautiful pictures taken with some kind of filter- we were expecting much, much more. Not recommend it at all.
