Our time at this home was memorable and wonderful! Our family thoroughly enjoyed the pool, kitchen, and other amenities provided on the property. We had great access to the main road without being on a busy street, inside was nice and quiet, with lovely and spaced-out yard areas. Each outdoor section was private, shaded, and had good ventilation. The hosts were so proactive and helpful, and addressed any questions right away. We felt so comfortable and at home, and so did our two active toddlers! Lots of places to play and run around together safely. High recommend to stay here, clean space, lots to do, and a great deal!

We had an overall good stay and would book this property again. The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with fresh towels. We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub, Ninja Slushi machine, and bar area. A few issues came up during our stay. We found what appeared to be mold or mildew on a pillowcase, the rainfall shower head in the master bathroom was not working properly, one blanket appeared dirty, maintenance staff arrived unexpectedly, and the smoke alarm went off without an obvious cause. The hot tub was also not operating when we arrived. The issue turned out to be a breaker that had been switched off, rather than the control box referenced in the instructions. The hosts were very responsive and made genuine efforts to address each concern. The problems seemed more like maintenance oversights than a reflection of the hosts themselves. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, spacious, and perfect for our family. The location was great and made it easy for us to enjoy everything we had planned during our trip. Kyle and Nicole were kind, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a family vacation and enjoyed our stay at Kyle and Nicole’s home. Location is so convenient to shopping, restaurants, and beaches, and ice cream shops . The home was spotless and looks just like it did in the photos. Kids loved the pool and the game room. We would definitely rent the home again.

Nice place as listed and very nice host and easy to work with

This home was beautiful! We loved the furnishings, the open layout, and how comfortable it was for our family. The kids especially enjoyed all of the games, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and even included basic spices and cooking oils, which was a thoughtful touch. We did have a few minor issues come up during our stay, but the hosts were incredibly responsive and quick to communicate, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Kyle & Nicole 's place was a great location for our family vacation. Easy to get to multiple beaches and yet return home to a pool and game room for our kids! The house is beautifully decorated and spacious for gatherings. We would recommend it to other families trying to escape to paradise! 🌊🌴🌞

great hosts, great location, great place. I'd love to come back

Perfect place to stay and lots to do at the house. Can totally stay there and skip the beach and still have a great trip!

Some of the things we (my husband and I, and our son and his family) appreciated about Kyle and Nicole's place: * So clean - one of the first things we noticed when we arrived! * Super comfortable beds - slept better than I do at home! * Two living/sitting rooms in the house plus a large patio with comfortable seating and TV next to the pool - plenty of areas to either hang out with family or to relax on your own. * The slushie/frappe machine - it got a lot of use! Kyle and Nicole were always quick to respond to any questions. Then, when we needed to leave earlier than expected because of an unforeseen situation, they were very understanding and helpful to us.

I was very pleased with this house. It felt like I was right at home. It was located in a quiet neighborhood very friendly neighbors close by stores restaurants walking distance, but what stood out at the house for me. It was handicap ass accessibility so it made my sister that is paralyzed wast down she was able to still communicate and go throughout the house with the rest of the Family on her Rollator the hose was very fast at communicating. I like the suggestions that they made before I arrive. I love their instructions that they go to check out. The game room was a hit for the Children. Children friendly.

This Airbnb was wonderful all around! The home was beautiful, clean and well-stocked. The home had tons of entertainment for our family. The hosts were so incredibly responsive and helpful. We accidentally forgot a piece of our luggage at the house. They went out of their way to help us get it back without any hassle. We were so appreciative! We loved this home and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was extremely clean and updated. All the amenities were awesome very well thought out. We couldn’t have been happier and it was clear to see that great pains had been taken by the hosts to think through a guests needs. The hosts were also fantastic in communicating and were quick to respond to our questions. We would absolutely stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay for our soccer trip. The house is conveniently located to IMG. The amenities offered were perfect for the boys to stay busy playing pool, having putting contest on the putting green and practicing their basketball shot on the pop-a-shot while waiting for their soccer games. The pool is the perfect size for teenager kids to have too to swim. Our overall experience was amazing. Definitely will book again when my son has a soccer tournament in the area.
