Beautiful property and location. Great for a large group of people

Wow! What a beautiful old home, located in an incredible setting, old trees, beautiful flowers, lots of wildlife, just a gorgeous situation. The Yoga Studio is also a real fine, it’s very large, very quiet, very well equipped, altogether an incredible place for a large group to just chill out and get back to nature.

We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful home! It was such a special week with our family and we found the house to be unique and charming inside and out. The house is decorated beautifully and we all slept so well and enjoyed the big yard, the pool, and the outdoor spaces for fires and meals. David was a very responsive and helpful host and made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. We would love to stay here again in the future!

We booked a weekend with our family friends for a trip upstate with our young kids. The house itself is an older home as listed but the space especially the living areas were spacious so there were lots of places for the kids to play and run around. The rooms varied in terms of size and cleanliness (e.g. some room carpets had stains versus others that didn't) but it was good amount of space for a big group like ours. The third floor rooms have window AC units versus the rest of the home. Another thing to note is that there is a nest camera/motion sensor in the living area that controls the temp - I do wish this was stated in the guide since it caught me by surprise since some of us didn't know if it was just a camera. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the pool. David the host was very proactive in communication and easy to reach when we ran into issues through our stay.

We had a wonderful stay for a long weekend with 12 adults, dogs, babies and toddlers. Was very well appointed with absolutely anything you need we found to ourselves often saying “I wonder if they have…” and the answer was always “yes”
