I had a great stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was easy to find, which made check-in stress-free. Ryan was an amazing host—he responded almost instantly whenever I had a question. The price was one of the best I’ve found for Toronto, offering excellent value for money. I’m from Montreal, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Toronto. Highly recommended!
The place is nice and newly renovated but please keep in mind that the showers are very very tiny. So if you’re not a petite person it will not be fun taking your shower. The area during the day was fine but in the evening you will see a few drunks and maybe even a handful of street walkers but nothing that made us feel unsafe. Other than those two things we had a great stay. The host Ryan was super responsive and accommodating.
Fantastic experience, most definitely exceeded my expectations. Very clean, very spacious, with a luxurious feel to it. Communication with Ryan was great, he was always able to get back to me when ever I had questions. 10/10 definitely recommend and would come back!
Great host very accommodating kind and always responsive, the home was clean and spacious the television in each rooms gives it a a luxurious atmosphere you can sit relax and enjoying your time when alone or with friends , lots of local restaurants near by , will definitely be booking again the house was amazing and so was the host 5/5

This is a great Airbnb/hotel, we had a fantastic stay! The place is really nice, well appointed and extremely clean. The host was friendly and responsive, and we appreciated the availability of a cot and high chair for our one year old. It was quiet and the beds are very comfortable. The neighbourhood is also a real gem, Gerrard street itself with a vibrant and eclectic mix of restaurants beyond just little Chinatown, and with Riverside/Leslieville so close by too. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat (and genuinely hope to do so for our next trip)! Thanks for a wonderful stay.
ryan was a gracious host, very responsive and extremely helpful. he is diligent and committed to exceeding expectations as a host. the unit was beautifully renovated, and designed. my only qualms was with the shower size. the location is perfect, steps to riverdale park and the vibrant neighborhood of leslieville. the back patio deck is beautiful, perfect for summer stays.
Very clean place nice environment
The Gerrard was absolutely beautiful. It was quiet. Had a sweet private deck and spacious living area. The bathrooms were gorgeous. I highly recommend this AirBnB. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating and left great snacks!
