Lovely property and Kelly could not have been more responsive and helpful when a couple of glitches occurred. I hope to return sometime!

We had a very hard time checking in (had to jump over the fence to get to the appart door where the fob was to then, open the car gate...)The place was clean but so much missing stuff to cook or clean, no sun shader eitherThe TV was always crashing (overall a good thing, it forced us to get of the couch;))The host was kind and responsive but no help at allThe view is spectacularI mentionned all irritants to the host, I suppose they will take care of it

The location is amazing! Kelly and her crew are very responsive. The home can use some Kitchen items, and a new sofa. I find it unusable for adults, as others have stated. Great Location, we've stayed on property before & knew what to expect. Enjoyed our time. Thank you for your hospitality

This is a beautiful condo just across the bridge from Anna Maria Island. It was easy to get to the beach,traffic on the bridge can be busy but not too bad. The condo was clean and the host was wonderful. She helped me in a pinch as my other Airbnb canceled as I was boarding my flight. Thanks for a lovely stay. Would recommend your place.

5⭐️ stay from start to finish! ☀️🌴 This condo had everything we needed for the perfect Florida getaway. Super clean, beautifully decorated, and the location couldn’t be better—close to the beach, restaurants, and fun for the whole family. The pool was a huge hit, and we loved having space to relax after long days in the sun. The host was fantastic—great communication, helpful, and made everything so easy. We made so many memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend! 🐬

We were unable to enter the gated condo complex because no one met us at the gate with fob. We had to sneak in on foot behind a car which had a gate fob. After retrieving our fob from the unit, we were able to get our cars in. Note that the unit had two parking spaces, but only one fob. We had two rental cars because of age and interests differences in our group. Evidently, short term rentals (under one month) are only allowed one fob, even for two parking spaces. Needless to say, that caused us logistical problems during the stay, especially since the same fob was required for entry to the swimming pool area. Note that we complained both to the renter and Airbnb about these issues. Eventually, the owner/manager agreed to return about 15% of the rental. The unit itself was very nice and overlooked the intracoastal waterway. We did find the living room furniture to be comfortable, but difficult to rise from (two of us in our eighties).

Amazing location and beautifully appointed rental with amazing views. Quiet and peaceful.

May try to stay there next year.

The place was absolutely beautiful and clean! It comes with everything you could possible think of and all of! We’ve stayed in a lot of places in Florida but this one by far is our favorite!

Kelly's place was wonderful. Great views of the water from the family plus a splendid screened porch for relaxing outside. I took advantage of the subdivision's natural gas fueled grills by the pool. It was great to grill and relax in the adirondack chairs. \n\nThe main bedroom suite has great views of the water. Everybody was extremely comfortable. Commuting to the nearby Publix grocery store and beaches on Anna Marie Island was very straightforward and just a short distance away.\n\nIn summary, I give Kelly 5 stars on her wonderful home. Thank you, Kelly.

Everything was good and it didn’t Matter to us but the swimming pool was out of commission

Had a fantastic time and the place is larger and nicer than the photos represent. Had several things that required communication and Kelly responded and helped every time rapidly. Definitely will book again

This is a well appointed home with several amenities, such as a coffee pot in the kitchen, plenty of pots and pans for cooking. Also, it was very clean and well stocked. The view of the Bayside was beautiful and the sunsets were lovely. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was an uncomfortable sofa in the living room and not enough seating for six people. There are no TVs in the bedrooms. Only one key fob to the main gate worked, which made it difficult with two vehicles, other than that the property is very nice and I would recommend it to my friends and family. They were also two covered parking spaces that made it convenient for loading and unloading, as well as keeping your car cooler in the summer . The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of clean linens available for our use along with beach towels. The pool area is perfect for lounging and swimming. I would not hesitate to book this home for your vacation stay as I am sure you will enjoy it!

The area for us was perfect. The view was perfect. It was very quiet. The down side for us was the couch was hard to get in and out of. My husband has Parkinson’s so that was an issues for us. Other than that the place was great

Expected a little more Property was nice but checkin was a little confusing as the property was hard to find at night. Instructions could have been more clear. The home was nice but furniture very uncomfortable in the living area. Sofa should be replaced. There were only 4 in our group but had there been more, there would not have been seating to accommodate anyone else. No tvs in any bedrooms, not even the master suite. Kitchen needed basics such as a toaster and a simple baking pan. We did love the screened porch and the water view. It was nice to watch the sunsets in the evenings and hear all the sounds of nature. On day of checkout we left at 5 am. After leaving we realized we left a personal item and wanted to go back for it. Since we had no key fob, we had to buzz security at the gate. We were told we could not go back inside because the property already had new guests that were in the unit…. Obviously this was wrong as we literally JUST left, however she was adamant and wouldn’t allow us back through the gate. It was only a small item of little value so we left instead of continuing to argue with her. This was very frustrating and left a bad parting impression. Overall I would rate the property a 7 out of 10 based on the price we paid and the inconveniences we experienced.

Wonderful place. Close to everything yet secluded enough to get away from the crowds. Beautiful sunsets.

We had a wonderful stay! The property included everything we needed. We saw amazing sunsets off the balcony and found our stay to be comfortable and restful- just what we needed- highly recommend!
