100% worth the money. PHOTO ACCURATE. Excelent comfortable stay great for a girls weekend or for families everything was so clean Excelent amenities and very responsive and helpful host.

Everything was great! The house is lovely, clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Kelly was an amazing host with excellent communication and was always helpful and responsive. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. Thank you, Kelly!

This has been by far my favorite Airbnb stay to date. The home was beautiful, clean, had everything we needed to cook full meals, have fun, & was so close to the beach, & great food. Kelly was a great responsive host who was flexible. I will say selfishly the bed I slept on was too firm for my personal liking but there were definitely softer beds in other rooms of the house so there is definitely an array of mattresses whether you prefer firm or softer beds. Everything was very clean & the master bathroom actually has 2 showers in it! We played billiards all night and the arcade games work and are so fun. Absolutely recommend for family vacations!!

We had a wonderful stay! The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and in a great location near Anna Maria Island. Everything was just as described, and we really enjoyed our time there. Would definitely stay again!!!

Kelly was a true pleasure to work with and was an excellent host. The property was beautiful and was nicer than we even imagined. The location is perfect. A short, easy drive to AMI and surrounded by shops and restaurants. We really didn’t want to leave! Thank you to Kelly and her crew for helping everyone in our family have an amazing vacation. We WILL be back!

Our family had a great time, the house looked exactly as the pictures. Very peaceful and we will definitely consider staying there again when we are back in the Bradenton area. Kelly was very attentive and prompt to answer any questions.

Amazing place, we loved it

Overall the stay was fine. It was a safe and quiet. The property was sufficient for our family but lacked some of the comfort you would come to expect from a vacation property, especially in the family/living/common area. The amenities were all as advertised and helped with keeping everyone entertained. The putting green and pool were great! Also enjoyed the pool table and other games. A few negatives were that while the property isn't too far away from local beaches, it still requires a timely drive, and this was more of an inconvenience for our family than we anticipated. Also, was disappointed to find the hot tub water to be in poor condition when we arrived. Kelly did have a contractor onsite and the water was improved, but was still a disappointment and finally, the master bedroom TV did not work properly and was not addressed during the stay. Kelly was easy to communicate with, but this property wasn't the best fit for our family.

Beautiful house with a lot of amenities

Our family had an amazing stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived which was just what we were looking forward to after a long drive from PA! The space was family-friendly, with plenty of room to relax, play, and spend quality time together. The amenities were outstanding and made our vacation easy and more enjoyable. Everything we needed was provided, and the home was well-stocked. The host was kind, responsive, and made the entire experience stress-free. We are so grateful for our time here and would highly recommend this property to other families looking for a comfortable, fun, and memorable getaway. We would happily stay again!

The first few days was bad since the pool/spa heater was not working properly. I asked for a refund since they charge $100/day. They sent a tech out to fix. Then the pool was 102 degrees! My wife and grandkids developed bites consistent with bed bugs, but this was not medically confirmed. Our flight home got delayed, and they did allow us to stay 5 hours after check out since the unit was available for a few days after. Kelly has little to say about anything since there is a “team “ she has to check with. There has been no offer to credit our stay, even partially. The pool is nice, but not covered so we spent every morning scooping out leaves and debris. The game room was fun for our grandkids and also the putting green was cool. The home was nice except for the possible infestation of bed bugs. We provided pictures of the bites on the skin of my wife and our grandkids, but no attempt for restitution. I DO NOT recommend staying at this property for your family vacation.

We loved staying here! The house was so cute and worked perfect for iur party of nine. We had so much fun playing games and swimming in the pool. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do!

Best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. We could tell all of the furniture, appliances, amenities were all brand new. Everything was spotless and clean. Lots of activities for the kids. We did have an issue with the pool, when we arrived it was filled with leaves. The host was responsive and had the pool company come clean it and turn the heat on for us. The hot tub was also cloudy, but that was cleaned too. A fuse also blew and we lost power to part of the house, but again the host was very responsive and had an electrician come fix the problem. Overall, this house was perfect for my family, the host was extremely responsive, and the amenities were amazing. I would love to go back.

Kelly was really responsive as a host and the house itself was great. Everything worked as it should and had all the amenities needed.

Beautiful home that is decorated very cute! Everything was clean and the home was as pictured/described. The neighborhood was safe and easy to commute to nearby beaches. Our only issue was the hot tub was not treated properly. The chemicals were so harsh they discolored my daughter’s hair and our bathing suits. The family all broke out in a rash after entering the hot tub and the chemicals were so strong that despite two full wash cycles our bathing suits still smelled very strongly of the chemicals. If staying in the home be cautious of the water treatment. We cannot speak to the pool as the water heater was broken so we did not enter it since it was a cold winter weekend. A little unfortunate as this changed our evening relaxation plans. Kelly, the host, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, I would recommend staying in this home if you’re looking for a local home that’s easy to drive to the beach from.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was easy to get to. Short drives to restaurants, coffee, grocery stores. Its a nice place that is close enough to Anna Maria Island and easy access to Bradenton / Sarasota / Tampa. The neighborhood is peaceful. The house is very welcoming and comfortable. Truly like having your own place there. The bedrooms and living spaces were nice and clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The washer / dryer units were large and convenient to have. A lot of fun extras - arcade games, pool table, board games, small putting green. The hot tub is great and the pool is beautiful. It was a little cold in Bradenton during the week of our visit so we didn't get to enjoy the pool as much (even with heating) but we enjoyed our stay. Kelly, our host, was quick to respond and address the questions we had.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the house. It’s spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, great for big families. Even though the pool heater wasn’t working, we enjoyed the hot tub, games, and all the other amenities. The host was very responsive, the neighborhood is quiet, and the location is close to beautiful beaches and shops. Would definitely stay again.
