What an amazing stay!
This house was everything our team needed, and more. It had a hot tub, pool, pickleball, basketball, mini golf, plenty of space for team meetings, and a wonderful, fully equipped kitchen. Everyone had positive feedback regarding their rooms/bathrooms, with notes of great mattresses and plenty of pillows! The host was extremely easy to work with and very communicative, and the property itself was well cared for. We are already looking forward to coming back to Florida for our next stay. Thank you for hosting us!

The house is very cozy and clean
The home is exactly as shown on the pictures. Very pretty. Clean linens and towels. Beautiful neighborhood and peaceful. Kyle and Nicole were excellent with communication and response time. The washer & dryer are small for the size of the house, but overall it’s a great home for a family vacation.
We were in town for a baseball tournament and the house was close to the fields. It offered so much for our group to do when we weren't at the fields. The house is very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. We had an issue with door codes in the beginning but the host were very responsive. Our group would stay here again.
We had a great time and look forward to staying here again. I usually don't give 5 stars but I found this place to be convenient, had plenty of parking, private but also close to stores and restaurants nearby. The pickleball court was fun to play, when not at the beach and then cool off in the pool afterwards. They proactively asked for feedback and made sure they were available if we needed anything!
Check in was easy. The host responded quickly and efficiently. The house was gorgeous, exactly as listed but missing everyday items like trash cans in the bathrooms, hand towels, hooks to hold towels in the bathrooms, a broom. Nothing that ruined our stay but things that were definitely noticed. Our issue was the backyard. It was a major selling point to us booking and we were extremely let down. Weeds were over grown everywhere. One of the back doors wouldn’t close all the way from weeds, around the pool was covered, the fire pit and mini golf course were usable from overgrowth and lack of maintenance. They had no rake or leaf blower for us to try to fix any of it on our own. Finally half way through our trip they found someone to come take care it. And on the last day they finally had someone come spray for weeds around the pool. It just felt like things that should have been done before our arrival but were only being done because we said something. Water also came under the play room door when it had only been raining for like 30 minutes……Oh and renters be ready to answer a ringing doorbell all day AND NIGHT because random people want to take the lychees!
Such a great place to stay. The house was beautiful and clean. The hosts were kind and responsive. 10/10 would rent again!

I really can't say enough good things about this place and the owners. I had left an item behind received it in less than 48 hours. The communication was great. The property is amazing. We had a great time. If anything, the place is more amazing in person than online
This is a beautiful home with spacious rooms and common spaces. The decor is fun and perfect for a vacation. We used it for a staff retreat with a mix of meetings/ strategic planning and fun team building activities. The roomy common areas allowed for the perfect environment. We hope to make it an annual thing! 😊
Overall stay was great! Pool was like 100 when we checked in, so not very enjoyable. They sent someone to look at the heater and it got better over our stay. Back yard was not as pristine as the pics.. weeds, ant hills, vegetation overgrown. The dryer did not work very well, so we used natures dryer. The location was great and house was well stocked. Host was responsive and fixed any issues. I would definitely stay again.
Kyle and Nicole were great hosts. They were gracious and helpful the entire stay. The family has been to this area several times and I basically grew up there during the summers, visiting my Uncle. However, with this visit, my older Aunts and Uncles were well pleased with the accommodations. They mentioned the beds were comfortable and they felt rested the next morning. To have found this place was a blessing and I’m grateful I was able to provide a lovely home for my family so we could be under one roof together. I wish the visit was longer so I could’ve enjoyed the special amenities the home has to offer but next time.

The house was wonderful and exactly what we needed! The host was super responsive before, during, and after our stay and helped with any issues we had right away. Beautiful home with so much to offer, in a quiet neighborhood but close to the beautiful gulf. Highly recommend!
We were lucky to find this place at the last minute. The photos looked great, but it was even better in person. Beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and perfectly located for our stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would absolutely come back.
We absolutely LOVED this home! We had family of all ages coming and going all week between camps and school and spring break stuff; the home was clean, comfortable, fun and in a great location between the beaches and IMG where we were spending time. The hosts always replied quickly with any requests. We just loved it. So many things to do for all ages, clean, quiet, tons of beds. The decor had my heart! The only thing I would recommend is to put little trash cans in the bathrooms. Otherwise - perfection! ❤️❤️❤️
Enjoyed breaking in this newer listing. Lots to do and the hosts were responsive to any questions or issues that arose.
