Cozy, clean home perfect for 2-3 families nestled in the Western Foothills of the Catskills. The indoor/outdoor sunroom space is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air while not having to deal with bugs or rain. The backyard is spacious for kids to run around in, and well maintained. The fundamentals (hot water, appliances, bedding) are well taken care of. Narrowsburg, the town a short 5 minute drive away, is delightful, with coffee shops, antique/art stores, right next to riverside trails where the Delaware River becomes its narrowest (hence the name). Highly recommend!
