The location and pool are awesome. This is the third or fourth unit we have stayed in at this location. The two extra bedrooms are on the ground floor, which wasn't very well described. We have small kids, and didnt love them all being on a separate floor from us (all with porch/outdoor access). The trundle/pull out mattress was super uncomfortable. The dining table was dirty/sticky, and the number of utensils was lacking (with inadequate cleaning supplies to wash as frequently as needed). There was no kitchen/counter cleaner either, so we just didnt use the dining room table. The provided pillows smelled dirty (my 4 year old even noticed it), like they were very old or heavily used. The house otherwise seemed clean, but increasing supplies so guests can help with upkeep would make sense. I love the location and short walk to the beach.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Boraccho Beach property in Port A! From start to finish, communication with the host was fantastic—responsive, helpful, and made everything so easy.The property was incredibly clean and well cared for, which is always one of the most important things for us when traveling. The location was perfect—literally just a block from the beach, making it so easy to come and go throughout the day. The pool was also excellent and such a great bonus when we wanted to relax without heading to the sand.We had such a wonderful, relaxing stay and truly enjoyed our time in Port A. Boraccho Beach was the perfect home base for our beach getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!
The property its self was a nice layout and worked well for our group. The amenities were as advertised. The problems with this management company started before the stay even began. Watch out for the 60 Non-Refundable damage waiver in addition to what you pay VBRO. When we arrived at the unit with 7 guests as we disclosed at booking. We had 8 towels in the entire 3 bedroom unit for a 4 day stay. We also had a 3 oz bottle of dishwashing liquid and tiny (Smaller than hotel size soap) in the kitchen and bathrooms. When we asked for additional towels the text response was wash the ones you have. Don't know about you but I don't go on vacation to do laundry. The second night of our stay the internet failed to work and they wanted me to take a picture of the router (First Class Tech Support) It was out for the rest of the night. The TV remote in the master bedroom didn't work for the entire stay. The dishwasher is broken and would not drain. We were supplied with two kitchen trash bags for our entire stay. When I reported the dishwasher , TV Remote and trash bag shortage, I did receive an AI automated message that said "I will make sure and bring this to our teams attention. Guess what 10 hours later still no team member seems to care enough to respond. The pool looks great online but the tile and coping haven't been cleaned all season. We left the condo a day early due to the poor conditions. I truly feel sorry for the owners of this property

We had a great stay in this townhouse! There was more than enough space for our family of 4. The proximity to the beach, town, restaurants was great. Good area outside to hose down all of our beach stuff, beds were decent and the bunk beds were a hit with the kids. We didn’t end up at the pool because we beached too much, but it looked really nice! Overall great place to stay, close to everything you need, clean. Rent a golf cart too, you won’t regret it!
The property and the condo were beautiful! Very clean. Well stocked with kitchen items. The only recommendation I would give is putting rubber backed floor mats to cover the floor in front of the front door and all the way to bedrooms as the floor was very slick with sand and smooth tiles. Also provide more bath towels.
Everything was excellent when we arrived. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

My husband and I took my son and a few of his friends here for his 18th birthday. We all had so much fun! Plenty of room and beds for everyone. The condo was walking distance to beach which was a plus! The condo, pool, and neighborhood was nice and clean. Would recommend to anyone wanting a fun and relaxing vacation for adults teenagers and kids! 😁

We had a great stay overall! The location was perfect with super easy access to the beach, which made everything so convenient. The pool was amazing, especially since we went on a colder weekend and it was heated, so we were still able to enjoy it. The space itself was perfect for a family. Everyone had their own area to relax and unwind, which made the stay really comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating, allowing for a late checkout. One thing to keep in mind (as mentioned in the listing) is the internet service is lacking and the WiFi did not work during our stay. While the response time was quick, the follow-through on resolving the WiFi issue never happened during our stay. Overall, we still had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying here again!
The communication w the rental company was great, but as advertised, and as seemingly typical for rentals in the area, the provided amenities were minimal. As stated, you get 2 plastic kitchen trash bags and 2 dishwasher tablets. There was approximately 1-2 oz of liquid dish soap. They provide coffee makers but no coffee. Each person was allotted one clean but smallish towel. This had to be sufficient for bathing, the pool and beach. The beds were ok but hard. We each got one flat pillow. There were extra pillows in the closet but no pillow cases. We were there 4 nights. Guests are asked to take out trash before leaving and run the dishwasher which is fair, but being stingy w cleaning tools is counterproductive. The unit was nice, parking convenient and beach proximity great. I just feel like we were treated like errant teenagers by miserly but well intentioned landlords.

Great stay. Heated community pool was great for December. Able to rent golf cart nearby to cruise to the beach or to town.
We had a great time staying here! Our kids loved the pool, and the condo was a great size for our family. It was clean and well cared for. No real views to speak of, but an easy walk over to the beach. We had been warned about tar and jellyfish this time of year but didn't run into either of them! It definitely felt like a commercial rental rather than staying in someone's home, which is totally fine! Just know what you are getting. Clean, basic, functional, but no real special touches (other than a corn hole board in the garage).

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this townhouse with our family. The house was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool was a definite highlight, especially the slide and waterfall, which our kids (ages 10 to 18) absolutely loved. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet at night, making for restful sleep. The beds and couch were very comfortable, so we truly felt right at home. We appreciated the layout, with the master bedroom and kitchen upstairs, allowing us to get up early and prepare breakfast without disturbing the kids. For morning walks, the beach was conveniently within a nice walking distance, which was a great way to start the day. Overall, a fantastic place for a family getaway!

This was perfect for our Port A stay. We had plenty of space and it was very comfortable.
We stayed for 7 nights. Traveled with my 4 kids under 8 and 2 dogs. The kids absolutely LOVED the waterslide. Kitchen was fully stocked. Host was Very responsive and communicative. Very short walk to the beach. Would stay again!

Family friendly with fantastic pool area This property is perfect for families with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, laundry, 3 patio/porches, and it even has a garage. It is close to the beach, nicely furnished and very comfortable to relax yet not worry the kids will break something. It's close to the beach, has an amazing pool area (with water slide!)for kids and adults, and is pet friendly. The host checked in throughout our stay and was very responsive to messages. We will definitely be staying again in the future!

Great location, very spacious and clean We had a great time in Port Aransas and this location was perfect. 3 min to the beach, 10 min to the state park beach. The place was very clean, and kitchen stocked up with everything one may need, I even used my favorite nutribullet to make some smoothies.

This listing has its good and shortcomings. While the shortcoming may prevent me from staying at this location again, others may not find my concerns meaningful. I want to provide balanced feedback so I’ll conclude my review with some positives. This is a pet friendly Airbnb, which we knew; however, there was tons of pet hair and dander throughout the listing. When we swept and cleaned throughout we found hair in the beds, on coaches, pillows, and well about everywhere. It made me question the overall cleanliness of the home. The owners were responsive to our initial concerns but said they would reach out and potentially clean for us; however, no one ever replied or helped out. On our last day my wife broke out in this rash (we found out was ringworm) and quite honestly we think it could’ve been contracted at this listing. We didn’t venture out much and the hair is the prevailing thought behind that notion. Overall, the listing size and setup was great. The owners were quick to respond
A Fun Trip To The Beach This was the perfect house for our family of four and pups for the Fourth of July weekend. The house was clean and there were more than enough towels and paper products for our stay. The beach is within walking distance (about a quarter of a mile), but having a golf cart rental makes getting to and from the beach with kids and all of your stuff way easier. It was also amazing to have the pool right there so we could enjoy it after spending a morning at the beach. The host was also very easy to communicate with. We unfortunately had a Tropical Storm/Hurricane coming through on our check out day and our host let us know of the ferry closing at noon so we could prepare for an earlier departure to avoid traffic. We would definitely stay here again!
Our family was more than comfortable while we stayed here! Can’t wait to go back but we’ll definitely have to stay longer. My oldest loved the pool and my spouse and I really enjoyed our evening walks to the beach.
Perfect for our family We loved the house and location. The only downside was that the pool gate was not working the entire time so someone had to let you in or they just propped it open. I sometimes could hear the neighbors but other than that it was great!

The townhouse was fun for the whole family. There were 6 of us and we all fit perfectly including my two kids and still had room to move around hang out on the balcony or just lounge in the living room. the place is as described and the pool was amazing, the water slide was icing on the cake for my boys they always wanted to go to the pool. The house was clean and had all the items in the kitchen you would need to make a nice meal if you so desired. The beach access was a 5-8 in walk which was nice, it was also close to restaurants and shops. Overall we had a blast and I would recommend the stay here

⭐️ Hats off to the cleaning staff who prepared this condo.. it was the cleanest AirBnb we’ve ever stayed in. This condo looked clean, smelled clean & felt clean, floors & all.. which is quite a feat given the sand that usually accompanies a beach rental. The place was stocked with extra linens, plenty of kitchenware & all the amenities for a weekend away. The garage space & pool area were nice bonuses & the proximity to beach access & town were a huge plus!
August 2023 This was our first time in Port A. The location was great and very close to the beach. The pool was awesome too for the kidds.

February Family Getaway We went to Port A to celebrate my little guy turning 3 years old. We lovely the warm pool and being close to all the shops, restaurants, and beach.

Great Time Close to Beach We had a great time sharing the space with my sisters family. The property was clean and conveniently located. Some tips for others or maybe for property mgmt to consider. There is a coffee pot, but no filters. There were no hot pads to grab pans out of the oven. Some plastic or non-breakable plates and bowls would be much appreciated when your visiting with 5 young children. We were not left the pool code and had to request it.
The pool was the star of the show! We really enjoyed the pool area when we weren’t at the beach. There are a ton of community grills by the pool. It was easy to grill, watch your kids plays and relax (and even swim in between flipping burgers)! This unit was close enough to the pool to easily walk to but far enough where it wasn’t too loud. On Labor Day weekend, the pool area was a big party scene at night. The kids bunk bed room is on the first floor, so it gives you a little peace and quiet when you’re upstairs relaxing/cooking in the family room/kitchen area and the kids can play downstairs. I like that kitchen was open so you aren’t isolated when you cook. A good house for a family!

Easy beach access and a fantastic pool! I would absolutely book this specific condo again for the beach and pool access alone! It’s right across the parking lot from the most amazing pool and is just around the corner from the beach. I’m convinced location doesn’t get anymore convenient. It’s also a very quick drive to shops and restaurants. Truly a gem of a location. This condo had everything we needed (the owners have responded to some of the feedback received in previous reviews and have provided a few more amenities) and was exceptionally clean upon arrival. The owner golf cart is not on property, which provided ample space for parking and stowing beach items at the end of the day. The only thing the condo needs is more dish towels - currently only has one, and perhaps new wash cloths, as the current set just looks a little tired. Everything else is in great shape and is well maintained, providing a welcoming environment for guests. We also really appreciated that we could bring our dog - she loved the beach! And there was a pet basket to help with some of the needs of a pet. Kids and adults alike loved the pool. Families grilled out and kids splashed and enjoyed the slide. We definitely hope to return to this condo for future family vacations!

Great location and very clean! Had everything we needed for a few days away. Walk to the beach via a local side street was only about 10 minutes... and only 2 minutes if you drive a golf cart! Very quiet and the community pool was warm even in January so the kids could enjoy it! One thing to note, there are absolutely no condiments of any kind for cooking, not even salt or pepper, so if you plan to eat any meals at the house, plan accordingly.
