Great location if you don’t mind driving 30 mins to town- needs more amenities, could be much cleaner. Host was responsive and everything was all in all a perfect vacation trip.

This was without a doubt the best vacation house that we have ever stayed at. The layout of the house is perfect for family gatherings in the evening after a great day at the beach, which is only a few steps from the end of your private boardwalk. The kitchen is superb, with a very large island, tons of cabinet space and a large dining table that seats a large group. Bedrooms are all well above average. You will not be disappointed by staying here. We plan to return next year. Our vacation here was a complete success and added greatly to our enjoyment. Thank you!

What a beautiful home for our group of 16! My husband, 3 sons, wives, and 8 grands ages 1-13 spent the week leading up to July 4 here. It was perfect for our party! The layout was great with bunks for the 2 grandsons and a larger one for all the girls. I think all the beds were comfy, the view was gorgeous and it was very easy hauling our beach gear to the beach. We saw dolphins multiple x daily, some very close and 2 fully breached very close to shore. We had everything we needed.The kitchen was well stocked. A lot of the plastic ware were missing tops but baggies work and can be thrown away. There is only 1 fridge, but also a drink fridge which we filled with canned drinks and an ice maker under the house so it all worked out fine. The dishwasher is a bit loose, but worked very well and wasn’t a problem. There is plenty of storage for chairs, tents, beach toys etc under the house. There were some beach chairs and toys left there and we left a couple chairs. Most of those that were already there were ripped, but we had brought our own. The table was nice and big annd we ate in every meal and played many games there. The make up area ( make up mirror under the sink) in the master was perfect for my bad eyes. We had a toddler and preschooler, as well as dogs, so the locking gates going to the beach and under the house were perfect so no one could get out without it being unlocked. The stretch of beach is easy entry and plenty wide. People ignore the private beach sign, but even on the busiest week of the year, we had plenty of space in front of the house. Both floors have fully covered porches which is very important to me. It made for great porch sitting. The downstairs AC went out one evening and we realized it about 7:30. I was worried with it being after hours, but Coastal View had someone there within the hour and it was just a frozen line and we were back in business. It was a fabulous week and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our 5 day girls getaway. Loved the location and the house was spectacular. Any minor glitch (coffee maker which turned out to be user error) was handled quickly and pleasantly. Plenty of room to spread out - and there are books and games for your enjoyment.

We had a great stay in a great house! Everything was as good or better than expected. We would definitely rent this property again.

Booked on the Beach was the perfect family vacation house. The home is spacious,with enough room for our large family. It was well decorated and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. My family had the "Perfect Christmas Vacation." We loved having the beach right in the back yard. We enjoyed sitting on the large porches watching the sunsets. The sunsets were so amazing. We also enjoyed fishing and flying kites on the beach. The location was convenient for us and close to restaurants. We would love to stay again.

My family loved staying in this beach house. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked, all was super clean, and beds were really comfortable. The boardwalk was a big plus for getting to beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The listing was accurately described. The kitchen was well stocked. The views of the beach from the balconies were just as stunning as the interior of the house itself. We loved that this property was pet friendly and our dog enjoyed the stay as much as we did. The property manager was a blessing and even though we did not require assistance during our stay they made sure to let us know that they were available for us.

We had a great time. The water was great. The Booked by The Beach house is so nice. It fit our family perfectly. The walkway to the beach is handy. The back deck had nice furniture that we sat out and watched the waves and dolphins. We did have a few people crowd into the beach but it was okay.

The host was very attentive and the place was clean and beautiful. Perfect for teenagers!

Home was beautiful, clean and in a great location. so close to shore and waves.. walk-down deck to ocean was a plus, as we had two folks in our group that were handicaped. However there was a couple of issues that could have been better. we were told via text that there was a charcoal grill on location. there was none.. called and they brought out a very old decrepited gas grill. think it was picked up from a second hand store. It was filthy, and was almost unusable as it smoked so much you would have thought the under-house was on fire. The handrails on walkway to ocean were very rough and caused several in group to get large splinters. I also think, when you pay what you do for a week stay that you would get more than 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. think it would be acceptable to have a four pack under each sink... this house serves up to 18 people. Think I would rebook, but think these things should be addressed.
