Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! This space was exactly what we wanted for our weekend vacation! The back roads to the cabin allowed for easy access, staying off the main strip. It was clean & well stocked. We even had a bear visit the last morning! He was just out for a morning stroll, the grand baby was so excited!!

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! I believe the management company needs severe improvements. They only responded to inquires within business hours, guessing 9:00am - 5:00pm, since messages sent were not responded to until staff arrived the following morning. We lost power due to storms and I notified the company as just as an FYI. No response. You would think THEY would follow up on US since I'm sure they receive notifications from the power company. I notified them that the smoke alarm may need new batteries...no response. Also there were wildfires in the area and emergency notifications were pushed out to cell phones to evacuate. Not once did the management company call or message me checking in on us or their property. We had to relocate to a hotel that night and when I inquired about reimbursement or reducing our charges by one night they said it was "an act of God". I would avoid renting from Eden Crest Vacation Rentals...they care about the dollar, not their renters!!

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! We enjoyed staying at the cabin very much. It was easily accessible by car. It was in a neighborhood with other cabins yet still felt very private. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and such. Would definitely stay there again.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! It was everything they said it was. It was an amazing trip only 30 mins away from things like pigeon forge. Plus you get a few free tickets for different places around you.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! It was a very beautiful, clean cabin. The pictures do make it seem you are in a more secluded area when in reality there’s a whole street of cabins right next to each other. Again, still very clean and beautiful. The only complaints I have is we were promised free Dollywood tickets and was never sent information about them. This was one of the attractions s we were going g to take a whole day and do with our daughter. When I got there and there was still no info, I messaged the host and they did not respond until I messaged again the next day. After finally messaging me back I was told a whole account had to be set up with a third party which I was never told about and then there was a waiting period for the tickets we were only there a couple days so we didn’t even get to go. It was one of the reasons we booked this cabin, because the free tickets were advertised with the cabin. This gist was very slow with response du g to all messages, sometimes days.

Place is nice and cozy, but location to me was key as it is very close to downtown Gatlinburg but also 15 min ride to locations we went to in Pigeon Forge.

Thank you for your recent stay with us. We hope that your guest experience was a wonderful one and that all your expectations were exceeded. We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! We had a great stay! The cabin is located far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge to be peaceful for our family, but centrally located to be able to get wherever we wanted to go quickly. Also the cabin was easy to get to, 4 wheel drive definitely wasn’t a necessity. Check in was a breeze. They sent me a code a few days earlier and it was the easiest entry of any cabin I’ve stayed in. The cabin was exactly as described. Kitchen was well-stocked with appliances and dishes. Bathrooms were immaculately clean as well. We would definitely stay here again!
