It was a pleasure hosting Katherine! We hope to host them again in the future! Fantastic!!! What a wonderful spot. We felt so lucky to have secured a whole week at Bo’s Beach Bungalow: it felt like a rare find - somewhere with original mid-century character, close to the beach (two minute’s walk!), restaurants and free AMI trolley bus, and really good value. As well as stylish, it was clean and comfortable and very well equipped. We appreciated the beach chairs, excellent shower pressure and the powerful hairdryer. It was also quiet and peaceful, definitely in the best neighbourhood. AMI Locals were really helpful and professional, checking in with us and very responsive. All in all, a terrific experience. Thank you!

Sheri Lynn was a pleasure to host We really enjoyed our stay at Cozy AMI Stay! Not sure what the name is...lol Didn't realize that it is a duplex, but the neighbors were very nice and quiet. We really only ran into them once. There was an exposed window in the shower, which I just threw a towel over. Great Location!!! Super walkable to the shopping district. The rental bikes are only $39/week, so we really enjoyed tooling around on those to get to the beach on the daily. All in all - a great stay. Thank you!

Sadly I booked this unit for my Wife’s 50th Birthday celebration/vacation and to say the least we were disappointed upon opening the door . The unit is a little older and tired and worn out, sadly I would not recommend it until it gets a makeover, jmo

Devin was a a pleasure ! We loved our stay! VERY close to the beach. Very clean. Had 2 beach chairs and a wagon which was wonderful. Close to restaurants. We used the free trolly to get to the south end of the island. The house was great. My only complaint is the back sliding glass door didn’t work well but I told them and they said they would fix it. The toilet was also a tad wobbly but not a serious issue. Stains on the floor in one of the bedroom was strange but again very clean!! I would definitely recommend.

Braelin was a pleasure to host! We loved our stay at Anna Maria. This location is perfect! The walk to the beach is super short & you are in close proximity to a lot of restaurants & stores. The place was very clean & had everything we needed for our stay. It was a super smooth check in and check out process and the host were available at any point to answer questions. I would definitely recommend this location for a great stay on the island!!

Debi was a pleasure to host! We had a great stay in Anna Maria Island! The home was easy to find and looked like the pictures. There are many large newer homes in the area but this one was just fine for us. Our only complaints would be there needs to be more mirrors to see yourself before leaving. The only one was the small bathroom mirror. The water pressure was very poor as well. Other than that we had an awesome stay. Thank you!

Shane was a pleasure to host! We would definitely rent here again, can’t beat the location - place was clean and had all the amenities needed for our family of 4. We have high expectations and tend to picky - host was great with communication as well.

We were greeted with a 78 degree home which was set on 75 degrees prior to arrival. It’s a smart thermostat that’s controlled by the owner and doesn’t go below 70 degrees. The house was never cooler than 72 degrees, and felt hotter. There was one mirror in the rental, which was the medicine cabinet that hung over the sink in bathroom. I highly suggest adding a full body mirror in each bedroom. We were disappointed with the amount of linens. They didn’t provide trash bags but wanted us to take trash out. This place needs a deep cleaning with the cleaning fee they are charging. The baseboards were dirty. The refrigerator was rusted, along with the mirror. The sink didn’t fit the countertop. Most of the cabinet doors don’t close and the inside of utensil drawers were dirty. We’re familiar with the lizards in Florida, but this place has an infestation due to the unkept yard. There was so much overgrowth in backyard, that it was attracting lizards and mosquitoes and we couldn’t even see the waterway. It is said that there is an outdoor shower, but it’s really a spout on the wall with no privacy. A lady showed up unannounced (guessing one of the owners) and walked around the house to storage closet twice. She didn’t communicate why she was there which made us very uncomfortable. On the last day, before checkout time, the property manager assumed we weren’t there and almost came inside of the house, then sat across the road in his car until our ride came. Would NOT recommend!!!

Nice quiet area. About a block from beach! Short walk to Pine Ave with many restaurants and shops. House was nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Only compliant was could use some more silverware. Hope it's available for us next year!

Matt, was a pleasure to host! The location is great, a quick walk to the beach and a quick walk to Pine Ave (where shops/restaurants are located. This is our fourth trip to AMI and we love the area, this spot provides a great location for the price.

Kim, was a pleasure to host! With some basic amenities being provided this would have been a much nicer stay. It is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. It was not communicated until after making our reservation that: "Anna Maria Island Accommodations provides a 'starter kit' of supplies. This includes two (2) rolls of toilet paper and one (1) bar of soap in each bathroom, one (1) roll of paper towels in the kitchen, one (1) dishwasher pod, one (1) small bottle of dish soap, and one (1) trash bag per trash can in the house." There wasn't hand soap at either the kitchen or bathroom sink. It was inconvenient to have to purchase these items along with adequate shampoo & conditioner only to have to throw everything away at the end of the week because we were flying home. We also did not like the thermostat being locked at 70 degrees, which was not communicated in the listing.

Patricia was a pleasure to host! My younger sister and I planned time to visit our parents in FL and decided to surprise them with a little beach getaway for part of the trip. It’s been nearly 25 years since we’ve all vacationed together and this place could not have accommodated our family better than it did. It was tastefully decorated, very clean, walkable to MANY restaurants and literally a two minute walk from the driveway to the beach. I always get a little nervous booking when there aren’t many reviews but researched the rental company and felt confident we wouldn’t have any unwelcome surprises. The responsiveness, cleanliness, location, the design of the home, amenities-everything- far exceeded all of our expectations. We absolutely will be back to stay here again!!!

Sonya was a pleasure to host. Absolutely loved this place! The location couldn’t have been better. Take a left out of the house and you are 4-5 houses down from North Shore Cafe, we walked to get coffee and breakfast and it was so cool to be so close. Go right out of the house and you’re two minutes from the beach. The bed was amazing, the pillows and blankets were awesome, too. It was like sleeping at a fancy hotel. I would absolutely recommend this place and I would absolutely book this place again!
