The Airbnb was very clean and in a great location. My overall rating for this Airbnb is related to issues with the management company Scenic Stays. They were sending info to an email that was not mine. They required that renters download the Behome24/7 app. When I tried to login using my booking email, I realized there was a problem and called Scenic Stays. I provided my correct email and they sent me the required rental agreement for my signature. I booked my stay for 3 adults, 2 kids, 1 pet. The rental agreement said pets were not permitted…. I called Scenic Stays and they said their records showed that I had not paid the $300 pet fee. They asked for my credit card and I refused. I called Airbnb. They said I had paid the pet fee. Airbnb contacted Scenic Stays and let me know that the issue was resolved. The rental agreement stated that the electronic door code would deactivate at time of check out (10am CST). The door code deactivated at 9am.

Excellent little beach property in beautiful Navarre. Would certainly stay here again. Navarre isn't overwhelming like some beach locations can be... but that's the point. And this place is perfectly located within walking distance to what Navarre does have, without feeling crowded in. Plenty of room to roam, keep the kids separated with their own floor, yet gather around in a great open living area when needed. Lots of light and plenty of amenities.

Laid back house with the beach in reach My family loved this chill and cheerful beach bungalow. We traveled with our dog so he had plenty of space and room to meet his needs too. We could easily access the beach, restaurants and walking path. We watched life drift by from the upper deck. Cool and easy living in Navarre. We will come again!

Amazing Beach Trip! This home was exactly what was in the description. Navarre Beach is our family’s favorite. We loved the convenience of the home. Our dogs loved it. There was lots of places to walk them. I loved that each room had its own TV. The only negative I have, is that I love a dark bedroom at bedtime. The rooms were very bright with all the outdoor lights and several of the blinds were broken so they were difficult to close. Curtains or room darkening blinds would be a great addition. I will say it won’t stop me from staying here again. We had a wonderful visit and lived the house.

Awesome beach trip! Everything was just as advertised. We traveled with our dogs and it was very pet friendly. The house is located on a quiet dead-end street. It is very close to a beach access walk over. Navarre is by far my family’s favorite location. There’s not a lot of high rise condos or businesses and that’s what we love, it is so peaceful. Navarre Beach is also a short drive to Pensacola, Fort Walton and Destin where you can find lots of great restaurants and family activities. Ww will probably book this house again and if not it, one on this street.

Spring Break 2024 We love the Navarre area! My son, 2 nephews and I came for Spring Break and loved this bungalow. The location was perfect. We had easy access to the beach, and the pier. The bungalow was the perfect size for 3 boys (11, 16, and 17) and myself. We had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall great experience Beautiful location and property. 4 stars on cleanliness because there were a few things you could tell hadn't been cleaned properly. (The fans had thick dust layers on the blades) A little disappointing considered how much they charge for the cleaning fees, and makes you question the rest of the property. My family ran out of the provided towels quickly, and the house didn't come with enough soap or any spices(not even salt or pepper). 4 stars for accuracy of property description because the pictures made it seem as if the property was 3 stories and it was, but the rooms in the screened in porch were locked. Meaning you have to walk down the outside stairs to get to the screened in porch. Not a huge thing, just more surprising then anything. No landscaping was done as the flower beds were overgrown and the pond out back had no water in it though the pump was still active, which made a weird noise out back the whole time. Once again, minor inconvenience. Lastly, the toaster quit working during our stay, and they offered to bring another one. They did provide extra bowls for any pets traveling with. Overall great experience.

The home was decent for the price. The yard is not pet friendly my dog got sticker burrs in its paws first night. The rugs need to be professionally cleaned or replaced as they smell. The beds are very small, sure 2 people can sleep in one but not comfortably. The cooking grills were rusted and old. Plenty of towels, clean bed linens. Pretty tidy space except the rotten food left in fridge (that we cleaned out before departing) Had a great time, we were just expecting a pet friendly lawn and clean decent grills to use at the property.

Great get a way Close to beach and beach access. Good walking paths for pets. Navarre beach beautiful but not pet friendly for walks on the beach. Quiet relaxing. Appliances great including washer and dryer. Outside porch cushions need replacement and might benefit putting in gate child/pet for back porch steps the only other issue was the need for instructions on finding or viewing local channels like the news and weather. We had a great trip and will recommend this home to others. May come back on the future. Thank you.

Nice house! My group enjoyed our stay. We noted some light bulbs out in upstairs bath and the can opener didn’t work. As a previous owner of short term rentals would recommend at least a table or chair in bunkbed room to put things on. Location was fantastic for Mardi Gras parade viewing! Nice back deck area and the Bluetooth sound system was a great add on! Beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean.

Just right! My friend and I spent a long weekend here. We enjoyed the house and all the amenities including the large back deck. The house is in a great location. Looking forward to staying there again!

Christmas 2024 Very relaxing and enjoyable

Great location for price For the price I cannot complain about this location. We did have a hiccup while we were there. The dryer would not work at all. We had to turn the cycle on 3 times and the clothing did not fully dry. Maintenance showed up literally the day before we left. Apparently the dryer was done for. But we adapted. Hopefully a new one was put in before the next family arrived. The house was clean other than dust. I feel the cleaners forgot to dust. Which is not just a huge issue for me. We loved the stay and for the price I feel we did well! The beach was two min away and we loved it. We want to come back!

This house is nice but needs better housekeeping good location restaurants within walking distance Nice paved walkways nice quiet neighborhood home has a strong pet odor I have a pet which is why I chose pet friendly but the odor is very strong I had to buy air freshener to mask the odor

Great place and great location!

The house was beautiful and spacious! It did get pretty hot during the day, but it cooled down nicely by nighttime. The couch was a bit outdated and had some stains, but overall, everything was great. We loved that they provided plenty of kitchen items to use, and it was especially nice that the house was dog-friendly. We really enjoyed our stay!

A great place for a family to come together to enjoy the beach and time together inside the home when not in the sun! Positive: The property was clean, and comfortable. Allowed pets- which allowed us to bring our senior golden retriever and was a two minute walk to beach access. Negative: If I had any complaint, it would have been just how firm the mattresses were, but that’s truly a personal preference thing. This property was fantastic.

Looking forward to booking again. Positive: Location is fantastic. Walking distance to beach access and bay access at the end of the street. Plenty of space for my husband, myself and our 2 dogs and family visited with plenty of space to socialize. Negative: It’s a great value for what it is and the location alone is worth it. If i have to say anything negotiable would be the “landscaping” in the back yard area was a little over grown. I wouldn’t have minded a couple more dish tabs since we stayed a week and cooked dinner at home a lot.

Location, location, location! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of room for our group of 8 also

I had the best birthday , this was the best location. Price for the condo was within reason. They met with my budget which was very kind. The location was perfect. Easy beach access and beach chair access with umbrella .

Great little place that’s a short walk from the beach. The kitchen has plenty of cookware & utensils if you plan on eating in as we usually do. Comfy beds, and quiet neighbors. We really enjoyed having the outdoor seating too. We will be looking for an opportunity to book this place again.

Our stay was April 19-25th 2026 and was great. This house is in a great location on Navarre beach. There are 3 restaurants, Navarre pier and Navarre beach, Turtle Conservatory, Tom Thumb gas station, dog beach and 2 gift shops all within walking distance. Slept 5 adults comfortably, quiet street, lots of walkers out with their dogs, many locations to fish from. I highly recommend this house and would stay there again if we get the opportunity to visit Navarre again.

This was a great location - close to walking to restaurants and the beach. It was spacious and had all of the basics covered for what we needed overall. There was some normal wear and tear and it would be nice if they offered bikes or beach chairs or basics in the kitchen, such as salt and pepper; however, it served us well for our stay with our two dogs.

The bungalow was clean and neat. Everything was as exactly described. The location was perfect with the beach access an easy walk across the street.

The location was great! It was clean and well decorated. My only issue is having just a starter pack of detergent, toilet paper, paper towels etc. I also thought the lower level was fully accessible and after reading other reviews I thought beach accessories would be available but were not. I would definitely stay there again though. Overall I would recommend.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay and having 2 beach chairs and umbrella included was a real plus! We never verbally communicated with anyone, everything was on line! Was more room than we needed but nice!

Our wonderful stay! We arrived 1 hrs early from NC and asked about checking in early. You said it wasn't ready yet but it was. There was a unusual smell in the master bedroom . But only smelt it when we kept the doors shut to the master. We enjoyed our stay there and the location to the beach. Will use you again!

There are no real views here. It’s sandwiched in and only offers a slight water view if you’re tall. The upstairs shower was unusable because the knob to control water temp was broken. Over all we had a nice stay and the house was clean and comfortable. Any complaints are minor.

It was a wonderful homely feeling, great decor, had everything the description mentioned. The only downside; was housekeeping end up leaving pet hair in the furniture, and we happen to be allergic to fine particles and pet hair/dander

Nice stay and more We had such a great week. The property had more than enough room, all the amenities, and more outdoor space than listed which was a bonus! With views of the ocean, and morning and evening sun when you want it, our whole week was perfect. The property was clean and convenient. We will be back!

Blue beach bungalow The house was in a great location. There is plenty of room. The beds are comfortable. The house appeared clean, but definitely needs a deep clean and renovations upon further inspection. Kitchen pots, pans, silverware, etc need to be replaced. We would stay here again, but would highly recommend refurbishment of the inside. Scenic Stays was very accommodating and great to work with.

Great house, great location. The house was great! Loved the Bluetooth speakers in the ceiling. Porch was a nice place to hang out. Best part is the short walk to the boardwalk to easily get to the beach. Would stay there again without hesitation!

Beachy blues Front door didn’t stay closed, front storm door also didn’t close properly. Musty odor of wood rot in central portion of home and upstairs bathroom was very hot and didn’t seem to cool down well. Some LVP over the dated Spanish Tile on the main level would be a good update. Good stay for the money on the beach.

Great place to stay! Super comfy house in a perfect location. Parking was great, great indoor and outdoor spaces. Very nice appliances and comfortable beds. Would stay here again!

Great place Awesome already booked it again

Beach House Rental Great location. Guest service worked out the problem with passcode quickly. The down stairs screened porch was unusable due to extremely dirty. It looks as if it hasn’t been cleaned or at least wiped down in years. I didn’t address it, which I should have.

Perfect beach house in a perfect location! Can’t say enough good things about this place! The location is everything, the house is lovely, spacious, clean, colorful, and well equipped. We enjoyed the outdoor patios and convenient location to everything on Navarre Beach. A very walkable spot - we walked to the pier, restaurants and of course the beach and sound. Hope to book this place again!
