Wonderful cute place, a close walk to the beach and cozy for staying in and playing games

Good location and quiet neighborhood. We called this the "squeaky" house. The wooden beds squeaked loudly with any movement. The front door squeaked. The dining rooms chairs made a loud noise when scooting back from the table. All the important stuff was good though: clean, property as described. We had to buy coffee filters and a few extra rolls of toilet paper. I'd also recommend the owners buys ome rugs...no rugs in the house at all. The actual process of registering for this was a bit crazy. you have to fill out an extra form and submit your driver license and all this stuff...very annoying. We liked this house though because it was on the ground floor with no steps as we had older grandparents with us during our stay. Otherwise, we would choose a different house next time. Again, nothing majorly wrong with this house, just a few annoyances. It didn't really disrupt our stay at all though. Oh, the community pool was great...very clean and nobody else used it while we were there. And the parking was nice too...room for 3 vehicles if needed.

Was perfect for my family will definitely book again. Everything was great and spacious for us.

I was very happy with the house but I feel that, I'd over paid just for 1 day in half day . I'v stayed in other town house's and condos and paid less for three day's and alot closer to the beach. I believe you charge me to much. The other places charge me $530.00 to $650.00 . check in time was 10:00 and check out was 10:00. I don't believe, i will stay there again. I have never check in at 4:00 o'IIclock anywhere elsa.

Great Stay . Can’t wait to return. Nice location. Easy to find right by the beach and restaurants. Barbecue burgers in the front. No problem. Nice little small private pool. Wanted to book an extra day. Had literally one minute response and approval great and easy communication.

Our party of eight enjoyed the house during our four nights stay. The house is roomy and in a quiet area. Everything was clean. Linens and bath towels were provided. However, plan to take extra toilet paper and paper towels as only a starter amount is provided. You need to take any cooking spices and condiments, as well as hand soap for the bathrooms since none are provided. The cookware provided served the purpose to cook at home. The living room furniture is cute but the pull out sofa is older and not very comfortable. The bunk beds are very noisy when anyone moves. Overall, the furniture could use an update but is functional. The AC works great. The biggest issue we had was that we found several roaches throughout the stay, both dead and alive. Some people were afraid to sleep after both occurrences. The management company was very responsive and stated they were due to the recent rains. This is the only reason we can’t give it five stars, but would otherwise be a perfect place.

We had an amazing time we had 6 people it was very comfortable and accommodating. The distance from the beach was close by The house was very clean. Had an excellent time altogether.

This home was perfect for our spring break vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed. As a single mom with four teenage boys, it was nice for me to have my own bedroom and bathroom and a TV to myself. All the beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of towels for everyone. The location was walkable to the beach and the grocery store was less than a mile away. Just an easy peasy low stress home base!

Had an issue with check-in-the code didn’t work, but they were quick to return my call and get us in. The house was basically clean, the area was quiet and felt safe. Beds are decent and it’s pretty close to the beach as described. There were a few items missing that the listing noted were there but nothing to deter me from staying there again. Overall good solid place to stay.

We had an amazing weekend at this property! Very quiet and peaceful area. Close to the beach and great restaurants.

Overall we were happy with our stay & happy with the location of the Airbnb. Host was responsive and very friendly. Some listed things including salt/pepper/oil that it said was included in the Airbnb was not present. The washer was moldy and had a smell to it, which was a shame. Other than that I felt that the Airbnb was well taken care of.

Everything was amazing. Our host was super attentive and responded quickly when we had questions. The place was beautiful and spacious and we absolutely loved it!!

Perfect Beach Spot for Moms & Teens! This beach house was a total win! The teens loved the quick beach access (about 2 blocks) and space to spread out, and us moms loved the pool, the cozy vibe, and the peace (when they were at the pool!). Clean, comfy, and super chill, already planning our next trip!

Unit was nice, furniture in living area is a little outdated and worn. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, but these items all served their purpose. Having a dining table that seated 8 was wonderful. There were 2 issues that we had...1st there were only 8 towels provided for the sleeps 10 unit, 2nd was the washer had so much mold that it was unsafe to do laundry in. We did not communicate that there were nit enough towels, since I always bring extra towels when we travel. The mold in the washer was reported and the host responded immediately regarding our concerns. Would have given 5 stars if we had not had these 2 issues.

It was perfect for my family. It was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, it was ccessible by golf cart, and not far from the beach.

Our condo was great and served its purpose. Its location was great too. It was affordable and gave us plenty of space. There were a few small things that could be improved, but it’s nothing that would stop me from recommending to someone else or staying again. Nice place.

i like the place that we stayed in but it didnt have no chairs for us to sit outside and the front doornob was hard to open.inside the dryer machine door didnt close we had to put a tape so door can stayed close . other then that it was awsome

We’ve stayed here before it was very nice. Host responds within a timely manner. Although when we checked in , after 4, there was still stuff from the cleaning lady in the living room. Also the floor was dirty and bathroom wasn’t very clean. We found fake eyelashes all over the living room floor. We also had to check out a day early due to kids getting sick and it seemed maybe there was mold in the house. The window seals were very dirty.

Fun cottage with good access to the beach. The property management company requires a security deposit/damage waiver outside of Airbnb, which we found suspicious but is evidently ok with Airbnb. The pantry is completely empty. This isn't the kind of place with a complimentary coffee on your first morning, there wasn't even salt and pepper. No beach towels. Overall a good value, just plan to bring more than you would for the typical Airbnb.

Very nice place for the family, the pool was small but cute and very clean, my kids enjoyed it. Great location near everything including the beach. Parking is big enough for two vehicles with an extra designated spot up front. Has everything you need in the kitchen and very comfortable beds, we would stay again.

We stayed at this beach house and appreciated its great proximity to the beach and town attractions. The property was comfortable and provided all the basic amenities you would need for a stay. Overall, it was a convenient location for exploring the area.

Great Family Vacation We enjoyed our stay so much! It was so comfortable. We had 4 generations stay and enjoy the island and there was enough space for everyone to have their own space! Lovely area! Wasnt too noisy at bed time! Perfect get away!

The rental was just as depicted! Very peaceful, beach is within walking distance, location is central to everything food and entertainment related. The ferry is just a quick 5-minute drive away too! Very clean and looked just like the pictures. Will definitely be renting again in the future. Me and my family had a great time while in Port Aransas. Thanks again. A+++

Really great stay and property was as pictured. It was clean and very roomy. The only thing I would recommend if you are going to be doing a lot of cooking is to bring some of your own cookware. There is only one pan/skillet and nothing in the way of pantry staples. We also had 4 boys with us and had to go buy trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper, and you are only allotted a few dish pods. We cooked every day and ran the dishwasher every day. Other than that, which I do understand as it’s expensive and hard to know what people will use, it was lovely. Very clean and roomy, lots of parking and we used the charcoal grill provided. We would stay again!

Neighborhood was great

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Wave. The fully stocked kitchen was great cause we like to cook our own meals to save money. All in all it was a good accommodation for our family and we will consider the rental in the future.

We had a wonderful stay,the place was beautiful and clean,convenient area for where we needed to go,perfect for our small trip but still had space. Easy code and pool access. Take your own toilet paper theirs was thin ply and towels are small. But what a great time spent here!

2023 Family Vacation The home we rented was exactly as described. It is a beautiful home and so relaxing to come home to after a busy day of sightseeing. My husband said the bed was so comfortable and was hard for him to wake up every morning. Overall it was a beautiful home.

Awesome place Close to the water, food, gas stations, clean, comfy, and decent little pool.

Port A trip Very nice place! Only concerns were one sink did not have running water when we arrived. We took care of that ourselves. Also they only provided two large garbage bags which we could have used more. And there were no cleaning supplies which made cleaning after cooking difficult.

Not clean and in need of repairs The one bed room is full of rickety bunk beds that are not put together well, are bulky, and have caused gouges in walls - some patched and some need addressed. The floors had not been swept upon arrival and the shower / toilets do not work properly. CLR might be helpful but overall water pressure is also an issue - even just trying to brush teeth.

Great location to beach, shops and eating. One floor is great for carry in bags and kids.. Unit needs some repair and deep cleaning. Bunk beds need rails. Low on silverware and dishes to cook with. Ants an issue outside. Pool area needed clean up. Very quiet. Ac worked great. Unit was clean. Prompt response to all my emails. Very much appreciated.

Still seeing blue! The unit was clean and as pictured- and very teal! It had enough room for out family of 4 with two extra kiddos (6 total) but it is a smallish space. Be aware that the bunk beds do not have rails so if you plan to use them for young kids they won't work. The pool gate was broken. The kitchen had plenty of pots & pans and lots of plates and bowls but had limited utensils (I wonder if people take them to the beach and forget to return?). It would have been nice if there was coffee and some other kitchen basics like salt and pepper available. We also had to buy additional toilet paper. We have a vacation rental in West Texas and if we didn't supply enough paper products for the week (especially at this price point) we'd get reamed in our reviews. There is a TV in every room but two of them didn't seem to be connected to the cable. I however didn't come to Port A to watch TV, my teen and her friend were more bummed about it. I did appreciate the games that were there! Overall a good spot for a family and one of the few places we could park 2 cars plus a golf cart. I never quite find a rental that is perfect in Port A so on this trip we decided it's time to buy our own place.

Cute cozy house Super cute house, fit 8 people nicely. It was clean when we entered and check in process was super simple. Quick drive to the beach and close to local stores. Overall, great stay.
