This cabin was amazing. Everything was as described and we had a great time. The host(s) were very responsive and even initiated a check in with me to make sure I had everything I needed. Besides our personal items, everything you need is here and in great/clean condition. The fenced yard was very nice, as well as the private/gated community. We were able to spend lots of time out on the patio and near the pond, which was the goal of our trip. We are talking about when we can come again, as the bedrooms and living space felt just like home to us. The showers and tub were very nice too! I wish every place we stayed was just like this!

Beautiful home with comfortable beds! Very clean with well stocked kitchen. We had some issues with the gas log fireplace- couldn’t get it started. But we will definitely be going back!

We loved our stay! Very comfy. Well stocked kitchen! Our family decided on a spur of the moment fall trip to the mountains, and resting in Kellys place was a treat. Many afternoons we sat in the living room, playing provided games and watched the trees our the window. Grilled out on gas grill, built a fire on outdoor fireplace on deck. Great time!

We loved everything about this place! Very relaxing and beautiful atmosphere.

Before you go make sure to take screen shots of the instructions with the gate code and wifi password as you will likely not have service to be able to pull it up. Door code was incorrect but we were responded to quickly. It's a beautiful, peaceful home, but I wouldn't consider it "waterfront" as there's just a small pond nearby. The outdoor patio was nice but could've used a cleaning and wasp spray. The beds were okay, not luxurious and the 200 thread count polyester blend sheets left a lot to be desired. Overall we enjoyed the proximity to Blue Ridge and Ellijay, the amazingly built house with huge windows, family time playing games, and we took turns in the hot tub which accomodated 3 of us average sized adults at a time.

We had an amazing time while at Kelly's cabin! Our family felt right at home with how comfortable, clean, and cozy it was! The views and quiet in the mornings were the best with kiddos! Host was very responsive with any and all questions we had! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay so much so that we had to extend it by an extra day! 10/10 would recommend and hope to stay here again sometime soon!

Awesome place and relax!

My best friends and I booked this stay for a wellness getaway, and it was exactly what we needed. The location of the home was amazing and provided the perfect peaceful scenery to relax and recharge. The multiple levels of the house gave everyone plenty of space and privacy, which made the stay even more enjoyable. My favorite part was definitely the pond and feeding the fish, it was such a calming and relaxing experience. The entire atmosphere felt peaceful and serene. I would absolutely book this location again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and refreshing escape.

The cabin was beautiful and as described. When we arrived, we had issues with accessing the property, as the code we were provided wasn’t correct. As the cabin was in a remote area, most of us had no service and we had to drive a bit away to be able to contact the owner to resolve the issue. We finally got access through a separate key but the lock pad was not resolved during our stay and caused a bit of a headache logistically for our larger group. There was no one available to come to the property and help us get in. Communication was confusing as we kept having to tell them we already tried the codes provided and they did not work. Outside of the access issue, the place was great and well kept, exactly as expected.

We wanted a place where we could truly relax and enjoy quality time together as a family, and this was absolutely the perfect spot. The cabin is beautiful, cozy, and perfectly located. Everything about our stay felt peaceful and welcoming, making it a truly special getaway for our family.

Absolutely perfect stay! We had an incredible time in Cherry Log. The cabin was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect for enjoying the mountains, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus—I was able to meal prep with ease, and my daughter even baked! They truly had all the kitchen gadgets and utensils you could possibly need, plus thoughtful extras like aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and a variety of seasonings. Everything about our stay was 5-star. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful escape—we would definitely come back!

We had the most incredible stay at this cozy cabin! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The setting was absolutely stunning—peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. Waking up to the views, and enjoying coffee on the porch each morning was pure bliss. In the evenings, we loved unwinding by the fire and taking in the cold mountain air. The hosts Kelly truly went above and beyond. Communication was seamless, check-in was easy, and she added so many suggestions that made us feel welcome and cared for. If you’re looking for a perfect mix of comfort, charm, and tranquility, this cabin is it. We’re already planning our next visit!

Was a great weekend getaway

This property was not safe or suitable for occupancy. There was no heat in freezing temperatures, rodent activity in common areas, and unsanitary bedding. These concerns were reported immediately but not resolved, and the host was unresponsive. We left early for safety reasons.

Beautiful property, just as described. Absolutely loved the back porch fireplace and sitting area. The AC quit working while we were there and Host had someone out to the property soon and had it fixed.

Beautiful home with nice view of a park-type setting with a lovely pond/community area. Had a little road noise when you were outside as the cars/trucks came up and down the main road (which you couldn't hear from inside), but very peaceful otherwise. Pictures in the ad led us to believe there was a better mountain view, but regardless of that, the view was quite pleasant and it was nice to be able to walk the surrounding grounds and area. We even saw a herd of deer around the pond on our last day there! Kelly is a great host. We had a little hiccup with the trash pick up (trash guy didn't show on scheduled day, which was totally out of her control), but she contacted the company and it was taken care of. The living room fireplace wouldn't light, but Kelly was great about getting the maintenance guy to come out and get it going (btw..the LR fireplace will heat the entire house!) Overall, our stay was great & accommodating with 3 king beds! Hope to rent it again next year!

The cabin was more perfect than we thought! Location was perfect. Private and quiet but still close enough to town to easily get to restaurants and stores. Would 100% stay again

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house matched the pictures and was very comfortable. The location was convenient to downtown Blue Ridge. We would stay there again.

Beautiful home and amazing hosts

We rented this property for a girls trip that we take every year. The directions to the home took us over some rocky and unpaved road. I think that it should be mentioned if you coming from Ellijay not to take the first turn your GPS tells you, go towards Blue Ridge and it will reroute you to a much nicer paved road. The home was beautiful and clean. The views were amazing. There were a few cons which I addressed with Kelly. One is the blinds in the living room were remote control and didn’t work. I let her know immediately and she was going to get her team to check on it but we never seen or heard from anyone. We felt a bit uncomfortable with the big open windows at night time. There was no propane tank in the gas grill so we couldn’t cook outside. The yard was overgrown with weeds. That was disappointing because it was beautiful outside and we couldn’t walk around. The inside was clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Even with the cons we had a great week.

private during the summer. kitchen and rooms were perfect. it was a great little getaway for my wife and I away from the children for an extended weekend. kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything I needed. coffee. pots pans even had an air fryer! loved the decor loved the whole place! we'll definitely be back!

Loved this cozy cabin in the mountains, my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the property all the basement entertainment and the hot tub. I appreciate that it is *relatively* easy to access compared to other homes in the mountains and the fact that is was gated provided us extra comfort to enjoy our weekend. The host was also extremely helpful and gave clear instructions for smooth check in and check out.

This was our very first family vacation, just the 4 of us. We could not have picked a better Airbnb than this one. We will be staying again in the future. Kelly was very responsive and so helpful throughout our stay!

Clean, quiet and gorgeous. There is limited cell service but the fast WiFi made up for it. The cabin is located in a gated community so it felt secure, but the homes were placed in such a way that you couldn’t even see your neighbors, making it feel secluded and private. The cabin overlooks a beautiful pond as well. Everything was clean and free of clutter. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare a full meal. There were games and a clean hot tub to keep us entertained. Each room was equipped with a large TV, the most comfortable beds and plenty of space to store your person items. I can’t speak highly enough out the decor and overall design of this home. It’s a mix of modern and rustic, making it feel the way a cabin should, but more elevated. I would absolutely recommend this location.

Gate code I have had good luck with other vrbo’s but this one no so good. The house itself was great inside just as advertised. The outside sitting area where the fireplace and tv was absolutely filthy. We had to clean it just to use it. Between the bird crap and the carpenter bees it was a mess. The biggest issue was with the management company. We were no aware of needing a gate code to get in. Then when we finally got ahold of the management company after having to drive away from the property to get cell service. He gave us the wrong code ( he said just use the house code ) we drive back that code doesn’t work. We leave the property again to get service. This cost of 3.5 hours of our vacation just because of poor management. The Blueridge area is great but I will look at different options next time. One last thing I love it when they say sorry for your inconvenience but there is nothing I can do.

The stay was excellent

We enjoyed our stay in Cherrylog. The pictures did not do it justice, my kiddos, enjoyed being able to fish in the pond and play outside!

We hosted a girlfriend's getaway, and enjoyed the serene surroundings, our laughter filling open great room for gathering. We loved the luxury feel of the cabin. Very comfy beds, couches etc. Come prepared to RELAX! The hot tub was great, and porches as well. Our friend is getting married and it was the best sendoff. Thank you for hosting us. The cell service is patchy, but wifi was great. Bring the instructions with you before heading there as the gate area has no cell service. Seriously a great vacation! We enjoyed Blue Ridge restaurants and shopping. We all would recommend this cabin for your next small group or personal getaway. There is a great entertainment room downstairs. Kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a beautiful pond with pavilion you can walk to and see from the house, a romantic covered bridge over a creek- great for photos! 10 STARS!
