The listing indicates the pool would be heated, at least until March. The management company who came out to try and fix the pool heater indicated it had not been working for months. This was not relayed to us prior to arrival. We tried to pick a home with a heated pool because we are traveling with little kids. Also, the TV outside was not operational and the air conditioning did not work upon arrival. There was supposed to be a peloton bike which was one of the reasons I picked this house and it was removed prior to arrival without notice to us. The management company was responsive to us but we also spent vacation time trying to get these issues fixed. The location of the home is awesome but I would not stay again.
